Curves Womens Gym

Fantastic experience: Brilliant and very welcoming.

Negative experience: I have been a member of curves gym in bexhill on sea for a month now, and up untill now have found it to be really good. Todays experience however has not been so good. i turned up at curves at 3pm only to find ladies standing outside waiting for someone to come and open the gym,but there was no sign of anyone, tried to phone and just got the answering machine telling me the opening times, which are 9 till 130 and 2.30 till 7pm. At 4pm i went round again to see if it was open and it was, when i went in there were ladies standing there waiting, i asked what we were waiting for and they said the computer wasnt on so could not sign in. i noticed the manager wandering around the gym not acknowledging any of us, it was plainly obvious we were there, so i went up to him and asked if he could put the computer on so we can sign in., he did this with no apology, just ' i had a flat tyre' hence opening at 4pm, whlst i appreciate these things happen, i think its common courtesy to apologise;and to be honest i found the manager to be rude and very arrogant. NOT IMPRESSED, and further more dont expect this from the MANAGER of the gym. I would like to add though the staff are very friendly and helpfull. From Rachel Dumbarton. 27th August 2013
