Everyone Active

Positive experience: My biggest complaint is that the WiFi is terrible. Fitness apps, including the ones that Everyone Active uses, generally work with WiFi, and it’s slow, with a lot of dead spots. It should be part of the available facilities that you’re paying for. The mens’ changing room could be cleaner, and the showers are in a poor state. However, the gym itself is very good. The equipment is new, generally well maintained, trainers are everywhere. I haven’t taken advantage of the personal trainers option yet, but I will. I do wish that towels were provided, though. I’m not big on group classes, but they have a lot of those. I’ll have to check out the spa, too.

Negative experience: We paid to have a 'quiet adults only pool session'. It was full of children. What's the point of paying for that privilege if we don't get access to it? The changing rooms are disgustingly filthy and smell of faeces. There are cameras in the changing rooms, some above cubicles. That is just plain wrong and management should consider removing them promptly. The receptionists are borderline useless and stand around talking and not paying attention to clients. If I could give zero stars I would. I'll never come back here.

Negative experience: Your App needs sorting! It’s impossible to book a session. Be it swimming, yoga, Pilates, I have been trying for hours today but cannot log in. I cant even log n to cancel a class in advance. Something. Will charge me for. Swimming. What is gong , why do I have to get t on the hour? This breaks up my flow, and seems pointless, I end up leaving. When I as for help on site, I just get a shrug of shoulders from staff This really isn’t worth the membership fee.

Positive experience: Great sports facilities. The cafe lets it down poor options and cheap quality.

Negative experience: Childrens swim lessons have gone down hill. Un-organised, general lack of staff and no communication - Bring back Kath the swim manager all seems to have fallen apart since she left. PLEASE GET RID OF THE CAMERAS IN THE CHANGING ROOMS ITS VERY CREEPY Also Changing rooms in swimming pool are pretty grim most of the time. Other areas of Westminster lodge look lovely and would probs go to the gym etc here but feel they are neglecting the swim side of things.

Negative experience: most of receptionist are lazy and unhelpful. It is impossible to reach anyone over the phone but when you ask them in person they will tell you that they are busy and recommend you to have a look at the website or come later. Website is not straight forward and complicating to use. Changing rooms are full of cameras even above some changing cubicles and shower sections.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place, great swimming pool, sauna and gym, and good activities for the kids.

Fantastic experience: Great price and facility thank you all, learner pool or lane swimming are great for teaching the kids or just having fun

Negative experience: climbing place is not want you want when you get confused with somthing he will raise his voice and something that to other people may seem ovice for kids that struggle he starts getting anoid at why you do not know things he nearley removed somone from the class for waiting at in the way of door and the strugling before withou even realising that distruption is getting casued very anoid

Positive experience: Good facility but Gym area is little congested

Negative experience: Shock and horror! After swimming, my little son and I entered a changing cubicle. When we were naked, I looked up and to my shock and horror I spotted a 360° security camera, right above our heads!!! The cubicle has no ceiling, and since the camera is right above it it can see inside the cubicle. I cannot even imagine how many naked adults and children must have been recorded by that camera.

Negative experience: Worst gym website ever!

Positive experience: Has a fitness, a swimming pool and a bouldering and lead climbing area. Book online.

Fantastic experience: Friday night swimmer. Book a slot. Great not too busy . Mind you think some ladies just come for a chat at the end of the lane! Showers hot .changing rooms clean . Thank you.

Positive experience: Nice clean up to date leisure centre.

Negative experience: Good gym but Membership overprice!!

Negative experience: Stop stealing people's money.

Positive experience: Lovely place. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Changing area for swimming is quite big and clean. Gymnastic area very spacious and staff is very helpful. They got really big car park which is quite good. Saturday and Sundays are the busiest day and parking is an issue sometime but you can always find as people come and go.

Negative experience: Never, ever answer the phone. 10am in the morning and just on hold. Sadly this isn't a one off and has been our experience whenever we try to call. Constant repeated message "your call is important to us... please download app". Very annoying. Guess we aren't going to visit here then.
