Negative experience: Bleak. Only go if you’re on the way to the woods and you feel the need to try out an outdoor gym in your walking boots, which i’f advise not to, you’ll look like an idiot, as most people do at outdoor gyms

Positive experience: Helps to round out early morning training sessions and can be used to help warm-ups and cool-downs.
