Willesden Sports Centre is located in Willesden Green. Set in the heart of the community, we offer programs for beginners and for fitness and gym enthusiasts of all age ranges. Our facilities include 2 swimming pools, a 110 station fitness gym which recently undergone £260k investment, 60m indoor track, 400m outdoor track, 4 court sports halls, and steam and sauna rooms. We offer courses for all fitness levels such as swimming courses, Les Mills classes (a personalised 35min full body workout based on the latest sport science), sport events and a range of group trainings. Our leisure centre has an excellent connection to Willesden, Harlesden, Queen's Park, Stonebridge, Church End & Roundwood, Cricklewood and surrounding areas.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff are really kind. The parking is good. It is a busy centre but the swim teachers genuinely want to help the kids and enjoy what they do. My younger daughter is with a different centre and the teachers there are not so kind. We have been having swim lessons for a year and a half. The swim manager Luca was kind when setting up the classes. We have been with Juliao 1st and now Kieran and they are bought really nice and kind with my daughter. They have been patient and Kieran always updates me as to how she has been getting on. My daughter really enjoys it. Thank you very much to the team.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to the swimming team at Willesden Sports Centre. I would like to express my gratitude to Manager Luca for his outstanding support and exceptional leadership qualities. The team at the centre has demonstrated great calibre and dedication, with special mention to Swimming Instructor Asraf, a true gem who goes above and beyond to impart valuable skills to the children. Miss Ana, who provides swimming lessons for special needs children, deserves special recognition for her kindness and commitment. Miss Carolina, a great swimming instructor. And finally, Mr. Salvatore, an excellent and patient instructor with profound knowledge of swimming techniques. It is my sincere hope to see him soon in a managerial role. Negative experience: Avoid at all costs for gym. They had free trial promotions on their websites to try out their gym. I registered and got a code but once I arrived they said I can’t use it. Why have it on the website then? So I signed up with their £10 promotion for the month to try it out for the day and now having trouble cancelling. Rude staff too. If you want to save yourself a hassle, avoid at all costs. No customer service.

Fantastic experience: Andrew was very informative when I was signing up, he asked me about my goals and showed me how to sign up to classes. I had the pleasure of meeting Noor in the gym and she was so friendly and supported me greatly by helping me with the equipment, I have now also got a PT session trial with her. Thank you to the wonderful staff, you guys make the centre what it is!

Negative experience: All the concept 2 erg machines are either broken or in desperate need of a service ( all the bungees are stretched and the data is off ). I’m leaving a poor review to help spur some action. Besides this, lots to recommend the place. Really like the staff.

Negative experience: This gym has deteriorated greatly. I cancelled my membership due to the lack of hygiene and I understand it has gotten worse. No soap in the required area Lack of toilet rolls Broken equipment that takes months to repair. Dirty sauna which was one of the main reasons I went. Rude management (Jose) and reception staff. The place is dirty everywhere and needs a thorough DEEP CLEAN. The new system does not work properly and is causing queues and frustrated customers. Tony the Manager tries to keep on top of the things but with lack of support from his colleagues it is a fruitless venture. Staff in general need Customer Service Training....if you don't like face to face work then do something else. A positive response as to how these issues will be resolved would be good for all involved and would attract more customers for a better outlook.

Negative experience: Managment at this place is absolutely terrible, lazy and very unwilling to help you in any way or find a solutions for any problem in the gym. I have had few issues, the early turning off the lights on the running tracks on friday, which endangers everyone who wants to use it as you can easily fall down and cant really use theor facilities in friday evening, to asking about basic equipment located on the lower floor and just being met with a Big fat NO. offering no help or advice. Feels totally that the person who identified himself as manager, bold dark skinned man only cares about getting paid and doing absolutely ZERO of his tasks and responsibilities. Stay away from this facility at all costs, there are many better gyms in the area, nuffield in willsden green or pure gym in swiss cottage

Positive experience: Really like playing badminton at Willesden Leisure Centre, most of the staff are very friendly, but what's going on with the new centre manager? He thinks he's running the US Marines by the looks of things, really rude and bullying. This is a community leisure centre outsourced by the council to a private provider, and we are there to enjoy ourselves - seriously, the guy needs to back off, he's making the centre very unpleasant for customers, and probably the staff too I'd imagine. (Just looked at other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one to have noticed the deteriorating customer service).

