Fantastic experience: Decent place for a work out operates ok good enough for wot tou need. Staff nice. It's quiet so you can get to use all the equipment. Not unlike other places where you have to wait sometimes to use the machines

Fantastic experience: Visited for football tournament. Very well organised. Love the woodland nature reserve alongside the recreational fields.

Negative experience: Found out it is now going to be something medical building. Stirchley sports centre was flattened.

Negative experience: My experience has been that most staff gossip about some customers and are stand offish to some customers eg; don't give eye contact and don't smile at some customers and get treated unfairly to some others. I'm feeling like I want to stop my membership.

Positive experience: I would give more stars but the sports hall is not ventilated and very hot. Not fun to exercise in those conditions.

Positive experience: Like all these shared school sports facilities, not focused on the public sports side. Using the sports hall for example the heating is too high in winter and in summer no ventilation. Ask for a change and it transpires everything is under control of the school who don't really give a damn about public hire so nothing changes. At least this school does allow public hire unlike some academies in the area. Edit 131023: No change except this week the vents were open as we arrived in the hall. They automatically closed 5 minutes later. At least the kids were a little cooler but to hell with anyone paying for use of the facilities.

Positive experience: Only visited the gym for a couple of months, on medical advice. What can I it's just your average gym

Fantastic experience: Very tidy and friendly staff here, they are part of the secondary school so the gym isn't open till around 5pm. The building does have a lift and toilets on all floors. They do activities through the week for children and there are things for adults too but you would need to phone them to ask what's on and when.

Positive experience: The gym is way too hot here, if you can't handle heat then I'd recommend going somewhere else. Upon asking reception about the possibility of getting either fans or the air con on they said "The fans aren't for the gym" and "we don't control the air con at reception" staff are otherwise helpful and friendly but don't seem to care how hot it gets. The gym is not suitable for you if you want to gain muscle as the dumbells only go up to 25kg and there is only a Smith machine. If you're into your Cardio this would be perfect, apart from the fact you will overheat within the first 5 mins of exercise.
