Positive experience: Staff are nice but there's a few really awful Karens spoiling the vibe.

Fantastic experience: Massive size hall with loads of room for many extras with or without the items the hall offer Great size carpark Helpful staff

Negative experience: Terrible! A lot of the equipment has been broken for months. Lack of evening group classes as all trainers left because they are not paid well. I've used this gym for years only because I don't drive and can't get to any other gym, otherwise I would have left years ago. Management doesn't care about anything. Definitely not about customers. Also you can only go to the gym before 2pm on weekdays as after 2pm it's filled with lots of teenagers who occupy all equipment, and until 12pm on a weekend as it closes then.

Positive experience: Good small compact gym. Could be open abit later tho, needs some investing in a spa section and a lot more people would join

Negative experience: Awful. Staff are friendly and helpful but they are let down by bad management. The equipment is old and worn out and some machines have been broken for months: 50% of the electronic bikes and 33% of the treadmills have been broken and out of order for more than a year. I complained to Fusion a few times and gotten no response. Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, the facility recently reached a new low and has given up providing blue paper towels with which to clean the equipment and is now providing loo paper instead. Really Fusion? Is this the image you want people to have of your brand?

Negative experience: Joined the gym, now cancelling as equipment is old and not working, plus closes 8pm!

Fantastic experience: Good facilities, very helpful staff

Negative experience: First time coming to try the soft play. Sign on the door said due to staff shortage it would open at 11am, which is fair enough only a half hour wait. When it finally opened at 11.10am we were told there would be no soft play. It would have been good to have that information on the sign to save a pointless wait and a very disappointed toddler. Ruined the day, poor customer service, not sure I'm going to bother coming back.

Negative experience: Disorganised at reception. Was not prepared for a roller disco held there

Positive experience: It was okay, had what I needed, but I found it weird that nobody uses the changing rooms. They were surprised when I wanted to, and when they closed early they didn't check the changing rooms so plunged me into darkness and were locking up while I was still there. Do people not change out of sweaty gym gear before heading home in the cold round here?

Fantastic experience: Use the soft play here on a Saturday. Thanks outlander for making simple, affordable soft play available for us. Fantastic and staff always nice and friendly.

Positive experience: June 2021. Slow opening up for exercise classes after lockdown restrictions. Very few exercise classes on offer at the moment.
