Negative experience: Great place to swim and sauna. Clean, tidy. Great staff and very helpful. But as a gym, not good. Shortage of equipment is a major disadvantage. They have only one curl bar in the whole gym and only one sets every weight class, like they have only one pair of 16kg dumbbells.

Negative experience: I was asked to pay £5.20 to replace a peice of plastic card because my gym card was the old one and not the new one? Never experienced any gym charging you for a membership card but first for everything. The lady at front desk named Mandeep or Manpreet does not know how to communicate with members inc myself. I've been at this gym for 4 years and still haven't found 1 person who has something nice to say about her. Please send her for additional training as level of customer service and communication is close to nothing.

Negative experience: Swimming timetable on the web and app is broken, contact us form online ignored, reception won't answer the phone, membership team want all my details including date of birth to answer the question of when I can take my toddler swimming - then they need to phone me back in five minutes and never bother. If you can find your way in, the pools are nice, the changing rooms are in a shocking state

Positive experience: This place has 2 indoor swimming pools, gym room, fitness room, cycle room, outdoor gym, softplay for kids, cafe, toilets, and changing rooms. Only members can use the facilities (pools, gym/fitness/cycle rooms). Softplay for kids can be booked in advanced or pay as you go. Outdoor gym can be used by anyone, free of charge. Car parks are free after 4.30 pm. Oneday I left a towel in the changing room after swimming, the next day I went there, and told them about it, and they let me search for the towel in the lost and found box (there were many towels in the box), but none of it was mine... so unfortunate...

Negative experience: Very rude behaviour by the receptionist, today my 12 year's old daughter was so excited that she and her brother moved in the higher stage so she went to reception to confirm her next classes but the receptionist was so rude in talking to her ....this isn't the 1st time I think she is not fit for her job in the reception she is black Asian lady .......the whole way my daughter was so upset.....looks like she don't know proper basic English. .. where she don't know the meaning of together I seriously don't know who interviewed her for the job.

Negative experience: Heston worst gym ever, please people , dont waste your time with these lack of communication people, they dont even pick up the phone. Your membership pays their wages but they don't treat people with respect. Go where you are valued They waste if space. The teachers there are nice, the reception are lack of customer service

Positive experience: Been attending this gym now for 2 years. The gym has everything you need for a good workout! The sauna and steam room is great and the pool area is very clean. There are sometimes hygiene issues with the changing rooms but a lot of the time this down to the unhygienic Asian people who think it’s ok the shave and and scrub down in the steam room. It’s down to the community stay hygienic be considerate of others.

Negative experience: This heston pool is such a disgusting services there's none in the gym section to see who the people keeps their sweating jackets water bottles on treadmill, on top I tried to remove i was abused by other gym member I gone in the reception n told but no action taken or improved. 2nd children swimming classes swim teacher was neglecting my child for teaching and I complain to the reception one manager came ok ok I will see took my name but no reply as the swim teacher was doing racism as he was chasing me when I come to drop 9 year child to swim n if I want to tell the swim teacher of my child , this other swim teacher was chasing me out telling the swim gaurd to chase me out only me. And other parents he was allowing with coffee mug. Third I cancelled my membership within less than 1 month when I joints hopless services the staff is unusefull to help or soughtout they comes only to earn money. Before I cancelled with email and all were cancelled but they taken my daughter direct debit 25 pound so I gone and ask why like this. They say mistake happen and so, I enroll my son again, before II cancelled that time by email. And reply came 31 oct will camcelked the swim classes n my membership. Now again due to my daughter mock exams and too cold weather we thought not to send and freeze it but the reception told send email and cancel it cannot freeze. I sent email but now they send link and tell to cancel on website I gone their link not opening. I send mail with screenshot. But still they send mail cancel on website , send email back tell me where n how to cancel on website. But heston pool purposely doing so december month money to cut . This people are looking parents no cleanliness in changing rooms partiality is going on if complain no reply nor improved, just negligence. In all word one word carelessness to the customer. Now again they send me mail I will file case of fraud and harassment. Third class service in heston pool leisure.

Negative experience: I have booked my daughter's swimming lessons here. She attends the 10.30am pre school lessons and has been for the last 4 months. Whilst the teacher is great, the organisation itself is horrendous at communicating and not at all invested in the customer experience. Twice lessons were cancelled with less than 1 hour notice on the day (1 with no notice) and once the road entrances were closed and was not communicated to us. We have had a really frustrating experience where our concerns have not been listened to and we have not been reimbursed for our missed lessons. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere; I know I will be.