I was treated rudely by a staff member *LIA*, which left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Despite my attempts to enter the gym, I was denied access without a clear explanation. Negative experience: Today it was the first day for my son swimming classes and I got the worst experience ever from ivelise the person at the from desk . She was rude , she yelled my wife when she was trying to get access to the changing room with the buggy and after that she was laughing of her when she did not understand her indication. She has zero customer service and she is the worst person I ever met in the whole world . I hope you guys could get some people with good manners and with more engagement with the people that visit the place.

Negative experience: I recently visited Wilsden Sports Centre to request an induction, but unfortunately, the experience was far from positive. Despite my request, I was not allowed in for the induction, and there was no effort made to provide any alternatives or waiting areas for me. The staff seemed unhelpful, and I felt completely left on my own with no clear guidance on what to do next.. Overall, the environment was uncomfortable, and I left feeling quite disappointed with the lack of support and professionalism. I hope the centre can improve their approach to customer service in the future.

Negative experience: Poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I had to chase up to get my refund for about 3 months. I called over 100 times and sent multiple emails. Spoke to them in reception. I have left the gym and will not come back.

Negative experience: I have to give this place one star. In the last month of me coming three times a week, there was no soap in the men’s upstairs toilets literally 11 out of 12 times. I tell them every time, they say “oh sorry we’ll get someone to sort it out”, and then next time I come there’s no soap again. They tell me it gets cleaned every night and someone checks the soap, but I go when it opens at 6:30am so this is obviously not true. Having soap is a pretty basic hygiene requirement, and it’s really disappointing and annoying that they don’t care, and clearly don’t clean the place properly.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are outstanding. Welcoming and super helpful. They create a great atmosphere and it's a pleasure to visit. Pool brilliant and my grandchildren love the learner pool. The yoga classes are great too as are other classes. Love the fact it's a community resource. Easy to park lots to do!

Fantastic experience: Great place to go for fitness and wellness. The gym plenty treadmill and bike and other cardio machines various weight machines, bar benches and free weights. Plus plenty of space for you to do calisthenics and stretches. Additionally has swimming pool and sauna and steam room Also many many classes you can join.

Fantastic experience: I leave the country in a few weeks but I’ve spent six months at this gym and honestly, I love it and I will definitely miss it. The feeling of community at the gym is great. There are a lot of great folks here. If I was staying I could’ve easily made a good amount of friends. The employees are amazing too. They’re always around when you need them. The app was also helpful and convenient involving signing up for activities. The range and quantity of equipment at the gym is top notch. The indoor track is honestly a Godsend. Leaving is only tough for me because I can’t take this gym with me. As cliche as that sounds, it’s literally got everything one needs and then some.

Negative experience: Deputy manager called jose? I think? Was extremely rude just cause you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean you should take it out on other people with a stank face. My issue with his customer service would’ve actually have been prevented had they answered my calls ( 6 calls) three hours before my scheduled time. We wanted to rent out badminton rackets but he said that reception was closed and we couldnt pay for them ( he couldn’t even make eye contact and was the tapping away on his screen with a STANK face) he was quite hostile and visibly annoyed. Why are you working in this field if you cant work well with customers face to face? Mind you reception closed at 8:30pm, we had a 9pm booking and i called 3 times at 6:30 and 3 times at 7:30 to check if they had rackets available and no one answered. Why do you have reception closed for payments if your open till 10? Card machines dont just turn off? Why you being weirdo? But Jamire was an absolute angel and the saving grace, as soon as she showed us into our court me and my friends said how lovely’s she was, she made us feel very welcome and was extremely kind ( great customer service, learn from her jose) Had we never seen the manager nasty attitude it would've been a great session. If your having a bad day dont spread your energy around. All in all make jose shouldnt speak to customers, Jamire was amazing.

Negative experience: Average. If you want to use the sauna, you need to book one hour in advance, and as expected, you don't get a place when you want. I haven't been able to use it. It isn't worth it.

Negative experience: Absolutely rubbish the staff are just so not helpful or polite. The booking system is not good enough and doesn't explain that the child swimming pool is closed until 130pm so my daughter had to go in the big pool on her 1st ever time swimming but they let a dad and his 3 year old in the child pool and when I asked why I was told if you dont like it leave so this is what I did .

Fantastic experience: Fantastic swimming instructors, I cannot speak highly enough of Ashraf, Leili and Carolina. All have been instrumental in the successful skills development of both my 8 year old daughter and 5 year old son. Within the space of a year both are in Stage 5 and 4, respectively. Ashraf's 121 session in particular assisted the rapid progress of my son. What a team they are! Their dedication, support and appropriate challenge is exactly what was needed. 10/10!

