Positive experience: I came here 21/02/25 for the Family Swim Session At 12:30 My only concern is that we arrived at 12:25 Normally we are straight through but it took like 10?minutes for one person other staff member wasn't really helping. we. We're only let in when another staff member came and asked if we booked in advance. We had so we went through The rest of the experience was really good and the slides are super fun The only advice I have is that you have to book in advance Hopefully you will see this review

Negative experience: We have been there today. First and last time. Changing area extremely dirty, not even a bench to sit and take of shoes. People going to swimming pool area wearing outside dirty shoes and outside clothes its ridiculous. Little kids running without shoes and sorry but stupid people going there with dirty shoes.

Negative experience: My mom is a yearly subscriber but can’t get into aqua classes as they are over booked, the app doesn’t work but can’t or won’t take calls to book over the phone, they don’t put extra classes on, the receptionists and the manager fobs my mom and her friends off when they call but are quick to take her money. I believe they are taking advantage because of the age of the group

Fantastic experience: First time there. Beautiful gym however the cafe 3.80 for a coffee. WHAT it's 4 pounds in Central London come on

Positive experience: The positives first: The gym has recently had updated equipment installed, the staff are mostly friendly and helpful, good variety of classes if that's your thing. The negatives: When the steam or sauna goes down, it stays down for a good while. The cleanliness isn't the best, downstairs changing room I'd expect to get stinky with the amount of kids running though despite the one guy I see constantly cleaning but the upstairs changing room constantly smells like old socks, the showers are filthy, the toilets are often blocked and the steamroom despite getting cleaned regularly pongs to high heaven. The prices have/are increasing not sure it's worth it for much longer

Fantastic experience: I visit Places Leisure 5 days a week for the gym, and i honestly don't really have a bad word to say about it. Its reliable, and never usually jam packed with people. The staff around the gym are friendly and always say hello. Swimming/Steam and sauna however, is a different situation. I see a lot of people complaining about the facility and the staff within it, but thats not the end-problem. On quite a few occasions i've walked into the changing rooms and found dirty nappies left on the side. Why? Why can't people have the decency to put these things in the bin? Its extremely basic hygiene. Its not all down to the staff to hold peoples hands. Another gripe i have is the booking situation. Whenever i go to the sauna/steam room, i do it properly and book my time slot via the app, therefore, you would think there would be room inside the steam/sauna rooms, but no. People seem to think its ok to not bother booking properly, and just turn up, which causes it to be overcrowded. Things need to change here to get a grip on it all, otherwise its going to start getting out of control. I commend the staff that work here, i really do, because i'm finding peoples hygiene a real struggle. Its disgusting sometimes. I cannot give the facility any less than 5-stars really, because for the most part, i have no issues at all. Like i say, its my regular, but the swimming/steam and sauna situation does need to improve.

Fantastic experience: I visited to enquire about the swimming classes for babies today and had an excellent experience. The team were so welcoming and helpful and I look forward to taking my baby there for lessons. A special thank you to Charlotte and Kath :)

Positive experience: It's getting worse year by year. Starting with the parking lot, there is no drop point because lazy pigs park there, no one is watching over it, and it would be enough for the traffic warden to come 3 times with fines and they would unlearn. I have a membership, I always book activities through the app, and the people at the reception don't know what I booked and for what time, I waiste time to explain, and then I get the wrong wristbands for the pool anyway. Cleanliness is at an average level, but what's more annoying is that everything is starting to go wrong there, the waves and the water with current for swimming in the leisure pool no longer work, and the additional showers have not worked for 3 years. Additionally, it's not the first time I've booked a sauna, I don't have a place for myself because everyone goes in there, even people with wristbands from the leisure or just swimm pool (the sauna wristband has an inscription), 80% of people don't have any wristbands and they spend 3 hours there using every attraction. I am a busy person, I don't have 3 hours of time to spend there and wait for places and if I see on the website that the sauna slot for an hour has only 3 people booked and then there are 12 people in one sauna and I have to wait to be able to enter and after entering 2 people have a sauna wristband, another 2 wristbands from the Just Swimm pool, (for example gold) and the rest are sitting without, it's a bit unfair I am not able to use 100% of what I booked I paid for because there are scammers sitting there

Negative experience: Came today for the first time in like 4-5 years and everything has changed , Before you could go for a swim sauna and steam rooms all together now you have to pay everything separately. If you want to dry your hair guess what you have to pay for that too. Wouldn’t be surprised if you have to pay for the changing rooms soon.