Negative experience: Very rude staff specially an Asian lady on the reception it's been 3 times classes was cancelled back to back and when I wanted to book for the catch-up class the lady was too rude to book and out of manners to talk since it's not our mistake sometimes their pool is having an issue, sometimes the instructor call sick but they still should have to inform well before they inform when just the class about to start, that's so ruthless and on top of that their behaviour as if they do it for free. The reception should know how to talk and learn and handle customer queries.

Negative experience: Hello I had recently started swimming lessons. In four weeks time they had just given two lessons of swimming to my children.Last time they had cancelled the lesson because they don’t have swimming teachers. This time they just called me that the lesson has been cancelled due to some uncircumtansess.They are saying for catch up lesson. Very disappointing and unprofessional and they are not picking the call. I don’t want any apologies I want my money back.

Negative experience: It cracks me up that all the 5 star reviews are from local guides who are click baiting to get more popular and have probably never set foot in this gym. If they had they would know how disgusting the hygiene is and how the pool is closed regularly usually every hour or two so the staff can have regulated breaks. Why anyone would pay membership of 40 pounds plus for this place is beyond me. Half the machines constantly break and the steam room is unbearable to go into due to the smell. Gym and swim staff are friendly though which is the best thing about the place. Not dealt much with reception so cant comment.

Negative experience: My son has been going for swimming at Heston for more than a year now and is at KS1. I am utterly dissatisfied with his teacher. She spends half the time gossiping with fellow teachers during the class. Moreover, when you are teaching KS1 who are basically kids, you need to GET IN THE WATER. Giving instructions from the shore doesn’t help for 5/6 yo. What’s worse, even if you complain 100 times, no one cares to take any action. AVOID if possible.

Negative experience: The cleanliness in the whole place is awful. The changing room showers smell of sewage, dirty lockers, broken toilet seats. Gym is really dirty with sweat patches and dust everywhere, gym mats are so dirty I didn't even want to lay on it to do my work out. No staff in the gym to support any members with anything. Cancelled my membership after 1 week and in that time made 2 complaints and nothing was done. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: the company has multiple locations, I have just came back with my wife after many years in the area. we used to come here often. I must say that its amazing to see the gym and spa facilities busy, but during our showaround we noticed a massive lack of hygiene. my wife saw women in the spa facilites shaving their legs. I saw many beard hairs at mens area too, and cubicle toilets stank. at the desk we had some unshaved (dont remember, name starts with M) guy, who was trying to act all smart and made some sarcastic comments the entire time we showed intrest. that was really the final cherry on cake. I dont remember this branch hiring unprofessional men, so we designed not to sign up and see other options around.

Negative experience: Today, I had a really bad experience at the gym. I went with my partner, and since I only go one or two days a week, I was surprised when a girl rudely stopped us, even though we have memberships. She informed us that our membership does not allow guest entry, even though when my partner signed up, he was told by the gym staff that he could bring one guest with this membership. I've been coming to the gym for almost a month now, and no one has ever stopped me from entering until today. They suddenly decided that I can't enter unless I upgrade my membership. This really ruined our mood. The receptionist didn’t know how to talk to us or solve the problem. Both of the women we spoke to were rude and seemed confused about whether our membership was gold or silver or whatever . Instead of helping us, they just suggested we buy a new membership, clearly more interested in making a sale than addressing our concerns. It was a really bad experience.

Fantastic experience: Yes it would be nice if it was cleaner, but you cannot blame Staff or Venue when some people use and abuse and behave like fools. Staff has been very helpful. Anjali, Jamal and interactions have been positive, had some issues with signing on that they resolved quickly and I am happy with the services.

Negative experience: Cleanliness of the facility needs to improve. Especially around the health suite. Very good facilities but lack of Cleanliness put people off coming to Heston leasure centre. Also it takes forever to get equipments back in service if and when they're broken. Reception is none existence for phone calls. They never answer phone.

Negative experience: Went to Heston Pool last week, not sure why but my daughter ended up with a perforated ear drum from the water. I was thinking about joining the gym and was shown around. For a membership of £40plus a month, the sauna was not working! On top of that, the toilets had tissues all over the floor and the changing rooms were disgusting. On the tour, we walked to the gym part and there were people filming their workouts. I asked the lady what the policy was and she said they do ask people not to film but no one listens! This is not a safe space to workout. Not everyone wants to be filmed.