Fantastic experience: Been back and forth at this gym for years and have been using most recently for the last couple of weeks. Have had a very positive experience and wanted to express my gratitude to the staff (special shout out to Kaz for being great!). Friendly, supportive and accommodating, it is really appreciated. Can’t speak for all the facilities but the gym is very well stocked (very recent refurbishment has the place in great shape). My go to place to train when I am in North West London. Thank you Guys!

Negative experience: So you pay £34.99 a month membership....but have to pay £9.60 (each time!!) to use the courts for ONE HOUR of racket sports e.g. badminton. And that's WITH membership reduction. This is the worst gym for value for money. You just have to keep paying on top for everything. I was much happier with Pure-Gym, cheaper membership (28£ a month) and FREE classes because of your membership! Plus the puregym app is actually great it logs how many times you go and gives you achievements along the way. They also open late, unlike Willesden Sports Centre who shut early as a whole for a gym. This gym is like on some btec level. I only switched because I moved and this is nearby my new home. Even the receptionist said "sorry for the extortion" when we asked about paying for the courts. Insane!! Really recommend anyone reading reviews to not choose this unless it's really your only options location wise.

Negative experience: I have tried and tried and tried to get in contact with the gym to cancel my membership as I have had to move home which is in Ireland. For the past month the phone has rang out. I am unable to cancel it online for some reason. Please please please let me cancel my membership as I am still being charged!!!

Negative experience: Good gym and facilities, but never has parking in the mornings or evenings, there’s always vans and trucks occupying multiple spaces. If you book a class and don’t attend you are threatened with a fine but if you can’t provide parking for paying customers and we can’t park on the street due to restrictions what is one suppose to do?

Negative experience: Sadly the management here is null. I have raised a complaint with the manager, after being ignored y have scalated the issue with a "bigger" manager, just to find out I was going to be ignored again. I am not being unreasonable. My children attend swimming school, a teacher was late 7 minutes of a 30 minutes class, which practically was a 1/4 of a lesson, I have requested to be compensated, meaning that the children will have those extra minutes of class. The manager bitterly agreed to have those minutes on the next class and requested all parents to be 5 minutes earlier. We all went and the teacher again arrived late. No warning, no apologies, nothing. Kids are involved in sports, which means that they are learning discipline between a set of skills, but clearly the teachers and the managers lack such qualities. Is utterly disrespectful with the children and parents as we make the effort to go on time, to pay on time and we are not being treated equally.

Negative experience: Tried this sports center with 3 days free pass. I only use swimming pool, so my experience is all swimming pool. First you need to book, which is a bit annoying because almost everything is booked in the coming one day week. But luckily I booked one on Sunday. There is 2 pools kids pool and pool with lanes. The adult pool is a bit a strange on the shallow end, it’s around 1 meter deep so you can’t easily turn around at the shallow end. The downside of the swimming pool is the shower and change area. Basically, there is no separation between man and woman, they share the same area. You have to have a shower in the front of the pool and go grab your cloth from the locker to a small chang room with wet and dirty floor. Although the membership is quite affordable but you can’t swim anytime you want and the whole experience is not great. I think I won’t go for this gym, it’s not tick the box of the basics I need

Negative experience: The actual pool is OK but it’s virtually impossible to book a swimming slot less than 3 days in advance. I feel they need to sort out the booking system - when I went the pool had no slots left but there was hardly anyone in it. You should just be able to turn up and swim because the current system doesn’t help people benefit from the public service.

Positive experience: The sports centre provides a good area for children’s birthday parties with a few add ons such as electric go karts and an inflatable assault course. Nice and friendly staff with a tiny cafe, with less than average coffee. Also, bring your own cup as they don’t like giving away disposable cups and the lugs are for staff (that’s what I was told).

Negative experience: No idea how this gym has 3.6 stars. It’s been terrible for ages. Tried to book a badminton court on Sunday through the spaghetti code application that they switched to. After finally managing to book the court from 12-2, I was unpleasantly surprised that on Sundays all the courts are blocked out for Volleyball. Of course they only tell you this when you arrive at the venue to tell you it’s an error it’s on their side and there’s nothing you can do. The booking was automatically cancelled according to the lady behind the desk and credit was put back to my account automatically. Yet there was no E-mail correspondence from them aside from the booking confirmation, no information that Sunday afternoons til closing, the courts are blocked for Volleyball. If you’re thinking of skipping all of the application booking nonsense and phoning in, I wish you all the luck in the world reaching through their horrendous customer service reception.