Positive experience: Good place for swimming classes for kids. Reasonable fees. Not very clean changing rooms . But they make it a point to clean it on regular intervals

Negative experience: I disappointed. On Saturdays from 8am one swimming lane for 15 people who booked Sauna&Steam sessions Leisure

Positive experience: 3 stars for the facility, but it is very dirty. In the changing rooms is dirt on the walls, the seats in the restaurant… Please, see the pictures. And they keep increasing the monthly price.

Fantastic experience: I visited the swimming pool facilities yesterday as a spectator. I was visiting my brother & sister in law. I’m from Birmingham myself & visited the pool for the first time. My brother & sister in law have membership & go swimming regularly. Whilst I was waiting I was speaking to John the Lifeguard. He was very young & very mature. He gave me much more insight about the facilities whilst watching all the swimmers vigilantly. He was very professional, informative & very friendly. He is without a doubt an asset to the organisation, you could clearly see his passion in his work. I was saying that the next time I visit I will definitely be using the facilities which were very clean, had a great ambience & basically ticked all the boxes of a fitness centre. Great friendly team & managed very well.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Wanted to have a nice fun time with my daughter and family. Some of the lifeguards who are of young age, spoke very rudely not just in tone but body language too just over getting my phone out from my bag in the changing room. My first time at this leisure centre and I felt I was being racially attacked as they all were standing in a group. The manager was called and all I was told was they could apologise which I didn't think was good enough because likewise public would be told to leave. However, Tia was helpful as she tried to diffuse the situation. Lifeguards who don't know how to speak to people in a family environment should not be working there.

Positive experience: This is such a good swimming place, staff are okay, and very enjoyable for kids. The only bad thing about it is that there is fire alarms keep going off and there is only 1 wave during the session

Fantastic experience: This is the best swimming place yet it has two slides 1 slow 1 fast and there are two pools that u can go in there is one with an extra part u can go round and the other is like a large rectangle with sections u can swim in I hope my comment was good enough to explain how the swimming pools are. The pools are deep in the deep end so when u swim u can’t touch the floor well I can’t anyway so Yh that is it for today bye

Negative experience: Took my child, and although it's very good price for a family of 5, sadly the whole experience was misreable. The staff looked as miserable as sin, constantly blowing on their whistle for who knows what reason! Then with in the hour and half session time there was a loud emergency sounding alarm going off twice and everyone had to empty the pool, no one was told anything as to why this was happening then we were told to go back in It was very confusing for adults. Never want to come back because there is cracks in swimming pool something sharp on walls sliced my finger something orange on floor smell OK.

Negative experience: Went there yesterday 19/10/2024 for a family fun swim with my partner and my daughter and yes the place is nice but the pool was cold and dirty not everything was working in the splash pool so was there just getting rusty i was smacked on the back of my head by a child who I now understand had special needs but was alone in the pool there were also a group of lads splashing about and fighting each other I go kicked and they splash water at my daughter who is six and they got rewarded by moving them to the main pool this place cares more about its members so if your not willing to pay £30 month for each person don't bother going the floor was wet and slippery in the changing rooms also in one room were me and my daughter got changed there was soap all over the floor also me and my partner are both unwell

Negative experience: The pool you can family swim in is too small and over crowded. The water was cold. The changing rooms are filthy everywhere and there are no showers except for pool side and one disabled access one that would not stay on for more than 3 seconds. The staff were nice but it is the only redeeming factor this place has going for it. I would not visit again.

