Negative experience: Motive8 also operates the gym in my student accomodation building. The equipment they provided is subpar, like how can a treadmill stop every 5km because of safety? More importantly, they target buildings where it is difficult for members to change gyms and therefore if anything goes wrong, they do not care. They closed our spa area for more than a month and refused to provide a timeline and were reluctant to even answer our requests.

Negative experience: They operate the gym at Urbanest Westminster Bridge. The pool and sauna has been closed for over a month and the firm is refusing to fix the issue while not even providing regular updates to residents. Truly terrible experience

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Junior White for a few months, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Even though I started with zero experience, he has been incredibly patient and dedicated, guiding me every step of the way. His attention to detail and personalized approach have not only transformed my physique but also had a positive impact on my mindset. I’ve gained more confidence and motivation thanks to his support. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Average company with no progression and don’t utilise your skills. They keep you stuck and are selective with who they promote

Fantastic experience: My time at Motive8 gym has been great, they are clean, well maintained and everyone is lovely. My experience really came to life when I engaged with my personal trainer Quantavious. He works me hard, is patient with me, but overall has confidence in me and encourages me to do more every session in order to see a change. He understands my goal and as a result of that he also gives me eating advice, routines for when I’m on my own and he regularly checks ups on me. I can honestly say that I love going to my gym, it’s a great place to be made better my trainer.

Fantastic experience: I hightly recommend Motive8 personal trainers. Both me and my wife had a great experience signing up and having our consultation call. Junior White, our PT, created a tailored training set for our needs and goals and we are loving the results so far.

Fantastic experience: The yoga class with Reshma was great, it helped to relax and feel lighter and more elongated. I really love participating in the class.

Negative experience: £38.50 for a short group gym induction, scammers

Fantastic experience: 5 enthusiastic stars. Filip and team made getting my wife and I registered and enrolled with Motive8 a breeze, and were thorough and prompt in their follow-up. The real treat has been our trainer. Having worked with four other personal trainers over the years, I can say with certainty that Ray has provided the best PT experience I've ever had; he's extremely flexible in working around our schedules, very careful in designing a training plan to accommodate various injuries, and is relentlessly positive and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant experience! My Trainer Ray has been instrumental in me being able to achieve my goals and planning out my progression path, also attentive to my objectives, and flexible with appointment date and times. Having the sessions taking place in my residents gym is a big plus given the convenience.

Fantastic experience: Installed a gym within our residential complex and not only is the gym of the highest spec, the service and communication throughout the installation was amazing. Now the gym is up and running, the aftercare is also fantastic with regular communication and follow ups. I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: Idiotic design for gym wipe dispenser. Always dry out like a wet wipe box being left open, and are made of some kind of plastic material.

Negative experience: Motive8 runs gym inductions for my new building. It's compulsory and costs £38. The instructor was sent to the wrong location. I re-arranged my whole work day to be able to attend as they only gave me one timelsot option. Really disappointing and a huge inconvenience.

Negative experience: Trying to get an induction since November 2021, website does not work, nobody cares about clients. Got offered induction for today which noone has attended and I've been told that they cannot find it on their "system". I don't remember ever dealing with company with so little care about the clients.

Negative experience: Really disappointed in this company. Poor work ethic and after care. Charged for work that was never carried out in first place. Would not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Best trainers with healthy environment

Negative experience: The worst company, unprofessional people, rude and their price for induction are outrageous. Stay away from them. Worst gym ever
