Negative experience: I’ve never seen such a dirty changing room in my Life. The showers seem like they haven’t been washed in years felt so gross taking a shower with stains and dirt. Found a used tampon in the changing rooms which someone was nice enough to leave behind. Staff don’t seem to clean in between sessions. Pool needs to be cleaned lots of debris. Not enough key wrist bands for lockers Disappointing!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for eight months, and it’s truly a fantastic community space! The recent gym refurbishment is impressive, and the new machines are excellent. The classes are great too! However, it’s the staff who make the real difference! Huge shoutout to the Front Office, Pool Team, Gym, and Spa—your dedication, service and warm energy is outstanding! The list of names is too long, but you know who you are ❤️ thank you Of course, there’s always room for improvement in certain areas and processes. The center is definitely moving in the right direction, and with a little extra care at all levels—including from us as members—it could be even better!

Negative experience: I would strongly advise against visiting this spa. The level of cleanliness is beyond unacceptable—it’s a serious health and safety hazard. The steam rooms are absolutely filthy. Visible mould is covering the walls and the ceiling. The smell of damp and mildew is overwhelming, and the lack of hygiene is impossible to ignore. It’s clear that the place is never properly cleaned, which is shocking for a facility that people visit for relaxation and wellness. However, the absolute worst part was the jacuzzi. I couldn’t even bring myself to use it. The water looked disgusting—murky, unclean, and clearly not maintained. It was obvious that it hadn’t been changed or cleaned in who knows how long. The thought of stepping into that water was enough to make me walk away. This isn’t just an unpleasant experience—it’s dangerous. Unfortunately, I am now unwell after visiting, which only confirms my worst fears about the hygiene standards here. It’s clear that these facilities are not properly maintained, and the lack of basic cleaning is shocking. This could be easily fixed with proper sanitation and regular maintenance, but clearly, cleanliness is not a priority. I paid for a service I couldn’t even use due to how disgusting it was. Until this place undergoes a complete overhaul, I strongly advise avoiding it unless you want to risk your health and waste your money. Absolutely unacceptable.

Negative experience: website is horrible, glitchy and slow. Made a booking but could not rearrange on the booking time online and was directed to contact the centre via phone. Nobody picked up after numerous calls and the booking is non refundable

Negative experience: Staff are rude only have time to talk amongst themselves See customers waiting and ignore them. Non existent customer service. If they do get around to you it's like they are doing you a favour. Everyone active needs to address this we can't all be lying. In addition the changing rooms stink.. consistently I would like to add that when the cleaner is there it makes a real difference she does a great job. But they need to hire more cleaning staff for longer hours It's disgusting.

Negative experience: Simple communication is impossible. They had a holiday from swimming classes but did not tell parents by email or phone and instead had slips of paper at reception. Another time they cancelled a class and claimed to have called me when they did not. We had no idea so came for the first week. When trying to sign my son up for his lessons (as the closest one around) I have called a total of 10 times over 2 days. No answer to the call. The one time I did get through (in the initial call) the woman on the phone clearly didn’t know how to set up the lessons over the phone (which is what I did with my daughter) and told me to do so online but the online form does not allow me to complete the payment and asks me to contact the centre. And they simply do not answer the phone. It’s like they see my number and chose to ignore the call. Even at 10am on a Monday morning when it is said to be very quiet. I think it’s a sign not to bother with his membership. My daughter hasn’t learnt to swim for a full year of lessons anyway. May be time to drive out further for somewhere better.

Negative experience: We booked spa and saunas, we hoped to have some relax. BUT there was a small space for sauna and a lot of people. So crowded and noisy.As well, dirty. There is also one sauna for all men and women. What made me feel not so good.

Positive experience: Main gym was closed for refurbishment..had a free 1 day pass..walked in and got sent to a small room which had a few machines and it was full..ladies only session..but I did not get to go on to the running machine and it was busy..ended up staying for only half an hour and left..also price for membership is very pricey..£35 per month plus £10 joining fee..purgym start from £17.99 per month..huge difference !