Negative experience: Took our 2 children for a leisure swim this morning. Not really what I expected, rapids still not working since we were last year (18 months ago) wave machine only on once in the time slot we had (The fire alarm went off more than that). Kids enjoyed it so one star for that and the staff were straight onto some lad who thought it a good idea to bring his phone into the pool

Positive experience: Was Pleasantly surprised with value for money for a family less than 20 quid for family swim which included waves and very clean facilities with Jacuzzi for the Adults would happily go again

Negative experience: Got my family out today for a relaxing sauna and swimming. We are coming here frequently, for years and never been disappointed, until today. The receptionist lad, unprofessional by the way, was rude when he realised that we are foreigners, treated us like a bunch of... however, the management was absolutely amazing, and perceptive. I will keep it on two stars today, but I promise to come back and reflect on it in near future. Many thanks, Bogdan.

Negative experience: Paid for the family swim for 1hr and half to be kicked out after a hour, disgusting unclean changing rooms and disappointed kids.

Fantastic experience: There are three swimming pools, one large one where swimming lessons are held and it is unavailable most of the day. the second smaller one is perfect for smaller childr and playing and the third one is perfect for childr from 1 to 3 years old.

Negative experience: Not very good with swimming lessons atm my older children came here no problem but my youngest is still in the same stage nearly 17 months on due to changes in instructor not happy feel like I’m wasting money gonna change swimming centre

Negative experience: The floor is absolutely filthy, clumps of hair all around. Not a pleasant pool at all.

Negative experience: Made the trip out for the steep drop slide and the sauna. Never again. We will be staying local from now on. I had read other reviews commenting on the awful smell throughout the changing rooms, but thought it can’t be that bad. I couldn’t have been more wrong. It’s actually a challenge finding a cubicle that doesn’t stink and isn’t covered in litter, which by the way is another problem. You are given a paper wristband upon entering which very clearly is not designed to stay on in a swimming pool. When these eventually fall off they end up just floating around the pool or getting left on the poolside. The session system is very confusing and annoying. Despite everything being in the same room, not everything is under the same ticket price. The colour of your wristband depends on what you have actually paid for, but there are no signs inside telling you what you can and can’t do so you just end up being told off by the lifeguards all the time because you aren’t allowed to do that with your wristband. All of this could be fixed with signs and a gate between the two pools, or just scraping the system entirely and having one entry price. Definitely won’t be coming back here again. It was dirty, overcrowded, cold and annoying. Made me realise how good the Crystal leisure centre In Stourbridge actually is.

Positive experience: Pool cool but not freezing

Positive experience: A nice place to go for swim sauna and swim. The gym upstairs is brilliant, spacious, well equipped love the classes, the staff are great friendly and helpful. The changing rooms downstairs sometimes smells, children use these areas, they are known to pee alot. The staff are always cleaning the areas, they need a jet wash and strong detergent in the drains and all will be well but it's a great place to go for fitness training, aqua classes and making new friends, love it

Negative experience: Went here today. First time for my eight month old. The 'baby pool' is freezing. More freezing than both the main pools. Main pools are cold but I can understand that. My son was frozen. Main pool over crowded as usual which is dangerous. My daughter should have been free to get in with her member card. Refused without council tax bill? Won't be using again. Miserable receptionist too.

Positive experience: Variety of facilities. Plenty of lockers and cubicals. Well set up for the kids party we were attending. Chaging rooms smelled of urine and rowdy youngsters swearing and banging the changing cubical.

Negative experience: Everything requires payment now. Years ago when I used to go, you would just pay for access to the pool and be able to go in the sauna, steam room, lane pool and leisure pool. All day access. Now each section is locked behind a paywall and you only are given a 1 hour time slot. Price has increased but you can do much less. The bathrooms are a mess, the changing area always smells and it’s just not good. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Did an exercise class here tonight and it was fantastic. Extremely good value. I will be back!

Positive experience: Gym pass £9.05 to assess facility with view to joining. Nice atmosphere, cleanish (could be better), decent weights and machines (some bit rusty), Costa food selection not great, jammed car park. Won't be joining. Thanks anyway.

Positive experience: Better than some places, my daughters loved the waves

Negative experience: Could be amazing if they didn't let so many people in! When booking online it shows theres only 50 tickets available for each time slot. But all time slots over lap so there's 200+ people in there. You literally cannot move. Too busy for younger kids. Everyone acting feral an life guards constantly blowing whistles. ‍ its exhausting rather than enjoyable. Not much for toddlers, toddler pool is just an empty shallow area with nothing to do. Bigger pool too busy an chaotic for little ones an they're not allowed even in the lazy river part, which is 1m deep, with parents holding them.

