Negative experience: The gym here is pretty dismal. Most if the machines are old and broken in some way. There's not enough machines for it gets slightly busy and the worst part is that the weights are completely messed up and the cable parts are usually missing so it makes the workout so much longer on account of having to find everything. If they could simply sort the weights and provide more bits of equipment, the experience could be so much better but it doesn't seem like any effort is put in. I'd pay the extra for a puregym or Gym Group

Fantastic experience: Gym and pool are of a great size and well maintained. Excellent access with a number of buses arriving every few minutes and Northolt station on its doorstep.

Negative experience: Guys, never ever take membership with Everyone active, first of all they want you to book swimming in advance and if you miss for whatever reason they charge you £4 pounds for not showing up, so each month you will loose more money apart from monthly fee, everyone active is coming up with these ideas just to make more money. This is ridiculous, I am cancelling my membership only for this reason. @Everyone active you will loose more customers soon, always remember customer is KING, if there are no customers then there is no Everyone active.

Negative experience: IN A FEW WORDS DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL GYM… unless you want a gym with barely functioning equipment that’s always out of order. Or a gym that will break into your locker, destroy your padlock and throw your items away. This is the gym for you!!!!! Never have I been so enraged with a gym and their lack of service or ability to help anyone who goes to it. At all times at least 4 of the 8 treadmills are broken, it takes months for any machine to be fixed if at all. The staff are useless with any type of help or queries, all they do is mumble apologise and say “there’s nothing they can do” without actually trying to do anything to help resolve an issue that they themselves have caused as a gym group. Save your money, time and mental well being and DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. There are several better gyms for better prices too.

Positive experience: First time on a Thursday afternoon for swimming. Staff and customer service- 5 stars Very empty, I was the only one using the swimming pool at time . Mix changing rooms- 0/5 stars. Lucky it was empty unwise I would not have been comfortable. I saw one female who came out from the shower quickly to grab something from her wash bag. If it was a male I would have been mortified. Pool- temperature freezing Pool hoist not working. Was not able to get out the pool without out help. Would I come back swimming here? No. As I am worried about being stuck in the pool again and would not be able to get out. Very unlikely the machine will fixed soon Again staff are brilliant at the site: helpful, considerate, supportive and sensitive.

Negative experience: Recently, I witnessed a gym "Everyone Active" on Northolt Leisure Centre employee's terrible attitude towards a visitor. The guy was working out alone when the employee approached him and ordered him to give up his seat because he needed to work out here. When the visitor refused to listen to him and asked for his name, the “trainer” began to threaten him and did not give his name. The administrator was also incompetent. He could have seen on the camera who was right in this situation. Instead, the police were called and the guy's season ticket was blocked, for which he paid. With such an attitude towards customers, they have no place working there. Thanks to the police, we found out the name of this so-called coach, Aaron. Avoid him.

Negative experience: she grabbed my property and they have bad service please don’t come here or u will be hurt and damaged they hit me in the head

Fantastic experience: Lovely clean centre and friendly staff. Just wish they would open up the warmer pool to the public during the week. Main pool is too cold, especially now that winter is approaching

Negative experience: Went here today for the first time and it will be the last.Staff are rude and unhelpful.Aqua class started late and finished early and I don't like the fact there is no separate ladies and mens changing rooms (which are filthy ).Will go to another centre instead even though it will mean travelling

Fantastic experience: I have personal training sessions with Sean Carey at Northolt Leisure Centre. Sean is a great trainer as he is invested in my goals and plans the sessions so I can achieve them. He is experienced in many different types of exercise so he can vary each workout to keep me motivated. Sean also sends insightful YouTube videos, offers nutritional tips & rehab advice to help with my old injuries. I highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at Everyone Active in Northolt and with their personal training services. The gym was overcrowded, equipment was poorly maintained, and cleanliness was lacking. The staff seemed uninterested in helping members. personal trainers were unprofessional, and disrespectful, particularly Mr Aaren. Due to this behaviour, I decided to cancel my membership straightaway. I would not recommend this gym. Even a penny is tooo much for this gym.

Negative experience: kinda dirty and have been trying to call them for the past 20 minutes but they r not picking up. So northolt leisure centre is wet i can’t lie.

Negative experience: I visited the gym on a 1 day free pass, and the gym was packed. The gym hasn't got enough machines for the number of people that come there. I wouldn't recommend this gym. Swimming pool is a good size, but you have to book in advance even if you have a membership, which is really stupid. Parking is not free either. You are paying for a membership at the gym, you would expect free parking at least

Negative experience: My 2 boys had recently sign up for swimming. Stages 4&5. So far most of the teachers are showing up 2 mins late. They don’t even bother asking my boys name so instead they are being called as “you”. Also I feel like they are only nice to kids that they like. My boys tell me everything. I find my LO teacher today quite rude as he didn’t even intoduce himself so what do you expect my LO to call you? I’ll give it a month then will cancel if no changes. Really hard to find good people now adays.