Negative experience: The bathroom facilities are far below standard. Most of the staff are not friendly at all, particularly the one called Jose. He behaves like he owns the gym and like he's doing you a favour. He talks to people disrespectfully even though you're the one paying his salary...total disregard of customers. Opening times need reviewing. You don't operate a gym like you are operating a cooperate organisation or a limited company. People have more time for sporting activities on weekends, but you choose to open late and close early on weekends...unbelievable

Positive experience: The policy for membership payments sucks. Late fees happen but not often, this is one of those places and it already costs £40 without the 20£ late fee! Have to sort this out in the next couple of days

Negative experience: Hello everyone, I joined the gym here to try it and after around a month I think I will stop to go. The main reasons are the opening time (until 10 p.m. on week days that can be fine, but at 6 p.m. on weekends that's bonkers), the space and equipment. They have some nice bodybuilding brands such as Hammer Strength, but the number of machines and especially the cables (only 1 double cable and 1 single) makes the workouts a bit stressful. For £40 per month is not worthy at all. Some of the staff are friendly and some are not. I don't talk about all the other activities they offer because I didn't try any of those, but If you are interested in the gym you can try few day with the pay as you go option and see yourself if it fits you. It doesn't to me. I repeat closing at 6 p.m. in the weekends sounds crazy to me. (Update 7 January 2024) I gave another chance to this facility, but unfortunately after the extra charge of £20 because I didn't have funds in the bank account, I finally cancelled my membership.

Negative experience: The gym has a lot of space and equipment however, majority of the time the equipments are out of use and dirty. There are kids who come to the gym to relax instead of working whilst taking up space. Whilst the space is relatively large, it needs to be cleaned regularly and kept sterile at all times. The machines a lot of the times have used tissues in them.

Negative experience: This is the worst gym I’ve ever been too. I’ve been going here for a while but it really needs a complete makeover and it’s too small. The staff are not friendly at all and the bathroom facilities are horrendous plus it’s not even 24hrs. Really not worth the money.

Negative experience: Purely for weights, this is the worst gym I've ever been to. I work from home and have tried to come at almost every hour, it's always a slog to get to use most equipment. Barely any benches or cables. The worst thing is that they could easily fit out the indoor running track area, which is always empty, with more equipment but don't. No comment on the wider facilities but the running track is a plus.

Negative experience: I have joined this club because it is a walking distance and has a swimming pool. In my view, if you work 9-5:30, selection of classes are very minimum, incl. weekends. Swimming pool is constantly very busy and they have only several slots in the evening after 7pm or not all.

Fantastic experience: At the ripe age of 66 this is the first gym I have every joined. At first I was a bit nervous about feeling out of place but it has been great as people and the staff very friendly and helpful and I could not really ask for more and I am already starting to feel fitter which is what it is all about.

Negative experience: there is a lack of gym equipment, there is only one ladder, many of which are always broken, there are no steps, there are no weights, with that giant space downstairs they could have equipped it better.

Negative experience: Unhygienic gym, areas not cleaned or maintained regularly at all. Machines are dated. I was asked for feedback months ago via their survey and they responded very nicely acknowledging my concerns, yet now when I want to cancel membership due to lack of action on those concerns they could not care less! Join the gymgroup instead - it’s clean and much nicer people!!

Negative experience: Worst experience ever time after time after time after time sworn never to come back cancelled all our memberships, they have an annual competition for finding the RUDEST staff in london only the top medalist will be selected to work at this god forsaken place. Not worthy of the 1 star they are receiving.

Negative experience: The pool itself is not bad. But the changing area in the pool is awful - it's a complete mess. Am I wrong when I think that lady's changing room should be ONLY for ladies?? But a lot of female visitors use women's changing room with their little sons. I don't want any male (even little) to see my daughter changing swimming suit. But administration does nothing to resolve this issue.

Negative experience: Absolute joke. Don’t go here if you want to swim. You are only allowed a casual swim on Saturday if you book. It shouldn’t come up on google as a swimming venue if people can’t swim there. I asked where I could go for a swim and the person behind the counter said ‘I don’t know’. Not helpful as I had walked a long way to this ‘sports centre’.