Positive experience: I only use the gym and it's fine for me. It's not packed with hundreds of people like other gyms in the erea. The equipment is not exactly top of the range but there is enough and it works ok. The changing room is old and tired looking. There is always a guy cleaning but he doesn't seem to clean inside the lockers. Always hair and fluff in them. I don't use the showers or sauna just get changed so it doesn't bother me so much. The fast check in is anything but fast can be slow some days. Overall it is a no frills quite gym where you can get on with your workout. No posers or influencers or sted heads. Review update the gym has recently had a makeover (17/8/24). Lots of lovely new equipment it's made a big difference so definitely worth an extra star.

Negative experience: Took my son here for his first time swimming, had booked for under the "Kids" section on the website but when I actually arrived they had informed me that the baby pool was only open between 1pm-2pm which there is no mention on the website, I have double checked and just cannot find any mention of this whatsoever. The changing rooms smelt very unhygienic and weren't parent friendly. It was really disappointing since it used to be a great place when I was a child, especially considering there is another local swimming centre a 10 minute drive away which we have since been attending that provides dedicated children sessions throughout the week, smells clean, has loads of parent&child families as well as having plenty of swim toys for the children to play with and is literally free, whereas I paid £9.70 just for myself and my two year old. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the staff were actually kind and helpful there.

Negative experience: Pre covid the place was great, you could just turn up pay and stay as long as you like, included in the price was swimming and use of the sauna and steam, you could relax without watching the clock, the sauna and steam capacity was self regulating. Now there are hour slots and they put wrist bands on you like cattle to identify when you have to leave and the staff come in the sauna and steam to check your bands letting the heat out. The facility is still good but the system they use now is not the best, they should scrap the bands and return to the original format.

Negative experience: Stay away! Especially from swimming classes! Once you signed up they will charge you even for lessons that were cancelled by facility, not too mention you turning up on the day to find out lesson was cancelled. The cherry on top is them not being able to accommodate the time which forced us to quit, couple of days later they inform I will have to pay for two months. stay away and under any circumstances don’t sign up for anything! Instructors were lovely though….

Negative experience: it's ashame that you have to point out that the only 2 toilets upstairs in the mens changing rooms a full of human waste .I arrived at 7 and left at 9.40 and not one member of staff had cleaned them up. it becoming a regular occurance. I worry very much that it should be reported to local authorities for the up keep of these very important areas . I am forced to give 1 star.

Negative experience: I joined this gym back in January and on the whole it does provide value for money for the price. However there is one issue... Cleansiness is appalling here, the gents changing room are always dirty. Toilets always overflowing with poo. The floor is always full of water poodles it's like been in a lake. Poor health and hygiene I am contemplating leaving the gym for this very reason. I will also report this to the council to investigate

Fantastic experience: Had a good time with the lads from down my local up the Goscote very clean and very well looked after and the slides were especially good. In my opinion they are the crème de la crème of water slides

Negative experience: My daughter goes to swim lessons with the school on a Thursday morning and has really enjoyed going untill going back to school after the Christmas break. The original swimming instructor she used to have was lovely, encouraging and spoke to the children with patience and respect. But since returning after the Xmas break she's had a new instructor and she has no patience and thinks she can speak to the children in an absolutely disgusting manner. She mocks children like a petulant child and has zero patience. She should NOT be able to work teaching children if she has no idea how to engage with them.

Negative experience: Went once with my family, they have the fun part pool which wasn’t the cleanest at all, I found there was tissue floating around underneath the water, kids bumping into each other how full it was I think they should of done a queue for each colour instead of all of them inside the pool, around the pool was rusty also had greasy walls as you lean up against them as well. At the deepest end of the leisure pool there was big gaps where a child could easily put their leg in which I thought was odd and dangerous for any pool to have random bars at the deep end. Wouldn’t suggest going again.