Negative experience: Have been attending Adult & Child swimming classes for the last several months. I wouldn’t recommend it as there are no instructions given by the teacher, no progress whatsoever. In addition to that for the past 4-5 lessons there was no teacher at all. Just someone giving children toys and not saying a word. En plus changing rooms are absolutely disgusting, dirty, smelly and old with a 20p lockers. What year is it? Just because it’s fully booked they think they shouldn’t provide a good service and keep it clean.

Positive experience: While gym is decent, I train early mornings and need a nice peaceful workout, there's 2 sisters who come there and talk loudly and laugh loudly as if place belongs to them. You can hear them.other end of gym. One sister is a PT there. Please keep your flirting with men at home and laughing super loud. This is a public place where everyone deserves a quiet workout

Positive experience: saw the lifeguard giving medical attention to a little girl who injured herself, very reassuring. Was however quite busy

Positive experience: Very crowded pool lanes are alright in size lots of people mess around and its hard to swim most of the time. Changing rooms are wet and people leave stuff in them so it's hard to get changed

Negative experience: I went to this swimming pool a week ago and catched a nasty bacteria from the swimming pool ,can be seen how dirty is the water (it’s having dirt line above water level) and changing areas same mudy floors , never for me this kept me and my son in bed for 4days ,

Negative experience: Charges have been incorrectly added onto my account for no show/ cancellation when these are not correct. Upon emailing them and raising several enquiries, Billie came back to me 1.5 weeks later with the T&Cs. This is super unhelpful as I have continued to be paying for the gym membership despite being unable to book anything for the last 1.5 weeks.

Negative experience: Lucie personal trainer AVOID! I was going to bring 5 family members to this gym which would have been new business! Lucie absolutely rude making bizzare comments when not needed especially as no one has come up to speak to her. I can see past reviews has also mentioned her behaviour and people have left gym. I am more wary about new comers having to deal what I went through as this can not only affect mentally but aswell as confidence.

Negative experience: I had day pass here and came across staff member named “Lucy” PT black women with short wig hair. Absolutely rude randomly coming up to me and my missus shouting the odds that I don’t have muscles etc. Since when do you go to gym for PT to randomly approach you and try embarrass you in-front of everyone? No one asked for your opinion or your help. She then decided to threaten to hit me and slam my phone If i was to record on what she was saying but her sister was stopping her. This shouldn’t be acceptable from a staff member, because of her you have now lost 2 gym new sign ups as we really wanted to make this our local gym.

Negative experience: One star is too many, but I need to give it so I can post thisss. The phone system needs to be replaced by an intelligent AI system that knows when a paying customer has got fed up of waiting. I’d like to see verification of the call volumes faced by this company. Judging by waiting times I should not expect there are any customers left wanting to have any queries answered. Let the app take the slack and fire all the call handlers. That way you save money or better still let it go bankrupt, then there definitely won’t be any customers to serve. So I’m fed up of waiting for a phone response and will just go to the desk in person and find out where this demand for answering queries happens to be. High call volumes came in as a phrase when COVID was rife on the planet and all gyms had to close. Let me see , hm , must not have been good for business when people suspended memberships. WAKE UP AND ANSWER THE PHONE! SOMEONE WANTS TO VISIT THE GYM!!!!!

Negative experience: Unprofessional swim staff I was there with my son a couple months ago and never went back there again. Despite having a race band colour ( can’t remember what colour was), but still one of young bloke came over asked me to go to public lane said didn’t pay enough. Even was true still wasn’t my fault I paid at reception and having right band, it’s disgusting.

Negative experience: I won't recommend this place at all. I don't know what about different classes but my reviews about swimming lessons and changing rooms. It is completely awful and dirty. I could not change my son inside changing room and we tried another and another. They are all dirty and smell bad. And when you are walking towards to shower cabin, all floors are dirty. For kids I won't recommend at all. Plus they did not provide for me trial lessons and they took from me payment for two months, still about swimming lessons. And after first lesson my 5 years old boy did not want to continue his lessons at all. I brought him for the second lesson and he refused to go at all. They did not refund money even for one month or swap to another swimming teacher. I am not happy and wasting money.

