Negative experience: Sounds like it needs an overhaul

Negative experience: Not the cleanest, wallet got stolen from the changing rooms so can’t say the clientele are the nicest either

Positive experience: Lovely staff but needs whole new refurbishment.

Negative experience: Small pool, can barely do a lap without anyone getting in the way. The website you book on doesn’t even tell you that you need to book for the gym first. Also one receptionist was really rude and ill mannered

Positive experience: Needs to be cleaned better, pool sauna and steam room are both great. Gym is a little small though.

Negative experience: Yuck for a division of Hilton. Rusty and very small area. Virgin media city now that's classy.

Negative experience: Would've given zero stars if possible. Claims six people are in the gym already and our group of four would mean too many people lol maybe four brown people too many for their liking.

Negative experience: I am a very upset and disappointed customer as I did not expect this from Hilton. The man behind the counter was disrespectful and arrogant and spoke to me in a very bad way.This is very bad customer service and the staff need to be trained properly because they lack in respect and general ettequite.I did not pay £15 pounds to be disrespected and talked down to. I think overall that it is very overpriced and not giving the correct service to the customers. I have made a few visits to this place and have always felt not a valued customer. I will never be going back and I hope that the standerd is raised in this place otherwise they are going to be losing many customers. The toilets were dirty and smelly and the staff didn't careless.The staff really need do learn manners.

Fantastic experience: Small but clean and has the essentials. Jucuzzi, steam room, a sauna and a pool. Staff were helpful.

Negative experience: The 2 stars are due to the service we received, the club closes at 10,clearly states on reception that last entry is 30mins before closing and closing time on states 10pm We were told to leave at 9.30,when mentioning the above the staff member said "I'll get booked if I don't move my car at 10 so it's time to get in the shower" Sorry not my problem! When your charging £15 and throw us out after an hour and especially when you haven't even closed yet is terrible customer service, the least you could do is tell us you are expected to leave at 9.30 so we can decide if its worth it! The club itself is small but convenient and has good facilities, unfortunately on this occasion the staff member let it down

Positive experience: If jacuzzi, pool and changing rooms were bigger would of been ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The place is very small and can feel uncomfortable when busy.

Negative experience: Pictures were deceiving. Gym was tiny, Pool was crowded. And cost 10 pounds for a one time drop in.

Positive experience: Very small Not the best hygienic wise Thought it would be luxurious knowing that it's in the Hilton but so basic. I didn't like all the rust outside of the steam room door. Definitely needs revamping.

Negative experience: Thought it was a joke when I saw the pool and jacuzzi area. So tiny, crowded, jacuzzi out of work and pool full. Sauna and changing rooms were tiny as well, only 2 showers and cleanliness was not on point. Don’t think I spent more than 30 min.

Positive experience: Very cost effective however quite unclean. The man at the reception was very warm and welcoming but when entering there’s no changing room for privacy and the lock on one of shower cubicles was broken. Also advertised as free parking onsite which was incorrect. Would definetly go back as it’s very cost effective and has facilities required.

Positive experience: Way too much steamy chlorin within the pool area - cannot bare to stay there too long - my eyes hurt for hours afterwards - and the water is not refreshened on a daily basis.

Fantastic experience: Livingwell Manchester is a fantastic Health Club, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The services they provide are fisrt class.

Positive experience: Good inexpensive gym & spa, but not always clean and equipment a bit tired.

Negative experience: Nice facility but only two showers and very small changing area so if few people difficult to get into lockers. Would of given three stars average but the toilet was disgusting due to people not being able to flush as the buttons are behind the seat and you have to touch the seats to get to it not very hygienic. So hence the two star

Positive experience: Great small gym and pool. It can get quite busy in the pool with hotel guests so better go at off-peak times.

Fantastic experience: Great for local members. Open 6 to 10 every day. Nice hot pool and fresh towel each day. Really friendly staff