Fantastic experience: Great place, everything from gym to swimming pool great place for everyone to keep fit and have a coffee in Costa after

Positive experience: I went swimming here for the first time in a few months - some of the recent reviews made me a bit nervous but my visit had no issues. It was a weekday daytime so it wasn't busy, there were school swimming lessons but the lane pool still had three lanes open for other swimmers and the changing area was in reasonable condition with plenty of available cubicles and lockers. The lockers need a £1 coin which is returned after use. The water temperature was comfortable and I didn't find the chlorine level too high. The pool and changing area were reasonably clean, not perfect but not in bad condition, I did visit at a quiet time though. At £5.90 for an hour's session plus free parking I was happy.

Fantastic experience: I have been here when i was only 9 and i still go there

Negative experience: At the front when you enter the leisure centre it seems nice and inviting. But when you go into the changing room it is horrendous. Dirty floor, Cubicles are disgusting and the changing room smells of strong urine. Infection control does not exist here. Very poor sanitation, I'm scared to bring the kids back there incase they catch something. This place has alot of potential, it just needs to be managed properly and needs a vigorous cleaning schedule. Something maybe wrong with the sewage system cause I can't understand why the urine smell is so bad in the changing room. Update 14.01.2024 Things improved for a few weeks and now the standards have gone back to the way it was before. Changing room smells of strong urine again. I'm withdrawing my membership. Scared my kids might catch something.

Negative experience: The rudest people you can find. What a waste of time. Might be better off going to other better places

Negative experience: First visit to the big pool on Saturday. My son and I was harassed and threatened by Jack (lifeguard). My son was so frightened that he asked to leave the pool and was crying. After we had been in the pool for an hour Jack sent his female colleague over to tell me to return to the 'non swimmers' side of the pool. They did not bother to check if my son was okay after belly flopping into the water. Jack returned and threatened to get the Duty Manager if I did not move down the pool. When I agreed to him getting the manager, he became frustrated and threatened to jump in the pool and remove me if I did not move to the 'non swimmers' section of the pool. At no point was my son or I struggling and so had Jack laid his hands on me, this would have been deemed an assault! Had I looked like an older women, I would never have been treated in this way or spoken to in the manner of which the young staff had engaged with me. Josh on reception has a bad attitude when engaging with customers and I think that overall, the staff of this leisure centre need retraining.

Negative experience: Aqua fit my first class was made to feel so unwelcome by the clique of entitled pensioners in there felt bullied… never again…

Negative experience: As a regular user of the facilities ,gym sauna pool etc . I have had many different experiences. Firstly can I praise lifeguard Kelly. She is so pleasant and polite when visiting earlier this week , the other staff could definitely learn from her. The showers are terrible, barely warm and the changing rooms smell at times . Number of times I have had to depose other peoples litter out of the cubicles. The gym, male toilets are always clogged up With water over flowing on the floor, it’s not good when walking through the changing rooms and entering the gym.

Positive experience: Was ok tidy and clean staff helpful, was a bit warm for me in the waiting area.

Negative experience: Life gaurds are Absolute jobs worths and for future reference state clearly certain clothing allowed because your online is very misleading and if 1 life guard is going to moan make sure all life guards follow suit

Positive experience: This pool COULD be fantastic. The 2 water slides are its USP and fun for all the family BUT, Why let pervy old men sit on chairs along side the sauna and family pool? Why does the Lazy river not work? Why do the water features not work? Why did the waves only come on twice in our 1 half hour session? Why not let kids swim in the main pool if there is only 6 swimming at the time.

Positive experience: Changing cubicles have just had a make over clean only 1 swim lane rest of the pool taken for swimming lessons, there is a fun pool but not swimmable. There is a steam room and sauna and jacuzzi also which is a nice touch EDIT* the amount of non blue badge holders using the dedicated parking is ridiculous! Monday evening and no where to park as the BB parking is full and only 1 or 2 showing a BB it needs monitoring and controlling