Negative experience: Although I am a regular at the Mondays Ladies Only Spa at 'Abbey Spa' and I do enjoy it, I want to note that I have experiences disgusting customer service. I can literally never get through to anyone on the phone. Just yesterday from 9:20am until 10am I was constantly ringing them on their contact number and no one was picking up. The automated voice just kept saying 'sorry I am not available'. I think that is absolutely atrocious. I called them 23 times and I even tried to get in touch with someone from the front desk in the leisure centre and the result was the same. I think as a huge leisure centre, your focus is on the customer and to make it as easy for them to reach out to you which they have obviously failed to do. Like I said before, I do enjoy using the sauna. I think the facilities are good for the price we are paying but the customer service is a huge let down.

Negative experience: Unclean! Gross! I was gagging after a swim. Bandages in the water among other things (better unsaid). Unknown brown stuff on the walls. Ceilings are broken and drain moths everywhere. No machine to squeeze the water from your suit after a swim and shower doors broken for weeks on end. Ended up cancelling my membership. Atrocious. No refunds either

Fantastic experience: A huge shout out to Venus here, great service from her while signing my partner up and then myself! She explained the membership very clearly to us. This is a amazing centre and I look forward to using our membership to the fullest.

Negative experience: Customer service absolutely rubbish I have been calling for the past for my daughters swimming class and there is no response on the phone I then visited the leisure centre and see that they ignore phone calls purposely and it is not busy at all absolutely shocked at this service will not visit again!!!

Negative experience: I’ve been trying to get a hold of reception through the phone for hours and just goes to voicemail. Can’t sign in and reset password email doesn’t come through. Don’t really understand why there isn’t a helpline. Really disappointed in the customer service, can’t request a simple password reset.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the services for the women’s session!!! Firstly, it’s absolutely misleading how women’s sessions are advertised as there are always men around in the changing rooms and there are cases where the lifeguard is a male. Furthermore, why can other members in the mixed gym see us through the window? Women specifically come to these sessions as they expect it to be WOMEN’s ONLY. Secondly, I have already complained as well as other members of my family about this issue. Nothing has been solved yet! Monday sessions are an absolute disaster. The fact that we were told to change in the other changing rooms is absolutely disgusting as it means we have to run across the reception area. I am uncomfortable with how this is laid out. Other swimming pools have two separate changing rooms leading to the pool and women’s sessions are STRICTLY women. As a Muslim Woman, I find this gross and disturbing and feel as though my needs are not met. This leisure centre is not protecting women.

Negative experience: The staff are polite and helpful, they try their best, but gym need modernisation. Weightlifting area is outdated, crammed and filthy. It's depressing. I came from pure gym just because of swimming. Pool changing areas are filthy and greasy especially the floors. I really hope they modernise and keep it clean.

Negative experience: I bought membership for my 8 months old baby and we were sold this membership with lots of lies. Vanus was the lady who sold us this membership, she told us one of the parents can go in with baby and there are no extra charges but today when I went there I was refused the entry and I've been told to pay extra for parent to go in swimming pool with baby. The guy on the reception was horrible, his name is Aiyan. He was rude and almost got into a fight with me. I told him to call manager which he purposely ignored and made me wait 15 mins until I raised my voice. After that manager named Rosie Morgan came who was absolutely no help and I told her to cancel my membership and refund us full money. I'm hoping to get a full refund. Highly unrecommended.

Negative experience: I have been using this gym for over 1 year. The standards at the Sauna/Male changing rooms have dropped making it a disgusting place. The salt steam room has not been working for a few months despite getting told they will fix it asap. The jacuzzi is always dirty. The male changing rooms/showers are not cleaned on a regular basis.

Negative experience: I joined this gym but cannot go swimming. Changing areas and showers are beyond filthy. Floors are grimy and full of hair. Everything needs updating. The ladies gym needs an expansion. It’s crowded in the evenings and no cleaner is in sight. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good range of classes with a good system to book/cancel. The yoga instructor is up himself and I won’t be doing that class again as he is negative and hates everything and everyone. He also made a comment towards an Indian member saying “you people do this!” And proceeded to wobble his head side to side. I’m not Indian but I found that extremely offensive!

Negative experience: There is a CCTV cameras right above the changing room. I didn't realise this until AFTER I had finished changing. Be very wary! They need to be reported. It's the large changing room as you just walk in.