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership today, one of the reasons was due to the staff members not knowing how to speak to customers properly. They come across quite rude, aggressive and unwelcoming. Please train your staff how to talk to customers in the future. My sister was going to also join this gym however did not like the way the staff were speaking towards her. So that’s two memberships gone due to your staff. Secondly some of the equipment is always out of service. Do not recommend at all.

Negative experience: Most of the classes are cancelled. We receive phone calls just 10 or 30 minutes before the lesson

Negative experience: We are going mostly on swimming and even they recently did some improvements at the showers by having completely new equipment it is still very very awful dirty in the changing rooms. I am visiting and using the changing rooms for couple of months and yesterday I was asking myself again why I am not filling a complaint at every level about how dirty is that place. Although some people at the reception are extremely nice like Dominic. Thank you Dominic for being so lovely always at the desk, over the phone again and again.

Fantastic experience: Wayne one of the personal trainers is an amazing all round nice guy and a great service to the fitness team. Definitely recommend working and getting a program designed by him to achieve your fitness goals!! Great job ✅

Negative experience: I have made membership to swimming with my children they don’t accept even my children have also membership, they told me your children are under 8 years. I’m wondering why they let me membership and told me I can swim with my my children any time.

Negative experience: I don't even want to give it 1 star, The changing rooms are absolutely disgusting, there should be a health warning on the walls before entering. The soft play area is so dirty, pure laziness that it's not cleaned regularly. The front desk staff are so unprofessional and arrogant. They never answer the phones and when they can be bothered you just get nothing but poor attitude. The only good thing about this place is Morgan the swim teacher,

Fantastic experience: I had chrissy as my personal trainer and she was amazing! She made me feel comfortable using ALL equipment at the gym, and offered me a lot of support outside of the leisure centre. (Eating plans, recipe ideas, skipping challenges) She was constantly motivating me and pushed me to do things i didn't think i could do, she made me feel excited about working out and continuing my journey. There is a variety of equipment available for use, and unlike most gyms, there isn't a queue to use them! There is also a smaller private room, used to cool down/stretch after a work out which is nice. All staff made me feel comfortable and were quite friendly towards me. You get a real sense of community here, such a shame i had to move areas or i would definitely have added another year onto my membership. I highly recommend

Negative experience: The lovely 1 star is specially for the cafe, staff have zero customer service skills, asked for a cappuccino and I got was warm milk with coffee. When I asked the staff member for another proper cappuccino they refused to make me one and said this is what they have been told to serve. When I asked for my money back they refused the so called DM a rude lady asked due to email someone for £2.80! Amd refused to give me anything like for like! Avoid this dump!

Negative experience: Probably the worst customer service ever. The receptionists never want to pick up the phone and when I went in person they didn't seem bothered. Even if you want to book a swim session on their website it makes you sign up. Don't waste your time here.

Positive experience: The gym has all the equipment you need. If you gonna book a personal training session, avoid Chrissy. Her attitude is appauling. I would hope she is still new to her job because there are no excuses for her unprofessionalism. Personal trainers should be motivational and uplifting. Book with Harrison, he knows his stuff.

Negative experience: The place is nice, they have really good swimming teachers, especially for Stage 1, but when my son has finally got a spot and has got used to his swimming teacher, he lost his spot from his group, by no reason. The payment was set-up as direct debit, but the system was not showing his name on the register anymore. It is very unfair to 'swallow' the consequences of a glitch in their system and lose the spot which we have waited for for suuuper long time, just because the staff cannot sort out the issues with the system and prioritise!!

Negative experience: Gym "music" is 0/10. In the evenings - half the time or even 3/4 of the time it's some random nobody talking about their life/gossip on the radio or the other half of the time or 1/4 is grime/UK music. Seriously appalling and demotivating. I get that you can/should bring your own headphones but at least try and make it more suitable for EVERYONE in the gym not just the 1%. Swimming showers are despicable. Extremely unclean and all the hooks for clothes/bags are broken so you cannot even hang your things before you enter shower. Vile.

