Negative experience: Today I went to this center and I wanted to find out some information about how I could get a membership card for myself and my family, the girl at the information desk was very arrogant, rude and actually didn't help me with the information I wanted and he don't to give me information, he just told me to search online... This type of staff should not be working in a public place of relaxation because he is actually pushing away customers. Not even a star would be worth for the rudeness with which he expressed himself that miss.

Negative experience: Staff kicked me out because of wearing jeans when it wasn’t just me wearing it and asks to check my membership, thinking I don’t have it.

Negative experience: Nice place but the toilets and showers are dirty it’s very uncomfortable for use.

Negative experience: Purse was stolen from my locker as staff allowed a stranger to walk in without scanning a qr code. Do not use this gym.

Negative experience: Lack of gym equipment. Rude staff. Specially the manager, Ana, is really unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to her customers. The gym has no AC to support this hot weather. Members cannot even freeze their membership unless it's a medical emergency. They even charge you extra for an entire month after cancelling the membership, which makes no sense to be very honest. I mean why charge me money for something I am not even using. Pathetic behavior and customer service.

Fantastic experience: Great

Positive experience: I take my baby weekly to the soft play area, is nice, plenty space for little ones to run around, 2 bouncy castles and all sorts of gymnastics equipment. Staff is nice and polite. However, whenever I use the pool facilities, situation is changing. There was a member of the staff that took my and my baby out of the swimming pool twice on the grounds of not having the wrist band saying that's my responsibility to ask for it, I honestly completely forgotten and I think my my responsibility is to book and pay for my time slot. The small swimming pool is barely available as they conduct swimming lessons in it. What I don't understand is how they think is OK for a baby to swim in freezing cold water, if you don't have availability, then don't advertise swimming spots for under 3 in the big pool. Most of the reception staff have no clue on what's going on and all they do is send you on the website. Sanjeey was the only one helpful.

Negative experience: Terribly dirty place. Dirty cloakroom. Always a problem with access to something. Pool is busy because someone Sport Club booking all space. No customer information. The gym is busy, the lack of space is exercising the sports club a constant problem. I do not recommend

Negative experience: We went to cancel The membership today as we will not be using the gym due to The virus being around. Even though The situation is extreme, they still decided to charge us for The next month for which I will not even attend. For me that's just stealing money. Another thing is their hygiene. Toilets stink like they havnt been cleaned in months. Last week they send us an email telling us to use spray provided after using any equipment, but I havnt seen the staff replacing tissues or ever cleaning anything. Their procedures are misleading and I will definitely not come back to this gym again.

Fantastic experience: Hi I have just Moved in the area and was looking for a place to relax up after a hard days work let the steam out gym sauna all in one I’ll pop down my local swimming pool as I pop down there I saw a lovely person called hardeep customer service advisor what hardeep did after was amazing he showed me around the gym the swimming pool changing rooms and how much it cost for a month and daily cost for the gentleman and the women as well what I found here is very amazing you don’t get this sort of customer service anymore as I work for a customer service in sky retail I know about the high customer service which you have to give out so I was so happy to see someone very enthusiastic about the job and really from bottom of the heart show me around as he was enjoying it as well great service I will definitely join for the month and you cannot go wrong it’s 2499 in for a month open from morning to the evening even got a sauna there as well is the extra £3 if you wanna use the swimming pool but that’s fine so what I Would say is definitely I recommend this place for guys who want to go to for a gym or one of relax perfect way the best thing about this place you got lovely people like Hardeep giving a great customer service thanks see u guys soon. Negative experience: Lack of working equipment. Very unhygienic equipment no facility to wipe or clean equipment . Always no tissues in provided location and when u ask to provide then they don't just says we send someone but no one come to refill

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. My wallet has been stolen and no one even what’s to take responsibility or ownership of my complaint. Member of staff Louis laughing in my face says they can’t do anything about it, it happened before but it’s not staff responsibility to make sure it won’t happen again!!! Calling him immature and unprofessional it’s a huge understatement.

Negative experience: It’s a waste of money gym... lack of equipments and very congested... toilets are very disgusting and no flush is working... no water for shower and there is always a problem with access card... at reception there’s a rude racist lady who is never ready to help... worst decision I’ve made by joining this Gym