Negative experience: Very deceptive marketing around how there memberships work particularly in relationship to guest pasees and the bizarre way they do monthly charges (3 charges in 2 months) really feels like you have to watch then like a hawk to avoid being scammed. Currently using them as the only pool on the area but would leave in a second if there was an alternative

Negative experience: Very basic and dated equipment. No water available on gym floors, water fountains have been broken for a long while now - which is a risk to paying customers health and safety. Both gyms are consistently dirty even after cleaner, even the antibacterial spray bottles are filthy. Substandard. Try before you buy.

Negative experience: There is a lot of cases lack of equipment. Staff do not pay attention on customers request. Gym is quite filthy. For some classes number of bookings on the App is more than class can handle. As a result, customers are just asked to leave. For RPM class music track was broken for 1.5 month and when customers called to fix, music track provider was not even aware on the issue. In general, management do not seem to be engaged in improving service.

Fantastic experience: It's a gym, it has gym things, and you can do gym stuff. Compared to The Gym Group just up the road, Abbey Leisure Center is cleaner, and you're a tiny bit less likely to get stabbed mid-workout - which is nice.

Positive experience: I been training for more than 10 years and know what exercises and equipment is needed to build a good body. this gym doesn't have enough resistance equipment to get a satisfying workout. Maybe they have the most depressing weightlifting area I have ever seen. A little bit annoying how you have to have a spa membership on top of normal gym membership to use the sauna after a workout. The staff member at reception told me if I wanted to use sauna with a swimming pool without paying extra there was another local council gym nearby that had that. Even after all this negativity I still have a membership to go swimming and use their sauna in their spa (paid extra). These are very good. It's a shame, this gym would be perfect if they had enough weights.

Fantastic experience: 5 ⭐ gym refurbishment. I was amongst the crowd of members who attended the official opening of the newly refurbished gym today. The design layout has been very carefully thought out making excellent use of the available space. The new equipment is high end with a functional design: similar to what you would expect in a private gym. The main ground floor reception area has also undergone a reinvigoraing facelift. ---------------------------------------------- All kudos to Dave from the first floor gym reception who when not listlessly pushing a dirty mop across the floor, appears permanently glued to his swivel chair whilst studiously ignoring the clientele around him: an asset to the fitness industry.

Negative experience: The spa is… unacceptable to say the least. It never gets cleaned. Frankly this seems like a health & safety hazard. Both steam rooms have actual mould all across their walls.. Today I accidentally touched a part of the steam room that was gelatinous like a fish… certainly not the environment I’m looking for in a spa. This could be an easily handled problem if the rooms got cleaned. But unfortunately, it never gets cleaned. Imagine a steam room that’s never cleaned. It quite literally smells like mould and to be frank, I’m sure I’ll end up with some kind of illness if continuing to attend this spa. As for the Sauna, today that smelt like urine… no more comments. A sauna should smell like wood, but… this is what we’ve got. Some action NEEDS to be taken by Abbey Leisure Centre. This is beyond unacceptable.

Negative experience: Short changed me, changing rooms stink of urine and other odours that the nose couldn’t identify. changing rooms also wasn’t clean and clearly evident that they don’t even get a quick clean at all during the day. As hair, rubbish, paper and even gum stuck to the floor. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I'm here to provide feedback for Susana, who filled in as a swimming instructor for four weeks. She did an outstanding job, demonstrating perfect techniques and showing great friendliness. My daughter loves her teaching style and she actively encourages the kids. Negative experience: Came here as my local everyone active had an issue with the pool. This place is incredibly dirty, entered the changing rooms and couldn’t find a clean cubicle. It smelt like stagnant water and the place just had grime and dirt top to bottom. Litter in pretty much every cubicle, get they can’t monitor that constantly. You can just tell that it doesn’t get cleaned properly by the build up of grime. We just ended up walking out and missing our swim session.

Negative experience: Lady at the front desk was very rude and very disrespectful - she could’ve spoke nicely but spoke with so much attitude from her chair. No good customer service reputation and she is not helpul and kind the one with black hair and big eyelashes covering her dark circles. Yusuf tries acting like he’s the boss yet he’s just a side piece part of the team he’s also very upfront and rude - think the team needs to be checked out again.

