Edenbridge Leisure Centre

Positive experience: Layout of the gym isn't great, half of it feels like its in the hallway. Pay extra to use facilities like squash, really should offer a discount at least if you become a member. The website is misleading, on the Edenbridge page it lists the facilities, and at the bottom where it lists membership options it mentions a sauna but they don't have one at this location. The whole club feels outdated. Staff (Karen and I think Ed?) were very friendly, and helpful in answering my queries.

Positive experience: A very decent gym with friendly staff and well-priced, but sometimes the pool is very cold. Could do with having the temperature turned up!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic for the price. The gym is well equipped, the classes are great and the pool is warm and immaculately clean. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. A great local asset.

Positive experience: It's quite gay. But it's alright it is quite boring as well needs more cleaning in the toilets and more renovation for it to be in OK condition

Fantastic experience: Rang up today to join for swimming and sauna a lovely lady called nadia helped me out very polite and professional She has given me a 5 day pass to use over the three locations they own I’ll be going today for a swim and if all goes well I’ll becoming a member. Very good first impression I hope it all goes well once I’m there. I’m not interested in the gym and the pictures of the swimming pool look great so fingers crossed I enjoy it.

Fantastic experience: The Feel Good exercise room is the best thing ever! We had no idea it was there and we live very close to it - it’s perfect for older people who can’t face returning to a normal gym. Post- knee replacement it has really helped.

Fantastic experience: Such a shame about the reviews as the experience we had was amazing. My daughter had her 4th Birthday Party there and I couldn't fault the staff. Absolutely accommodating. We've also been to several parties here so obviously a popular choice with the locals. Thank you

Negative experience: Far too expensive with not enough membership bundles. Please consider this and do something about it!!!

Negative experience: I recently joined and wanted to start at the gym asap. I wanted to book in for an induction as i couldn’t use the gym otherwise! after weeks of phoning up and trying to book one ( and nobody to give me the induction) i’ve just given up and cancelled the direct debit. Karen was very nice and helpful however there’s a girl covered in stick and poke tatoos and was very unhelpful. how they can let her be at the desk god knows

Fantastic experience: Well maintained pool, with diligent managers and life guards. Sure, it's not a luxury health spa, but all the staff are brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Great facility for a smaller town! I've been using the pool, gym, squash courts and now the instructor led classes at Edenbridge leisure centre for 6 years now and I think the place is great. Yes it's dated in places but it's had some money spent on it recently and the key thing is that it's got all the right things you need for your chosen activity. Staff are friendly and helpful. Keep up the excellent work.

Negative experience: Just got turned away from swimming due to the chlorine levels being too high in the family swimming pool, it is a real shame as this was supposed to be our first swim for the kids since lock down began.

Negative experience: The gym is too small. No space for stretching. No enough space for do weights.

Negative experience: Really old gym equipment and minimal range of weights, considering membership is very expensive. Still better than no leisure centre, but feel fees should be cheaper here. Also, if you book a class and can't give 48 hours notice cancellation, they charge you, despite having already paid your monthly membership fees, never heard anything like it. I won't be joining again.

Negative experience: Could do with re tiling , and a general make over ( looks tired )
