Negative experience: Gym was taken over a year or two. Not sure how this has happened. But owner has spent loads of money and made the gym worse. Painted walls black, removed the windows. Upstairs is a complete mess and half the machines don’t work. Unfortunately tied into a contract. Anyone new looking to join I’d advise you to come have a look first

Positive experience: First time coming here was a bit disappointed, half the equipment was broken, some treadmills the safety thing was broken so you cant use all the treadmills, some weight machines the hook thing to choose the weight is missing so can't use the machines, quite a few like that, next thing was most machines was dirty like very very sticky, which is no good, and lastly the door entrance scanner thing is very hit and miss, and the app is even worse, sometimes app dont load, sometimes the scanner wont scan first time, second time, a few tries later it finally opens. Very embarassing this is, but other members all said its common problem for them too. Im new and this is putting me off staying on for further months. All in all everything can be fixed nothing major ish, so please take attention thanks boss mans and womans

Fantastic experience: Staff are extremely friendly, the gyms are clean, and there's plenty of quality equipment throughout the gym. Definitely worth a visit

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing gym! The best equipment for leg day and I always feel super comfortable every time I go. I love the sauna too! Staff are super friendly, helpful and approachable, especially Antonia! She really helped me out when I first started and I didn’t know how to work some of the equipment

Negative experience: Everything needs a deep clean, some of the facilities are grim Being clean is a must not a choice

Positive experience: I joined a couple of weeks ago and mostly go at unmanned times, the ClubRight app has let me in every time but can be a little slow, so I generate the QR code in the car park and it's fine by the time I get to the turnstile. Fitness machines, punch bags and studio up stairs, heavy training downstairs, which makes sense as it's generally two different sets of clients. Haven't seen it too busy yet, and haven't had to wait for equipment either. Some of the machines upstairs are looking a bit tired but still function well enough, I assume they will be refurbished/replaced over time when it gets busier. All in all - I'm happy enough to continue membership once the introductory first-month rate expires.

Fantastic experience: Great gym that is in the process of being renovated. Great machines throughout that are constantly being renewed. Much better than it was when the previous owners had it. Keep up the good work!

Negative experience: Needs allot of improvement!! equipment (cardio machines ) are old and need upgrading,changing rooms very dirty.

Negative experience: Half finished building with open stud walling in places. Refurbished equipment, shower cubicles look second hand. Sauna not hot any time I went. Not worth the money in my opinion and watch out on the rolling monthly contract as you have to give 30 days notice so minimum 2 months. Joined marl pits for same money and had access to a pool and all gyms around local area in network. Far better value for money and actually looked like a gym

Negative experience: Edit - doors scanner not working and no one on reception to let you in. A quality gym with plenty of different rooms, spaces and equipment for all types of workouts

Positive experience: Nothing like Arkham Asylum