Negative experience: Another poorly managed business in the area. How is it possible to be so stupid. Asked so many times to do something about the cool current in the changing rooms for after using the pool. The children's teeth were chattering. Thank you, will choose other place rather than yours. I am sick of that type of management

Negative experience: Worse customer service, there is a boy call yusuf in the reception who is very rude and behaves like that he is the owner of the leisure centre. Negative experience: Changing rooms are disgustingly filthy and seldom cleaned! I don’t think I have ever seen them in state where you would be able to even marginally describe them as partially clean. The changing facilities are disgusting. While some staff are decent, some are beyond rude and simply do not care! You’ll make a booking for something and then find out they have closed it. They will then make you get dressed and go to reception to explain when they could have radio it to the reception. So you have now lost half of your session time but they don’t care, no apologies and nothing changes. They will then try to kick you out at the end of your session even though because of them you missed over half the time! No point in trying to call Abbey Leisure Centre as it will ring and no one ever picks up despite the desk being manned. They simply prefer to chat to colleagues or spend time on their phones than deal with customers. Some swim teachers are excellent and really engage and others are absolutely terrible spending more time chatting, shouting at kids and playing up to their colleagues than actually teaching the kids to swim. The spa invariably has things that do not work and is increasingly looking run down and grubby in all parts. When you are including a shower as part of the number of experiences they offer you realise how low grade this place is.

Negative experience: Filthiest swimming pool, and changing rooms. The loos are a disgrace. I have gone in for a swim booking lanes and have to agree to the rules, yet no rules enforced and have to fight way through to do lanes. I stopped going for a few months as the pool had literally algae and tendrils on the pool floor and walls; let’s not bring up the water that felt like saliva. The proximity to my house is brilliant, but honestly going to go out of my way to find another area as deserve a better experience as I pay.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this gym as a guest. The equipment was outdated and in poor condition. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The cleanliness of the facility was questionable, and I often found myself avoiding certain areas due to the lack of maintenance. They provided terrible customer service, which was really aggravating. The representatives were uninterested in providing assistance and were unresponsive. When I did eventually receive an answer, it was largely useless and ambiguous. A straightforward problem took forever to fix, and I got the impression that they didn't value my time or concerns. It is unacceptable for any firm to tolerate this degree of ineptitude and negligence. I would definitely suggest avoiding their customer support representatives. I have tried to use the sauna for few days and they were telling they all booked, even though I try to book it earlier. I would not recommend this gym.

Negative experience: I have my 2 daughters coming for swimming lessons here. They have the most disrespectful and rude staff there is. You get threatened with the police if you leave your 4 year old waiting by the pool whilst you’re in a pool with your 2 year old for half an hour finishing the swimming lesson. Keep in mind, the 4 year old, she’s here for swimming lessons also, only that she’s half an hour earlier than my 2 year old. So yeah, dealing with their staff is definitely something you don’t want to do in a Saturday morning. Plus they never have hot running water, in the changing rooms is always cold. Wouldn’t recommend at all for parents taking their kids swimming lessons here.

Positive experience: The facilities are very well maintained the highlight of this leisure centre is definitely the spa you have a great spacious sauna hydrotherapy pool. The only negative is like all leisure centres when it gets busy you might find yourself waiting to use equipment and swimming can be an issue because they have lots of classes which means you might not get the opportunity to swim on certain days.

Negative experience: Today, it was ladies session, only as I arrived got changed went to the pool. There was two men guards , disgusting, men walking in and out the lady changing room. Negative experience: Good luck trying to book a membership with this centre. The only answer the receptionist has is "he's in a meeting. Call back later" or "he's on lunch break. Come back later." Screw this leisure centre.

Negative experience: Honestly, I've been reading festival and can honestly say it's cleaner on the last day there than it is here!! Hair and dirt everywhere! The swimming pool had a plaster in it, and the staff just hated you for being there. Honestly, don't go here

Positive experience: The underfunding shows, all the authorities have been hit hard. But they are doing the best they can with what they have. The place can do with cleaning up and basic maintenance of the showers. So far the staff teaching the kids are great. The staff at front of house are okay, a few are great and welcoming, but most are just doing a job. Accessibility is great. Although unrelated, their app is awful.