Negative experience: Such a shame as this used to be a great day out The changing rooms are swimming in musty urine and is offensive to the nostrils, (definitely take footwear for walking round) on top of this it’s like a sauna trying to get changed, as there is no AC and trying to avoid the disgusting floors is mission impossible swims are timed by wristbands, and any inconveniences are taken off your time there is little to know control when it comes to things like goggles been thrown around for fun while people are trying to swim, so you can also enjoy trying not to be assaulted by objects while relaxing the lifeguard had absolutely no interpersonal skills and was extremely rude when I was trying to ask a question, however I won’t tarnish all staff with the same brush the jacuzzi is freezing and has little safeguarding in regards to changing rooms and behaviour of people using the facilities as I dread to think what some women (and men) are experiencing I hope something is done about these issues and no I don’t want to email anyone, take the information people are giving in reviews and act on it, or at least get the human waste off the floor

Negative experience: We are in 2023, why is there no air conditioning If they have it , it definitely doesn't work!

Positive experience: Vis ited the facility yesterday with my partner and his wheelchair bound 5 year old daughter. Checked in, and asked for the radar key for the disabled changing room, to be told there was a £5 deposit required. (Please be mindful that we have used this facility many times and never once been asked for this). But not a problem, "can I pay by card?" "No, cash only" "But I don't have any cash on me" "Oh well, nothing we can do then...next please!" Your 2 staff members on the desk were completely unhelpful, ignorant and unwilling to do anything to assist, happy to just leave me standing there, already having paid for a swimming session! Only paid a bit more attention when I told them in front of a queue full of people that what they were doing was discrimination. If it wasn't for the calm manner and helpfulness of your duty manager who came out to speak to me, I would be completely unwilling to use your facility again. After returning home, I trawled your website to see if I could find any mention of this "policy", and there is none! Might be an idea to add it on and make people aware so that they are not caught short as we were

Negative experience: They expect parent and babies to swim in the main pool amongst the lane swimmers which causes frustration on both sides and only gives parents and toddlers 25metres of one lane of the pool to swim in at best. Baby pool area is always shut (lifeguard said its only open for an hour between 1pm-2pm but has always been shut when I've gone.) yet still make you pay full price. When the baby pool has been open it's not very clean. I'd advise to go elsewhere if you want to take a little one for a swim. Car parking is always very busy, no child and parent spaces - the spaces are very small and always struggle to get a little one out the car. My little one enjoys the soft play area but it is very small and can get busy quite quickly.

Negative experience: We went yesterday and it was absolutely VILE. Changing rooms are small, smelly and filthy, the floor throughout is slimy, toilets stunk of urine and had feaces on atleast 2 of the toilet seats, half eaten food on the jacuzzi steps, Half empty bottles, plasters, paper and the odd nicotine patch over the poolside Chlorine was stupidly strong and hurt our eyes, the sitting part of the fast flume is black and mouldy, an alarm went off and we were told to get out the pool, them the alarm went off and we were told we could get back in, absolutely no explanation given though, Jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool, it's also really unnerving the amount of men who go alone and don't move from the pool edge for the whole session and just appear to be watching people. Won't be returning any time soon!!

Negative experience: Went there today 2nd time we’ve been with our 2yr old last time was better as we were allowed to go in all pools this time we was restricted to one side only no wonder gets overcrowded some lifeguards as someone said are like bouncers rude we ad our boy in arm bands and ring both me and his dad was either side him and one lifeguard was blowing at her god dam whistle saying he wasn’t allowed in the middle of the pool was ridiculous put me off going there again think she was whistle happy pestering everyone for no reason made me angry at one point felt like pushing her in the pool get a grip guys kids are with there parents in safer hands

Negative experience: No stars less than one. Should be -10, Discussing filthy environment. I’m sure people come here to just wash, Cubicles are rammy and stinking of stail urine. You’ll need a tetanus jab when you leave. Avoid peak times as it’s out of control. Also weirdos in changing rooms as it’s unisex. Nothing will get done about this as the managers come back with saying … hi sorry for your disappointing experience I will pass this onto the team. Nothings done…. As there’s comments just like mine months n months old.

Positive experience: I promised to keep you informed if there were improvements: The areas from reception leading into changing rooms and swimming/sauna/steam room is much warmer. Water is clear and inviting. Swimming lessons are available for all age groups. Hot Tubs water is still not so Hot but much better than before. The floor was still wet and slippery so caution when walking through from changing rooms leading to the swimming area, (would need constant clearing away of the excess water). 20p for use of hair dryer! Free Parking is available, you can book online for your swimming lessons/sessions or join the gym. It is a lovely place to be.

