We have recently moved studios to Buckland Park Lake, we are now situated in a beautiful new setting with an updated wellness concept. The Fitness & Wellness Academy now manage the wellness offering at the lake and are the proud curators of the NEW Wellness Tree Studio. We continue to provide our usual offering of Personal Training, Small Group Classes, Nutrition and our wonderful Day Retreats but we now share our studio with a collection of independent wellness experts carefully chosen to broaden our wellness offering, creating the ‘best’ wellness team in Reigate.

I met Jess and Chloe 10 weeks ago, I actually can’t believe it’s such little time as it feels like they been my champions forever. From the moment I immersed myself into the Fitness Academy, I haven’t looked back. My life and the way I approach my well-being has completely changed. Usually change of diet and exercise comes as a laborious task but this just hasn’t been the case. It’s been fun (dare I say it) and easy to remain motivated. Both Jess and Chloe are so down to earth, they support you when you aren’t having a great day and cheer you on to get back up.

I’ve joined gyms and classes before but have always just felt like a number. Here at the Fitness Academy you feel like a valued person…..every success is celebrated and encouraged along the way.
