Negative experience: Less mills Pilates is terrible Pilates are slow controlled movements this is Pilates on speed, worst class ever done the annoying beeping between sets and the music was terrible

Negative experience: I believe this review is crucial for others to read before considering joining the app. I downloaded the app and was prepared to start the 14-day free trial, but I was immediately charged in full instead. Initially, I thought it might be a temporary authorization to verify the card, but unfortunately, this wasn’t the case—I was fully charged right away. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even access the app. It kept showing an error code, leaving me unable to use the platform I had paid for. I contacted Les Mills support immediately, sending two emails over the course of two days before receiving a response. When I finally heard back, the response was generic and unhelpful, stating that they couldn’t issue a refund and that I needed to contact Apple, as the app is managed through them. Accepting this, I reached out to Apple, only to be told that the issue wasn’t their responsibility, but Les Mills’. I’ve sent a total of 10 emails trying to resolve this, but to no avail. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels unethical—I feel completely robbed by Les Mills. I would strongly advise against using this app or service.

Fantastic experience: Awesome facility with very professional staff. Extremely clean with stunning rooms. The Rib room has always been a favourite of ours for years. Now the new Spa offers the best spa experience with fantastic fitness classes.

Negative experience: Awful company treat their instructors (paying customers) like garbage! Do not use them their competitors are more friendly and treat you far better.

Fantastic experience: UK Head Office of global Fitness Program Provider. Holds regular training courses for its trainers.

Positive experience: Attended a valuable meeting on the fitness industry. Very professional with a good insight for the future.