Fantastic experience: I booked onto the 7am lane swimming slot on a Saturday morning. It was busy but it’s a lovely pool. Nice and bright and clean. I’ll definitely go again when in the area.

Positive experience: Came here for the first time to try out the swimming and sauna and was very happy. Pool was not too busy but we did go early. The sauna is abit on the small side but again you don't stay in too long for it to clear out. We were shown around the gym around a very nice woman at reception, to see what else it has to offer. The changing areas could have been a little cleaner but I would recommend this place for sure. Will be returning.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and clean facilities, only place left in wolverhampton to get a decent sauna

Negative experience: Disappointing! The reception at the till desk booth delayed us by 1 hour because it was too crowded at the sauna and on the way back for the same reason, but I insisted that we have the option at the swimming pool and in the end he accepted the payment, I consider from my side that the person from the till desk exaggerated, I hope the slightly racist attitude of the ladies there will be regulated.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting behavior by manager John Thomos very unprofessional, steam room and Sauna is so dirty you feel infected, shower rooms and toilets makes you puke.

Positive experience: Nice pool and staff, visited often with my son and always booked over the phone and paid at reception but phoned today and its all online booking only now so i doubt we will be going again.

Positive experience: I have only been going there since November 2022. We have to use the studio pool on the days where the times are for the disabled it's only for an hour which doesn't give you much time when you have to use the hoist and a few have to use it. The disable parking is there for a reason disable but you still have people parking there and not showing a badge so they can get nearer also parking up on the kerbs what do they think the parking bays are there for. parents with small children and pushchairs need to be able to use the footpaths be more considerate. The facility is there for everyone to use.

Positive experience: Staff are brilliant and pool is on point

Positive experience: Always been a fairly good place, but this particular occasion I was visiting for work purposes, but still I was delt with promptly and very efficiently by the staff.

Negative experience: Booked swim/sauna/steam room scammers shut the main pool off and expect swim in family pool. Why sell the product if not available!

Positive experience: Kids swim lessons staff very good .plenty of parking including disabled. Little cafe inside. Toilets aswel.

Positive experience: Good baths for leisure. Wouldn't recommend the fast flume as hurt my leg on it. The tiles look like they need a good cleaning though but not sure if that's a hygiene risk or it's fine.

Positive experience: Take my children there for swimming lessons. 30 min sessions (£23.25 a month) however, if your child achieves a certificate/badge, this is an additional cost - not explained when I signed up, although the cost isn't huge, in principle I would expect that if paying for lessons, any achievements/certificates are included in the monthly cost. Changing rooms aren't great, not particular big, struggles to cope with change over of classes, floor looks like its always dirty.

Fantastic experience: I think this is a great gym. I hired Michelle as my Personal Trainer for 6 sessions. I was a total gym hater and didn't know what to expect from a PT. Michelle was wonderful she was patient yet challenging when I needed to be challenged. She keeps my sessions varied and is a real motivational trainer. Michelle has me running and planking which is amazing considering I am a novice. I now look forward to going.

Fantastic experience: It is a great place, the kids love it. Rain tree and waves. Pre booked slots, online, so it doesn't get too crowded. Very friendly staff too. Entry for Family of 4 is reasonable at £14.50.

Fantastic experience: Great place, swimming for all the family, sauna, steam room, gym, soft play area, cafe. They also do swimming lessons for kids and adults. Easy access.

Negative experience: I just been spoke the manger about cars park on the drop of point now 40 min later them cars are still there so it clear to me the manger did nothing about hop it one of her kids

Negative experience: Not family friendly. Kids cant go in bubble pool. The lifeguards are like bouncers. Waste of money

Negative experience: Attended a family birthday party in the soft play area today. Staff were rude and unprofessional when dealing with an time overlap for another party down to their miscommunication. Absolutely disgusted.

Fantastic experience: Exemplary customer service from Josh and Debbie regarding a membership query for my son in Canada! Both so helpful, friendly and kind. Noteworthy service.