Negative experience: Appalling facility and even more unprofessional and unskilled response on request. We got signed in for both of our kids aged 10 and 4 on 10/04/2024 on site , whilst we were there none of the members informed actually when ever there is a general entry which is basically for kids the small pool is always busy for classes, and the little has to go into only bigger pool. I mean the whole point of taking membership is to suit the kids and if this is not fulfilled by the facility then there is no point of the membership. So we went on our first day with kids on 11/04/2024 and were informed about the unavailability of the small pool, when questioned were informed you should check on the website bluntly, or if you wish to cancel the membership as we have not used the facility at all we should contact via website with our concerns and cancel the membership. Now someone who is very unable or not capable of handling these problems sends me an email which is a copy paste which they mind send to everyone by just editing the dates that we have to continue our membership till end of May and there will be a direct debit once again deducted by the end of the month. What nonsense is this. We have enrolled my kids on 10/04/2024 and decided to cancel the membership within 24 hrs of our enrollment and have not used your facility anyway. I am sure there should be a cooling of period for any member who has not used the facility and that to in only 24 hours. I have replied back to the unhelpful email from AJ Can someone who understands the issue help us out to cancel this . And also to any new joinings please be careful and check before signing in.

Always I asked them is that small swimming pool open or not because big pool is not good for her. They always said yes but after paying suddenly they closed the pool. It was happen so many times. Negative experience: I'm disappointed with my recent experience at Heston Pools' reception. The staff seemed unprofessional and weren't helpful in addressing my request for catch-up swimming lessons for my child. In particular, a female staff member booked a catch-up lesson for my child and then cancelled it without informing me. When I inquired, she was rude in her response. This experience doesn't reflect the positive reputation Heston Pools usually has. I would appreciate it if you could look into improving the communication and assistance provided by the reception staff, especially regarding catch-up lessons.

Negative experience: I am concerned about the cleanliness of the facilities. I developed a bad ear infection from swimming in the pool here caused by contaminated water. There are also broken tiles on the bottom of the pool that could cut someone's feet. Locker rooms are filthy and no toilet paper in bathrooms. Lifeguards don't seem to be paying much attention to children who look like they are struggling in the deep end. I think unless managent does something to rectify these issues soon health and safety incidents could easily occur.

Negative experience: All the machines are broken and we are still been charged for the services which are not offered. It is so sad to hear that there no one on the senior level to address the customers. Maximum number of machines are broken and they are not fit to be used, we are charged regularly for these incomplete services. I spoke to one of them senior member on the call and I was told that they have million of things to do. I don't want to name that person but, I am sad to see our hard earned money been taken away for nothing. As per the contract it is the duty of the club to provide service to the members, in case there is broken machine, it should be repaired under number of days. But it's been since months. From the day I joined. One by one all the machines kept broken, I cancelled my membership this month on the 4th, waiting to see for a change. I had to cancel my membership after waiting for 2months and I have been charged on the 15th for the membership again. Is it fair to be charged? I mean why no one is noticing this and helping the customers. Do we deserve rudeness?

Negative experience: do you like a gym where alpha-males blast music on their bluetooth speakers in 4 places at the same time? do you like demoralised staff that do not enforce any gym rules? do you like air con blowing on cold in january? do you like to wait while alpha-males hog equipment and sit on their phones instead of working out? do you like your cleaning guy joining his mates to do pullups while wearing his dirty gloves? do you like staff that throws equipment to corners instead of arranging it? do you like your plates on floors left for days? do you like your equipment broken? do you like your changing rooms smelling of acid and pi$$? do you like your hygiene standards at pool and saunas and changing rooms close to 0? WELL THIS IS THE PERFECT GYM FOR YOU Amazing management, great staff knowledge of whats actually going on, and large variety of basic equipment (if you like your workouts incomplete) .

Negative experience: Genuinely one of the worst gyms in Hounslow/Heston. How can a gym have equipment which is constantly out of order? Both step machines and several other machines have been out order since the end of October. There are NO pins available for the machines - the gym claim they have been “stolen”. How can a gym not have the most basic thing like pins?? People are bringing screw drivers as pins. What a joke. There is a hole in the wall which is extremely unsafe. There is always a strong smell of urine in the toilets. A mechanic was in fixing several machines a couple days ago which have also been out of order for weeks. Staff don’t care, they are instructed to tell us everything will be fixed “soon”. Sadly this is the closest gym from my house hence why I go there. There is nothing positive to say about this gym.

