Negative experience: Look at the most recent reviews and that will tell you something. I’ve been a member on and off for over 25 years. It pains me to give it a low rating as in the past I’ve had fond memories ( been coming since I was a teen.) However it has drastically gone downhill. Women’s changing rooms - about 5 lockers out of 30 work. No rush or communication about being fixed. Staff are so nonchalant in behaviour. Recently took my brother - he forgot his towel - they gave him one that was no bigger than a hand towel. Wouldn’t give him another and he had to pay!! Always something that needs fixing. Hot and cold water in showers don’t work if more than one shower is used. Taps don’t work properly. Used to be costume dryer. That’s now gone. Floor always wet and dirty. Pool / sides of pool dirty. Glass dirty. Never seen gym equipment cleaned. You can see staff standing round talking. Constant price increases on membership. First time I have ever left a bad review on Google but after just received another email saying of another price hike I can’t help but feel let down.

Negative experience: Bad rating only hot water no cold water to mix dangerous did report to staff who was not interested albino guy with white hair .... Jacuzzi was cold

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at You Fit Solihull, mainly due to the unwelcoming and unpleasant attitudes of Gareth and Lisa. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer . Their lack of professionalism and rude behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere, which really ruined what should have been an enjoyable visit. Customer service is key in a place like this, and unfortunately, Gareth and Lisa completely missed the mark. I won’t be returning anytime soon. They didn’t even want to give us a towel the way they spoke to us and look at us was very worrying I even called one of the girls from the hotel who didn’t understand why we couldn’t get a towel, voco is a lovely hotel with lovely staff but you fit is horrible go to Crowne plaza or village

Fantastic experience: Nice little gym. Jacuzzi seems to be in and out of service

Negative experience: Been a member for about 8 months now. In that 8 months they have put the price up and yet there is always something not working. Since I have joined the jacuzzi is hit or miss if it’s working or not. And for over a month now the steam room has been out of order. The customers haven't been offered compensation for the facilities that they are paying for and it’s such a shame as the location is good and if everything worked it would be great for what you get. When speaking to a lot of members they seem very unhappy as one of the steam room, sauna or jacuzzi seems to be down at one stage or another and never seems any urgency to fix them.

Negative experience: I've been a regular customer at Youfit Solihull and have always been welcomed warmly. However, during my recent visit today, the receptionist, Liza, refused entry a few minutes before 6:00 PM, despite my usual arrival time. Under the reason of not accepting customer after 6:00 PM. This abrupt change in policy left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I hope the establishment addresses this issue promptly to ensure consistent and respectful treatment of all patrons.

Positive experience: Club has a lot going for it in terms of friendly staff & loyal, long time members. Except gym, other facilities need updating. Since reopening after Covid-19 extra chlorine added to water. Facilities need updating.

Negative experience: I used a free pass here today, looking for swimming facilities. The attendant couldn't have been less interested, no sales technique we had to ask membership fees, terms and conditions. The changing room is small, only 1 private cubicle. Floor was wet and dirty. The pool area is old, dated, and dirty. Tiles missing on pool, scum around the tiles, paint peeling of the walls. I gave this 1 star as it was free. I won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: Very small gym but has varied and good quality equipment, staff are loverly and extremley helpful. Facilities are always being cleaned throughout the day. Sauna and steam room nice size. Good value membership.

Negative experience: Dodds tour company booked us in for 4 nights. Buffet evening meals were about the cheapest quality you could get. Spoiled an otherwise enjoyable holiday.