Negative experience: My swimming session was cancelled today due to staff shortage. No effort was made to notify me by call nor by email so I wasted my time and money coming into the centre. Appalled by terrible lack of professionalism on the part of the center

Negative experience: It’s nice having a pool so central. However, the condition is just not up to scratch. The pool’s basin is very dirty - including dirt, hair and plasters which remain between sessions. The water is oddly salty, and doesn’t seem to be clean. On top of that, you can book into slow, medium or fast lanes but this isn’t enforced at all. People will swim incredibly slowly in the fast lane but the staff never say anything, meaning that if you want to use this pool for fitness like me it just doesn’t work.

Positive experience: POOL PARTY - Abbey Leisure Centre was the only pool within 40 miles of me which still offered parties and didn't use the "Covid excuse" that everything's still on hold. All the staff were great and very friendly especially the assistant manager, Amelia, who really went above and beyond getting us information and arranging everything. They were a little un-organised as we were supposed to be on the water for 4 but they didn't start blowing the inflatable up until then and then had to get 20 kids life jackets on. If your interested, plan to be ready poolside 30 minutes before so the staff can get everyone ready. We lost a good 20 mins this way. The staff allowed us to use two group changing rooms for the boys and girls to get changed which had secure locks to keep everyone's belongings safe. They also accommodated an amazing sized studio upstairs which was perfect to host a birthday party. I arranged two ping-pong tables to show size (these were in the room already and they allowed us to use) and even then it was still huge. They also allowed us to use their sound system which had a quality sound with great bass and had already arranged tables and chairs out for us beforehand. Be warned however, the viewing area upstairs in the swimming pool is unbearably hot so wear light clothing! Everywhere else is nice and cool.

Negative experience: I am very disappointing to see the staff behaviour. I just left the gym membership immediately. No helpful staff at all. I think the authorities should focus on this matter. Changing room is so dirty as well. I went so many gyms before. This gym is just 5 minutes away from my house, that's why I joined there. Very upset today.i didn't recommend my friends to join there as well.

Positive experience: It's okay, small regular customers in the gym but dirty toilets in the afternoon/evening and most of the times no hand wash liquid, filth on window cils and except Michael, trainers don't care much.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with swimming pool. Always kept clean and tidy. Extra free weights and machines would be more helpful. The other thing I hate is sometimes the music is too loud. Please turn it off so I can concentrate on what I am hearing through my headphones.

Negative experience: Very unhygienic, there is no hair dryer in the swimming changing room, water barely comes out from the shower, and most of the shower room lock does not work. Water licking from the ceiling. This place needs a refurbishment

Negative experience: Disgusting!!! The changing room are absolutely stained!!! The swimming staff is so bossy. Even if you're a beginner, they force you to tilt your head to your chest underwater!! They force you to hold your breath for insane periods and water is very salty. It hurts when it goes up your nose! Parties are terrible

Fantastic experience: Love it small equipped gym that has every thing for your needs. Love the cycling out doors mountain attack Bernard County Pacific coast and others. Gym staff are lovely it costs more but well worth it

Negative experience: Swimming pool staff are very rude who thinks they own the place. They are selling Swimming aid products but you cannot use it in the main pool. Those products are used to learn Swimming quickly but I guess they are not interested in teaching rather money making. I was in their Swim learning program but didn't learn anything. So I quit the lessons and started to learn using swim aid. In the beginning they allowed it but now a days they are not allowing it. Fortunately I have managed to made progress that I am not dependent on those anymore. Because of staff people are already canceling subscriptions. If customers are not valued then not point of having contract.

Negative experience: Non competent staff members. Before purchasing a gym pass I made an enquiry about possibility of my child aged 8 waiting for me at the Centre and was convinced it’s ok for a child to wait as long as a believe the child is independent enough. She was always quietly sitting in the gallery or on the chair in waiting area. I was using gym for a half year when today I was not allowed to enter the leisure center because of coming in with my child and it’s against their safety policy as I was informed today. I explained the situation to manager and was told that there is nothing they can do as it’s never been allowed ( however I was told different back then when I bought my pass) When I asked what are possible solutions to this as I am frustrated now and that was my one and only opportunity to come to gym as for single mom - I was told that they are there not to sort out my single parents life and I shall consider another centre. Extremely rude. The situation was treated at reception where other staff members and customers where watching this as well as my child , who now doesn’t want to attend her classes in there based on this experience. I believe it’s very unprofessional and I feel very unsupported. I would not do anything against setting’s policies however I was told there are not any in regards of child waiting at the beginning. Very unsatisfied as seems each staff member has own understanding of the policies, management is not able to provide any solutions and response is highly unprofessional and not treated in a right manner.