Negative experience: Some of the classes are good but unfortunately the equipment is dirty and badly in need of replacement. Also I have twice been locked out of the booking system due to their errors when I had not done anything to warrant this. Half the time they don't bother telling you when a class is cancelled, or they tell you 10 minutes before. The incompetence is staggering.

Negative experience: If I could I wouldn’t even rate it one star, such a waste of good facilities due to immature, useless staff that shouldn’t even be paid. Nobody cares there , instead they are playing tag running around the faculties. To add to this they are so rude to customers. The sales representative was also blaming fee paying costumers for the facilities having been broken for over 4 months, even if that was the case, it is their responsibility to fix what is broken if they are running a gym. The sauna and steam room are the exact same they turn them off three and sometimes four hours before the closing time, due to wanting to leave early. I would not waste your time or hard earned money here, when you first sign up they promise you the world just to get you roped in but once you join, once a machine has broken don’t ever expect it to be fixed or resolved again. I signed up with these facilities back in august and not once since then has the stair master been fixed or replaced, bear in mind I am paying 47 pounds per month! Lampton leisure has a few choices here with this place either they shut this place down as it’s clearly not working. Or they need to sack the entire staff and get new staff in if they want this place to stay open. I am beyond disappointed with this facility such a shame as a fee paying stakeholder they are so rude and proceed to tell me I as the customer am the issue.

Negative experience: Literally 70% of cardio machines are out of order and have not been repaired for weeks, on top of this you have no cables to use currently and other weighted machines that have been broken for MONTHS. Apparently the reason is new management... I guess they don't seem to have a clue about staff retention or gym maintenance. Don't join and waste your money. You'd be FOOL to waste your money here. In fact there's a case for compensation due to the longevity of the interrupted service. Circus management

Negative experience: For the monthly price you pay this place is absolutely horrendous. Cafe closed. Pool regularly closed. Toilets not cleaned. Lockers broken. 90% of the tredmils not working. Weights benched broken then not replaced. Weights machines take 3 months to fix. 50% of the Weights machines currently still being repaired. Cable machine broken today. No more free parking. Hands down worst gym in Heston and hounslow

Negative experience: Today I went to the gym at 5:20 and I wasn’t allowed in because they said that it was already closed however the gym closes at 6pm there was still 40 minutes until the gym closed. Also the lady at the counter was very rude and was also very rude to another person I have a video proof. 22/10/23

Negative experience: All the toilets are locked and out of order no one can use them at Male locker room. They should call the plumber in emergency and get it fitted soon as possible. This is against the health and safety. Vinod Sharma

Negative experience: I am not satisfied with the new policy that one member cannot take in the same guest at all. If I know only two persons then what I have to do . I paid 39.99 pounds every month. That is not a good policy

Negative experience: I don't understand, I am paying £42 monthly not to see the gym to be 75% cardio machines and only 25% for muscle building equipment. And why is it that everything is included in the membership, but i have to go to another gym to use what is in my membership. This is terrible, but i have no other choice, for now it's a 3*. Edit: Nah, this actually pissing me off, why is there no rope machines? Only 1 Rope machine for the whole, are you insane? This place is terrible i do not recommend coming to this stupid gym, if you are able to go to another gym, then go, but not this one. Always full, all the equipment is occupied (except the cardio machines obviously. 2* from now on. EDIT (2): Please to not go to this gym, have never been to a worse gym then this, always packed and the swimming lessons are like every day the whole day but not in the morning for some reason, always swimming lessons till 7, i am not trying to stay overnight in the gym just so i can swim, i want to go home early, not when it is night. 1*, please don't go to this gym.

Negative experience: I enrolled my kid for swimming classes and i can say that you get worst value for your money. Rudest staff i have ever seen in service industry. They will not compensate for any missed classes even if u miss a session due to medical issues.

Fantastic experience: Miguel was absaloutly amazing, he was so helpful and very informative. He was the reason why i joined with My son, he explained all the different membership types so well and was very professional. 5 star service from him and a 5 star centre.

Negative experience: The staff is rude and insensitive. Also, we were kept waiting in a queue for a general swim and saw the same staff member passing entry bands separately to someone who walked in after us. Unfair!

Negative experience: I experienced the worst day today no one should take their children to Heston. Commuting center toilets very unpleasant I too a autistic child and they kept on complaining staff is very rude I dt think I want to go back there

Negative experience: Dirty equipment, 80% of machines not working always of line. Disgusting toilets covered in pee, broken taps -water always running. It is a joke they charge lot of money for gym has no standards. I like the location and if nothing changes, more and more people will stop going there.