Negative experience: So me and my fried booked a day free pass but we didn’t know that the pool it was already fully booked and we did make sure that everything it was ok, we called the reception and someone told us that it was ok to go and have the free day pass at the pool then we arrived at the reception and it was this lady with brown hair and lenses she was very rude with us. The way she answered it was like she’s didn’t even care about the situation, I asked her if it was possible to wait the pool get empty but she’s was like “unfortunately at Sundays we don’t allow free day pass at pool” of course we didn’t know about it since the website doesn’t say anything. Everyone at reception looking at us like we are not decent people, it not the first time that I tried to book and every time someone gives me a different response! The place it’s a really good one but the stuff it’s not putting in a good way for the costumer’s you guys should look after that! Unfortunately made my day really upsetting I was never treated that way before and I could pay for it but how after being treated like that!

Negative experience: No hand sanitiser everywhere, all the containers are empty and have been for a very long time. Hygiene standards are extremely poor. It’s like a breeding ground for infection. There are rat traps on the gymfloor which is telling. The latch on the fire escape in the gym is broken It seems all the effort goes in to the pool. Upstairs is disgusting compared with downstairs. Please sort it out or someone will get seriously ill

Fantastic experience: Went with mum to get her booked in for swimming post knee operation and had the pleasure of being helped by Tanya. Tanya was super helpful, really made mum feel welcomed and signed her up for a swimming session. Don't ever let her go. She's an asset to the center! Thank you Tanya.

Negative experience: The changing areas and toilets should really be tended to more often…also if you’re running kids classes from 8:30am it would be good for parents to actually be able to get a coffee whilst they wait. Staff were particularly unfriendly and unapproachable today…. They’re not cheery on the best of days but the three this morning were miserable. Customer experience is definitely not at the forefront here which is disappointing.

Negative experience: I used to love and enjoy this sport centre but lately it lacks of everything a gym should have and it’s more stressful than a pleasure I feel they focus on sell more memberships than the what facility can actually contain. First of all if you don’t book a class 1 week in advance within 1h from the moment classes pop up at 6am it all becomes fully booked and clearly there are not enough classes as many members. Lately there is never parking space available, yesterday I had to go round and round 6 times to find some parking till I had to park outside the facility and pay for parking that took me more than 15 min and as a result I was 7 min late at the class and the instructor told me in front of the full class like she was talking to a child if that happens again she will not admit me to the class next time .. I mean seriously?! You struggle booking a class and then you struggle park to get to the class and I should also stress that if I am 5 min late ( because of your fully booked venue ) I cannot attend?!! Utterly ridiculous! The showers/ changing area are also very dirty lately . I think they should focus more on keeping happy the (many) members they have rather than only focus on adding new members. In the end of the day going to the gym should be a relaxing moment in the everyday busy life we all run it should not be adding more stress!!

Positive experience: Great Sports Centre, with the membership you get access to the Swimming Pool, Gym, outside Running Track, Sauna and bunch of free classes. Staff members are polite and helpful; general public at the gym are quite nice as well. I took one star away, since as for any gym, it can be quite busy at times. Some gym equipment is quite popular so it can be harded to get a turn, and some less popular, will remain unused. I think all the running treadmills should be moved from upstairs to downstairs and extra arms machines could be introduced. The running track is by far my favourite. Just to add, I wish opening times were longer, especially on weekends, but it's not a deal breaker.

Negative experience: Great gym and facilities but not the most transparent! There are hidden clauses in the contract. £15 late payments (even if the direct debit wasn’t recorded) and 1 month notice period if you cancel the membership( meaning you end up paying for a extra month for nothing !). Their debt management company (debt finance) are not interested in helping resolve the issue but are quick to collect fees over the phone

Negative experience: I subscribed to the gym as it is the closest to my place and the booking system it is unbelievable, all the classes are full all the time. Really cheap and I heard the classes are really good, but there is an issue with the number of spots per class and the booking system

Negative experience: Disgusting place. As disabled woman who needs help with everything, this is only place I could go to for swimming during ladies only on Sundays however it was jane’s number one commitment to close that by bringing a male life guard every Sunday which meant we couldn’t attend, because it’s against our religion. For the past 2 years we have been trying everything to bring that back with no lack. Shame on Brent council for allowing this to happen under their leadership. The contract should be taken away from them.

Negative experience: This place is very dirty most times. Jane is extremely Islamophobic. She discriminates against disabled women who would attend the ladies sessions however Jane told her them that they are not special people. Brent council refuse to do anything for these women.

Fantastic experience: A sports centre with everything that you look for, with people who are very friendly and helpful if you are new to the place... really a place to have everything under one roof to keep yourself fit and healthy. I would only recommend to add live meditation sessions here, which is so important these days.

