Fantastic experience: Great gym with knowledgeable trainers and therapists.

Negative experience: Avoid, old equipment, odd ball coach. Zero customer service - you fit in with his life (cancels appointments, disorganised) & wait outside in the cold until he’s ready to let you in.! - then it’s the most expensive hour on a static bike you’ve ever had - Steer clear.

Fantastic experience: Small, locally owned business. The monthly gym membership cost is very reasonable and has all the equipment you would need. It's never too busy and the owner is very helpful, perfect for local residents.