Negative experience: I am very disappoint for swimming classes.last monday was bank holiday and my daughter's class every monday in evening and i went there and nobody is there.i know bank holiday close everything but my point is that they should inform us atleast.they should inform us by email ,why i give our email wen i register offcourse for information that they give us so why they not inform us.when i went in reception and i did ask that why u not inform us the receptionist said the teacher inform last monday and my daughter was absent monday so tht responsiblity the teachers they should email us if any one child was not there so how i know this..2nd thing when i said to receptionist please do something if teacher made mistake so you can give me one extra class for my daughter so she said no I can't do anything .this is not our policy ,hahaha just policy is you make money from us ,youwaste our money and you can't give us even extra class like seriously but you can't even give us one extra class nd even this is your mustaje that you not inform us by email. I did not give you email for showcase i give you for information .hope you will work on this point .and this is very important to email us for any info . One happened with me more one month ago . The receptionist was very rude maybe she is indian. My gym card was not working and i tried 5 or 6 times afterthat I ask to her for help but when she touch card then she was very rude with me.

Negative experience: Hi it’s been 1 week trying to explain them about everything and they are not listening, I went there many times at receptionist said manager has to take decision, specially old lady at reception who is showing her aggressiveness on everyone has to learn some manner how to treat customers ,whenever someone want to join your membership they taking money so quickly and about refund I think it should be forget about it.poor customer service

Positive experience: The facilities and swimming teachers are nice, and good. However there’s this one receptionist who’s Indian with glasses which is very obnoxious, rude and has poor management. A few days ago someone forgot their card and she got forced to go back home, get her card and come back, being late for her swimming lesson! And then another time I’d see an 8 year old at the soft play, with a parent. Next thing I see, that apoorling receptionist go to her and the parent, kicks them out, and even threatening to call police, even when they payed!!! Lastly, during a swimming lesson, someone threw up in the pool, and I go to the receptionist for a recovery lesson, and she ends up telling me that she’s busy and can’t so tough luck, ima really rude manner. Hopefully someone do something about this and gets her fired. Apart from that, everything else seems to be fine.

Negative experience: I tried to call Heston pool and fitness and choose the option to talk with the reception, the phone keeps on ringing and then someone just pick and dropped off the phone call. I happened several times and I must come to the conclusion that they have worst service on reception.

Negative experience: The young girl in the reception is very rude.i don't know her name but she is Indian. She should not have been receptionist. Please don't bother calling their telephone, they will never answer it. Atleast they should have one cleaner on site.

Negative experience: Why is no one answering the reception phone in Heston? The app seems to be useless can’t do any bookings as it states nothing is available to me. Reception aren’t answering the phone if they do pick up they just hang up on you . I’m trying to help my father make a booking in advance and after weeks of trying I’ve just given up!

Negative experience: Appalling conditions in toilets next to soft play area. No soap and puddles of water on floor posing a significant health hazard. Very worrying indeed. I reported this to lady at reception

Negative experience: I don’t normally come to this lesiure centre but when I came today they charged me for my swimming session then I had to find out the pool was closed! And every time I phoned the reception, they always hang up. Do not come here there are other leisure centres much better then this one who won’t pull a fast one, I was about to get a membership with these guys as well, disappointing

Negative experience: Very much disorganized management, they close the main swimming pools with out information even for members. Some people come from far off places and get disappointed to find swimming pools not working,staff is not answering any of the questions properly, unprofessional attitude, don't answer phone calls/ no response to emails. Useless management at all.

Negative experience: Hair dryers still not in working order. Advised of this a few times in the space of 3 months. Still not fixed! They must have 150 or so children daily for swimming lessons so really no excuse. Cost of 1 child of the 150 should account for repair. Now they have even increased monthly charge still no fix. Changing facilities not hygienic.

Negative experience: Hi I would like to say that Harpreet on the reception desk was a lifesaver today as the water fountain in the sauna/stream were out of order and she gave me a drink of water from the café as none of the drinks Fountains we’re not working this was disgraceful as I’ve been in the sauna room at high-temperature. The overall gym is going downhill fast as no one seems to care due to lack of staff this is such a shame as I’ve been a member for over seven years and the heston community benefits from a local pool. I would ask you to think about why are you joining the gym and check it is clean and tidy as the management don’t really care about it . Also, there are too many lockers Broken near the swimming pool area & extremely untidy with bottles and tissues everywhere. Have nice day .