Negative experience: Absolutely filthy changing rooms. We visited on Sunday and we are put off ever visiting again. The family changing rooms for the pool were disgusting. Soiled nappies just thrown on the floor, someone had clearly urinated on the bench, sanitary product backing paper on the floor, clumps of hair everywhere. Coffee spilt on the benches. The toilets were also horrendous. No loo roll, as soon as you open the door, the stench of stale urine. Disgusting floors. There was one cleaner in the changing rooms, moving extremely slowly and not really cleaning. The reception staff are quite blunt and rude and too busy gossiping with each other. There are signs everywhere saying they have a cleanliness commitment but clearly are not meeting it. Disgusting place. Do not recommend at all.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AVOID! This gym has very poor customer service, rude and arrogant staff that do not know how to deal with people. This is reflected in the many negative reviews by other people around poor customer service. The person who was rude was named Lucie claiming to be a fitness coach. I escalated to fitness manager (Billie) and nothing resolved. This gym has lost its identity and quality of recent years. This gym is absolutely disgusting and the staff just add to it. Avoid!!!!! Don’t believe what I say - go in there for yourself and see.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking how they are ripping parents off with £5 charge for the smallest play area we are already paying for swimming classes membership and the food

Fantastic experience: I swim regularly here and use the gym occasionally - changing rooms could be cleaner with maybe a good bleaching of the floor tiles but on the whole a decent place.

Fantastic experience: Not visited here for some years (prior to the Refurb) and the place is very good. Good amount of parking to the rear - pay on app - no coins. Open entrance area with plenty of seating, Café area, soft play and library!! Tonnes for lockers but make sure you have 20p coins - you won’t get the coin back! Facilities were clean, areas were well-signed and would happily come back again.

Negative experience: Changing rooms are absolutely filthy, I’ve emailed and been ignored, so public outing now. Also the soft play area should be cleaned every evening. Wipe it down it’s not hard! It’s always dirty too, sticky marks should not be black, CLEAN UP ITS DISGUSTING!

Negative experience: The pools have been empty during the week, some of my family members wanted to swim and they were turned away to travel all the way to Harrow to swim in their public pool despite engaging with the staff yesterday, who gave them a tour around the facilities and gave us information on prices. Yet there are empty swimming lanes that no one is using. So why can't the public use them?

Negative experience: You can't go there whitout giving all your details and at the end there is no space anyway. Lol

Positive experience: Soon as I entered the worker stopped and I had to go back through the gates that I scanned and payed for because he didn't believe that I had payed and letting in other customers that had did the same thing!

Negative experience: It’s nearly 7am on a hot day and they can’t be bothered to put on the air con. Surely it’s expected that a gym has aircon working in hot months. How they charge £30 per month for substandard service, no air con and lacklustre staff I have no idea. Been here a week and honestly think I’m going to cancel my subscription given how bad the service is here. Staff turn up 10 mins late to classes with no apology, pool changing rooms stink and gym floor staff are useless. Don’t bother joining here

Negative experience: I wouldn't even give 1 star. Horrible customer service, their receptionist was so arrogant and rude. I wanted to join the gym here and my friend was already a member. He was clarifying about a referral as in the past he didn't get the benefit. She got annoyed and started talking rudely and said she didn't want to serve us. We asked for the manager but he was on the leave and supervisor came in. He was of a no support and least experienced some young chap. They should probably hire some experienced people rather than giving out job to a Genz. Horrible horrible service.

Negative experience: No one answers the phone. When you want to find out information not available through the app or website, ringing is also a waste of time. When you email them, they send you an email an uninformative response that still doesn’t solve your problem. If you don’t mind spending time and money on lengthy phone calls. It’s very frustrating when you spend ages on the phone

Negative experience: The pool has gotten very dirty. Even 1st thing in the morning the nappy/sanitary bins are full and stinking, the floors are filthy (blackened and hairy) and lord only knows the state of the water. The stench hits you in the face as soon as you walk in. I take my son to swimming lessons and can't wait for the course to finish. It's vile. I also used to use the soft play there as well but after seeing the same odd socks, food scraps and general rubbish, I decided that too was completely neglected. Shame, it was once much better

Negative experience: I went there once it didn't look clean and I noticead burning sensation in my eyes straight after swimming that lasted a week I thought maybe it something else and I waited until my eyes were better to go back and I gave it another change twice because I love swimming and its the closest one; and in both times my eyes started hurting a lot for a week as well!! Probably they don't check the PH level I'm sure it's too low!! Even the toilets smelled like urine !!! I had to drop off swimming because of this! I would say avoid

Negative experience: For the Crash course. There's a waiting list for the teacher call Adam of year. Personally I wait 1 year and I can book my daughter class at 4 in the morning after that he tell me he was send some kids to the next level. The good part was that Adam was doing the crash course every half term ( where my daughter was learning everything) and now they cancel his crash course. This is really disappointing for me.

Negative experience: Pool and Gym are fine but changing rooms and shower in both of them are so dirty is disgusting. Changes have to be made or some checks from the council should be done because it is the perfect environment for bacteria and germs, hairs and left overs from other people.

Negative experience: The soft play stinks it should have a deep clean as I am sure they haven’t cleaned it for a very long time. I have been there a few times but the last 3 times I went back home …. Sorry for the kids that play and inhale that smell. I’ve looked for a complaint form but couldn’t find one.

