Negative experience: I wanted to spend a day at the leisure facilities inside the hotel (pool, gym, sauna etc.) and the guy at the reception today (around midday) told me that "you can stay 3-4 hours max". Like... no one uses the leisure centre for a whole day. REALLY? Hotel reception staff is unhelpful as well. Steer clear.

Fantastic experience: It’s a Great gym and leisure facility and it has continued to improve since I became a member a couple years ago and offer lots of great services. It’s Very good price for all the facilities and it’s always quiet when I go. the management “Dan the man” and all the staff are fantastic. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home safe and comfortable And all keep a high level of hygiene. They have bar and restaurant that’s discounted with the membership and also Indre who is fantastic and offers spa treatments and amazing massages. I won’t be leaving anytime soon and can’t wait to see what Dan does next with this wellness hub and community he has helped create and thrive.

Negative experience: Too many kids swimming lessons , sharing the pool unfortunately ive cancelled my membership as never enough room for members and when trying to get changed kids running around the changing rooms, i come here to relax not get more stressed with screaming kids i could listen to that at home .

Fantastic experience: Recently joined, really good gym, not overly busy, friendly and helpful staff, also very clean!

Fantastic experience: Great facilities and very helpful staff. Fully kitted out with free weights room, cardio room, pool, sauna and steam. What's more some of the fitness classes are free!

Negative experience: Ok. Small and overcrowded. Things always in need of repair

Negative experience: I go for swimming the steam room is broke most the time and the Jacuzzi is broken a lot to. It's freezing to go from the pool to the women's changing room and they are not clean. My husband is ment to get a discount because of where he works but never has. When you need someone it's hit and miss finding staff but when you do they are nice and can't do enough for you they earn the star I have given

Negative experience: I have been a member with my grammar since I was 3 and this is my first swimming place, I have noticed as i was coming here again that the staff are rude and they say they are doing there job but they are clearly arn't. The shower are tatty and grubby and they need to be fixed because 2 of the shower only work .the other day there was a boy who came in the pool with his phone and I was very concerned then the kids run Wilde and the one day kid jumped strait by my grammar .dose the rules not apply know and the manager was every rude and miss the old staff and days .So I am very disappointed with the park in hotel but going somewhere else and every happy to say I am not member any more Rogue age 10 see her

Negative experience: Been a member here for years & have noticed how it as gone down hill Not all the Showers work, all are in need of maintenance & a good clean. Not seen Staff now do any cleaning, I remember they never sat at the desk doing nothing like they do now. Not friendly or welcoming like they used to be. Staff are just a reflection of the Management, don't care that you have been a long time member. Needless to say NO longer as member. Only reason for 1 star which is too generous, is because I have to put at least 1

Negative experience: Its ok there changing rooms been left dirty gloors wet and towels slung everywhere few machines not working been broken fora long te mens shower area da same think it could be improved on apecial y for the money thry recieve .could do better
