Fantastic experience: I use the Sunbed frequently here. The shop is clean & tidy. Most visits I'm welcomed by the owner who is a really friendly gentleman, and often let's customers & gym members inside the shop to avoid waiting around. Aleah is also often there and always has lovely energy, and a really warm welcome. The Sunbeds are great, and I particularly enjoy the music from room 2!

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed and angry with my experience at this gym. The receptionist, Leeza, was not only rude but also gave completely false information, claiming they don’t offer free trials or day passes — which I know is untrue. When we asked to speak to a manager, she said he wasn’t available and there was no way to contact him. What’s even more disturbing is that she mentioned the (male) manager had been checking the CCTV and claimed to have seen people without memberships entering and training. This is absolutely unacceptable for a female-only gym that’s supposed to be a safe and private space, especially for women with religious considerations. This situation is beyond inappropriate and needs to be addressed immediately. I expect this to be taken seriously and resolved.

Negative experience: It's a decent gym but their opening hours aren't convenient at all for those who have busy routines. The only times I can go to the gym are 8am or 8pm and they're closed! I wish they'd open a little earlier

Positive experience: I've been using the gym since last June. It's clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely and helpful. Owner himself has been very accommodating to specific equipment to help with my back issues. Glad it's being extended as can get very busy at peak times but I assume this would be the case for most gyms. I'm very happy with this gym. Suits me perfectly.

Negative experience: I would not recommend! I’ve been a sunbed customer for a few months now i came in yesterday late afternoon and there was a girl i have never seen before behind reception, she didn’t even welcome me as she was on her phone talking loudly too someone while vaping! i’m very disappointed as i have always had a good experience here and staff are always lovely but this has let the shop down massively!

Fantastic experience: Just used the sunbeds got a weekly pass for £19.99 for unlimited minutes. Clear and simple to use. Friendly staff when I've been.

Positive experience: Love it here. Could offer better facilities and a bit outdated. But staff are lovely and there are a good range of machines

Negative experience: The customer service at this gym was not warm and welcoming, which left me with a negative impression. I believe that exceptional customer service is essential, especially in a place where people come to pursue their fitness goals and feel motivated. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff during my interaction was poor. However, the subpar customer service I experienced made me question whether this gym would be the right fit for me. It is crucial for staff members to exude professionalism and provide a welcoming atmosphere to encourage people to join and stay .

Negative experience: Very unclean and unhygienic. Wanted to puke by the stench. Please don’t go. There’s a lack of privacy too. Bald guy at the counter and the other fella there not sure what they’re doing but they’re definitely really really creepy. Thought it was a ladies only gym but nah you don’t feel safe. They’re always giggling and making jokes like little girls which makes you feel uncomfortable.

Negative experience: This gym keeps messaging me saying I’m in arrears so I called up and left a message with a member of staff to ask the manager to call me. I have paid 12 months membership and they still keep pestering me. The mats in the gym are absolutely filthy. They are so dirty, I’ve never seen anything like it before. For 20 quid a month it could do with new mats and some updating, even a simple clean would be nice.

Fantastic experience: I went for my first taster session yesterday and it was fantastic. Aaliyah was absolutely amazing with showing how the machines work, what would work best to achieve my goals and how to correctly use the machines whilst explaining the function of each one. I explained exactly what I wanted to achieve and the approach that works best for me, I also explained what I wanted from PT sessions and Aaliyah was very understanding on what I wanted. She understood I wanted a personal trainer who will hold me accountable for my progress and I saw examples of how Aaliyah does this with other members of the gym, she’s firm but extremely approachable and caring, definitely a personal trainer that could help me achieve my goals. The gym is adequately equipped with all the machines needed for every area you would want to work. It is a small gym but because it is small you get a personalised service, even other gym goers are welcoming and I do think that is due to it not being a commercialised place. I’m looking forward to my first PT session.

Positive experience: not having sufficient equipment for belly fat. Ladies needs to get rid of belly fat and loose weight which is not helpful in targeting belly fat.

Fantastic experience: excellent Gym, joined a week ago after my free trial the lady who works their is fab she made me a workout programme did a weigh and measure and showed me how to use the equipment which gave me confidence in the gym everything about this gym is good would highly recommend this ladies only gym. Negative experience: 2 days before I joined, I went and met one of the receptionist to know if I will be helped to achieve my target, she assured me they give full support and guidance for that except nutritional guidance, I was convinced that's the right place for me. After 2 days I went and enrolled the 3 months upfront to start with. The receptionist asked me to go inside she will be with me in a minute as that was my first time in gym a full beginner, she will come and show me how the machines work and some excercise. 15 minutes waiting, she didn't come and I realised she was gone,I had to observe how to start some machine and a basic exercise from the ladies in there. I didn't know what my rights were so I kept on going like that. She's a nice lady though, but I don't understand how can she did that. Maybe she genuinely forgotten me. The place lack of maintenance, some of the machine do need lubrication as they made annoying squeaky noise, I complained before and after few days they continued that noises. The machines should be checked every morning before the users start coming. The place really need at least 2 Air conditioning, the one they have works only once in blue moon, can't remember seeing it working more than 3 times of my stay, they always say it's broken. During hot days the place seems to have the heating on. Many ladies complain about that silently (to each other). Otherwise, the gym would have been a best place to go and exercise. I wanted to join the monthly contract but can't because of these problems.

Fantastic experience: Very relaxing and not a intimidating atmosphere so we can just get on with our own workout

Negative experience: they are deducting of my daughter direct debit in lock down

Positive experience: It is ok but too many holidays3 days off for Christmas and again 3days off for new year one week is gone already paying only 3 days off of Christmas was ok no more.

Negative experience: The sunbeds are filthy and need scrubbing before you get on. Not been the same since the lady with blonde hair was there. They are a breeding ground for germs. Don't risk it !!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love This gym I have just turned 16 so I feel more energetic and I love the feeling of when I wake up abd think yes I’m going gym today. Normally I hated exercise and The concept of healthy eating. I have lost weight since I first started for sure but I couldn’t have done it without the kindness and motivation of the staff especially Aliah. (I think that’s how u spell it) she always congratulated me over small little steps I took to change my life. This gym is perfect I’ve never been 2 another gym before but I can tell u this gym is brilliant. With hardworking caring staff to the daring equipment u just have 2 try out this gym is the perfect place for anyone. My gym membership is going to end on the 30th of August as I’ve got my first year of college to battle and last year of mosque but I will try to come to the gym classes Aleah does regularly for free for gym memberships or £2.50 for outsiders I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone and I’m going to miss the gym after I leave