Fantastic experience: Always been a member of other obvious gyms and living near and conveniently close to this gym I decided to give it a go. I must be honest and say this gym exceeded my expectations! The classes are just perfect and high quality, the app to book is very good and works extremely well. The instructors are knowledgeable and the teaching is of high quality. I love booking a class to keep my motivation going and the running track booking and other facilities are just great value for your money. I am very happy with my membership. I can’t say that one class is better than other but for the first time I attended aqua aerobics as a new experience, it improved my mood as I was out of the gym for the past two years I think classes are a great way to get you started. I really recommend this membership for all your fitness goals !

Fantastic experience: I joined Willesden Sports Centre gym two months ago. It has two floors full of space, mashines, and all equipment you can imagine. I like to be left alone when I workout and here there is plenty of space to do your own thing. PTs everywhere on the floor, atmosphere not intimidating at all, so many free group classes. I am staying here for years to come.

Negative experience: Alastair’s (boxercise), David’s (spinning and bootcamp) and Tina’s (body pump) classes are absolutely fabulous. Although the gym management do not reply phone calls and emails. As many times I emailed the Gym Manager with different suggestions or request, as many times I did not receive any response. I found it ridiculous that you have to wake up at 6 am on Saturday to be able to book a class next Saturday. Being part of a gym should improve your quality of life and not to ruin your sleeping pattern to get into a class in a week time. We asked many times to increase the number of the bikes for David’s Saturday morning spinning and the Management did not even consider or was bothered with an answer. I am looking forward for a solution.

Negative experience: Trying to call (4 times since morning) it to ask a simple question, if I can go for 1 day and use gym and sauna and if is open (steam room) or need to book but obviously customer service poor ( no answer at all)…now I remember why I cancelled my membership

Negative experience: Hopeless all around. Staff even acknowledge that there’s no point in calling up because they’ll never answer the phone. Unbelievably disorganised and poor attitudes on the front desk. Manager lacks very basic people skills and seems to just make up his job as he goes along.

Negative experience: Swimming classes for kids are fine. But the reception people are rude and the only answer the give is “not my fault” and “Can’t do anything about it”. Costumer service is not a concept the understand in this place

Negative experience: What a horrible experience. Duty manager Jose absolutely lacking the customer service skills. Firstly not hello or any acknowledge of people coming in. Secondly he didn’t know how the Gympass app work and lastly he didn’t know what is included in the video plan. Unacceptable behaviour from someone who works with a customer. Avoid this place when he’s at work

Positive experience: Enjoyed a class and swim today . Absolutely amazing instructors , why would you pay high price when you get quality class here . They really are fab! Membership great deal Lifeguards controlled pool , saw team cleaning at changeover which was good to see. Also managing a slow swimmer in fast lane . Duty manager called and managed the ‘not so fast swimmer !’ The changing areas could do update but they clean . New cleaning team in who working hard I do object parents who hang round waiting for their kids though in changing room.. go to viewing area! Whilst bit annoying to book swim - it works as not too overcrowded and enabled to get swim . Seems that can just turn up and if pool manageable levels the team permit entry. 3,Staff in front desk dealing customer at all times, can see they struggle at times due to demands on them . Feel for them . Overall good day If you looking for quality classes and pleasant swim recommend .

Negative experience: The changing room is damp and there are always swimming trunks and plastic bags on the floor of changing rooms as well as half of them not having locks on the doors. The baby pool is always rammed and poorly life guarded as well as feeling really dirty. The main pool often is really warm which makes it uncomfortable to swim in. I once saw a rucksack lying at the bottom of the pool as well. The only reason I give it more than 1 star is because I have lots of good memories there but I mean no reason I haven’t been for 5 years.

Positive experience: The sports center is really nice. It has a lot of facilities, you can work around your schedules when it comes to group exercises or using the swimming pool and spa section. Deep clean should be done better in the spa facility as sometimes you really wonder why the "remainings of the hurrican" are still there when weeks have past? Dojo could be cleaned better, you go in with white socks and come out with a grey one. Staff are nice, they do try to help where possible. Would recommend the place despite the flaws. They really have decent options for both standard or pay as you go members. In my opinion it is also the best priced in the area, I hope they won't raise the prices further though anytime soon. :D Swimming lanes do get crowded a lot at times actually and when kids are on holiday just swim once a week,it is packed. Which is understandeable. Would be amazing if people not showing up for bookings do cancel their scheduled slot on time. .
