Dear Alex, We are really sorry this has happened. We held badge sessions this term before your daughter started at the club. We then decided to test the newer gymnasts to the club on badges however unfortunately your daughter missed this session and was away. We will be more than happy to test your daughter on a badge during the first week of next term as we are very sorry she missed out. This was not done intentionally, we apologise your daughter left the gym upset. We do try to give as many gymnasts as possible the chance to achieve a badge however we do have set badge dates at the club. If you would like to discuss this further please feel free to email or call us. We would like to rectify the situation as we do care about all our gymnasts feelings and once again apologise that this has happen to you. Kind regards Elements X