Negative experience: The condition of the facility (changing rooms, showers, toilets and especially the pool) is completely unacceptable. Everything is dirty. You can spot an old dirt, scale and mud. Rubbish and hair on the floor. The pool basin has brown stains and tile joints are filthy. But the most important thing is water, which is obviously disgusting as well. It tastes salty, You can't even smell a hint of chlorine. This makes this place hazardous to health. People are allowed to go into the pool in t-shirts ?! I have seen a women in the pool with her brassiere under the actual swimming suit. This pool is the most filthy facility I have ever seen, strongly not recommended!!

Negative experience: I'm really disappointed that it takes around 30 minutes for my call to be answered, and this is the case on every occasion. Showers barely work and usually has cold water. The lifeguards are lovely, but more needs to be said when people are being disruptive. Last week there was a family of 4 that was jumping in the deep end for the whole session. It meant that no one else could use a whole section of the slow lane. I do understand people are there for fun, but not when you're ruining other people's experience. I also saw a young teen being stopping from getting into the pool as she was attending a 16+ session. The following week, a child under 5 was swimming. There needs to be more consistency and fairness.

Negative experience: Changing rooms are absolutely filthy, same rubbish is left for weeks on end. Toilets with no locks, soap dispensers permanently empty. Gym floor is turning into a youth club after 4pm, cannot access any equipment as unsupervised teenagers are chucking weights around,breaking things etc. generally just mucking around. This is roughly the dearest gym in the area and doesn’t feel like it at all. Gym is lacking in weights..looks like they’ve been stolen as I was told before! Classes are good but not enough of them. Gym equipment gets broken and stays broken for months on end. Seems like the whole centre is more aimed at children than anything else. I like the centre, just feels it’s going more and more downhill. Beware- They close the gym with NO warning. They have an app service which is updated for classes etc- no reason a message cant be sent to warn customers the gym is closed for the day. When you pay for transport/their own diabolical parking fees. Most running machines are broken, squat rack broken, cross trainers broken, rowing machines broken, handles and displays on machines broken. So disappointing. All handles for toilets broken!

Fantastic experience: Used the spa today, sauna, 2 steam rooms and jacuzzi. Clean and new everything. The steam rooms and sauna were very hot. The jacuzzi was not hot, and the showers not hot, but thats not a problem cause after using the sauna you need something chilled. I would go again

Positive experience: Friendly staff, great family activities and certain parts like the gym do not get too packed. While you are there check out the spa. They have also just opened up a women's only gym.

Negative experience: That gym has totally lost control. Very bad management!!! Lots of people at the gym, no places to do exercises. I really don't know what for I payd when I visited the gym tonight as even didn't have any chance to use some sport equipments. Really, was very disappointed. Isn't fair! Ready to make a formal complaint and asking for compensation!

Negative experience: People super loud bad contingent, Everything super dirty. Jacuzzi is dirty and cold. Steam room are nice deserve one star from all , People in steam room taking loud they don’t care at all. Because very cheap spa and membership. Swimming pool is dirty and small as they let you book a line and from 5 lines two given to the kids the rest of people are hanging around not even swimming properly, don’t even know the clockwise rule so if you enjoy swimming find better place. I was fuming literally you can’t swim in it. In weekends you can’t even step in the pool so many people. The gym it’s all right but i guess super busy. FIND BETTER PLACE ! I know it’s hard in east London but do not recommend to come to this cheap place. NOT RECOMMEND

App was not working properly took long time. service was weak. Would not go anymore soo bad experience. Waist of time. Negative experience: Now need to buy a £5 non refundable padlock for locker. Hot showers were not working had to walk through reception and shower in changing rooms. Jucuzzi not working . Heating not working worst spa day ever .changing room floor wet and dirty.

Negative experience: Terrible place staff are rude, unhelpful, there is dirt into the swimming pool . Ah the temperature is just out of control the water is freezing cold then when you try to get to the changing rooms is can collapse from cold .... I want to point specially the Black fluffy lady which been incredible rude to children today. What a shame .... What ever you ask the staff they are just rude and careless worse place I've ever been to ..... its suppose to be place to have a fun but when you get to it is just awful
