Negative experience: Terrible company do not use! We tried to tell them what the problem was with a piece of kit, they decided to come out, we did not request an additional call out. They then tried to charge us almost £200 to confirm it was what we had told them the problem was, they billed again for a separate call out and the work. This is just one of the problems we faced with this company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Fantastic experience: Had an issue with my bike, engineer was very helpful, I had thought it was toast but Rapid Fitness Solutions proved me wrong. Very happy they got me going again.

Negative experience: Very disappointing. Initially a very slow response and then when the engineer did come a very short superficial inspection before recommending replaced most parts! Much quicker with £144 request for payment. Would not use again nor recommend using.

Fantastic experience: Superb service from friendly and professional people who take customer care seriously. They have completed services on my tower and exercise bike which were first class. They act efficiently and effectively in conducting TT rue work. They are clean and tidy in an exemplary manner. Thoroughly recommended.

Negative experience: Pretty useless to be honest, polite on phone. Booked appointment to come and service treadmill, never turned up. They did rebook and turned up the second time. Having read other reviews they do appear to be good, but I think the other 2 reviews I've seen were simple assembly jobs of new or already working machines. My issue was a faulty machine. Engineer was clean tidy and on time, however had no useful product knowledge or fault finding skill. I would question whether this was actually an engineer. Possibly a fitter at best. After an hour of no progress and repeating what I'd already told him, he suggested I bought a motor, control board, CE filter and several other parts. Then he could come back and fit 1 part at a time and see what the issue was. I asked him why we needed to replace a motor when it is easy to test, he said that's the way we do it. Parts would of been over £600, plus fitting. I scrapped machine as uneconomical to repair, and no knowledge available for support. Save your self time, look elsewhere. Good luck.