Negative experience: Purchased the membership which includes Gym, Pool and Saunas. I went there and no saunas in the centre, misleading webpage information. After 5 minutes spent at the centre I decided to cancel my membership (didnt use any equipment ) I was told that I have to do it on line and ask for the refund and I did it last Friday. Today Tuesday they set up a direct debt on my bank account and didnt bother to even answer an email for my cancellation and refund request. With this kind of customer service and actions I have a doubt about safety in this centre in case of accident because it clearly shows that nobody cares about customers.

Negative experience: There's never any parking! Have had to leave this place. No where to park locally as it is all permit holders

Negative experience: Does anyone actually work here? Called up 12 times over the past few days, left voicemails to enquire about becoming a new member, nobody answered the phone. Very disappointing experience, makes me sad.

Fantastic experience: Really good pool, great staff.

Negative experience: Had not been to the swimming pool for a while. Pool is OK, albeit in some need of repairs. The showers, however, are a total disgrace. It's so dirty it feels slippery! 2 out of 3 cubicles were out of action, and the one cubicle available was soooo dirty that it made me sick. Full of hair and the smell of dirty water was nauseating! All it needs is a good scrub up. It should not be allowed, and maybe it should be reported to the Health and Safety officer. Please get your act together. Downgrading to 1 a star !!! This is an update, and it has not changed much. Cleanliness is still a problem, and now we have broken toilets and gym equipment out of order!

Negative experience: I'm completely unhappy with most PTs, especially with Steve McCrossan. He is very rude and always annoying me. He is very selfish and doesn't want to see someone better than himself. Today I've had super set and he jumped on it and started to argue with us. was very stressful and very bad for beginning a day. Hopefully never see him again.

Positive experience: Nice clean place but soft play is better fit slightly older kids, 4+ Baby section was scarce, no toys or lights or anything interactive.

Positive experience: Good swimming pool, but they have unisex locker rooms. And the way they divide up the lanes, the step ladder is inaccessible to the open swim section. Otherwise, it is a decent swimming pool. And they sell essential swimming gear, which came in handy as we had forgotten our swimming goggles at home.

Positive experience: Long waiting time just to pay for 1 off swimming session. The facilities don't make me feel safe ( health wise). The floor in the changing area is really dirty. The water in the swimming pool has loads of debris.

Positive experience: Easy booking when you know how. Fitness class no instruction as to what equipment reqd couldn't hear instructor over music headset might help.

Fantastic experience: It's a pretty decent centre . Gym is big. Good equipment and good choice of classes. Lots of lockers just hate the fact that you need a padlock and not the coin locker like you have in the swimming area. The swimming pool is a swimming pool. Clean. Changing areas are good clean when I went. I particularly like the seating area, you can wait and watch it's big. But you have to go a long way round to get to it, all that walking can be your exercise for the day. Just realised I didn't mention the staff, that's coz I never met a rude one there as yet ohh and they have a small soft play area

Negative experience: It was the worst facility I have seen, in shower rooms the urine odour was overwhelming, some of the bins could have not been cleaned in mother and baby facilities. In swimming pool all around the edges was black as the pool was not scrabbled for god knows how long . I came home had another shower and washed everything . All night I could smell the terrible stench in the shower’s and the icing on the top was mixed showers with few man waiting to have shower while some females were having shower. It was worst experience I had had of swimming pool in the last 30 years.The staff on the phone did not have any knowledge of times or classes .

Positive experience: Coach pick up / drop off area usually is busy with inconsiderate car drivers. Leisure centre staff is nice though

Fantastic experience: Excellent venue to get fit. Lovely swimming pools, lots of great fitness clases with supportive instructors. Good fitness suite but can get very busy at times. Has a cafe though I haven't been to it.

Positive experience: Seriously run down pool now. Showers with broken sharp pipes hanging off the wall. Ceiling panels broken. Tiles in fallen off the wall, with wall covered with black bin liners instead. It used to be a good pool - just feels dirty and uncared for now. Such a shame to see this place so run down. Update July 29th, 2022: Showers are being fixed. Added 2 stars back

Negative experience: It's the worst swimming pool I've ever been at. All the hear dryer are out of order even the upstairs disables toilet is out of order. Moreover very dirty. The stuff doesn't care about anything and the manager is rubbish. Shame that the Gurnell Leasure Centre has been closed. It was old but one of the best. Even the stuff was great. Always clean.

Positive experience: Only go gym. Gym is very good but the only problem is that it does not have enough machines and gets crowded quite quickly
