Positive experience: Really really nice staff. Service is really good but the downside is it works out to be quite pricey but apart from that it’s really good.

Positive experience: Good workout, sometimes inconsistent hours

Negative experience: CAN'T GET OUT OF CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. do not join these clubs. I told the staff I'd be moving mid contract and I was assured that if I sent in proof this wouldn't be an issue..... Not the case. I was told I get free gloves and kit on joining, asked for this numerous times... Nothing. I was suffering a knee injury and was repeatedly told to work said knee harder. JOKE

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and welcoming Staff! You don’t need any experience of kickboxing and the workouts change daily so you wont get bored! I always have a fun time. The trainers here are lovely, and they will guide you through the whole workout, whilst supporting and motivating you to challenge yourself and push your limits. Love this place!

Positive experience: Came here for a trial and was impressed with the equipment and different exercises available for you to perform each workout within 3 minutes and 9 rounds in total. For someone who has no boxing experience, this can be a great place to learn your techniques and practice them. They are mixture of hiit, functional and boxing training. Be prepared to sweat and get the calories burning!

Fantastic experience: Really like the concept of this place, 9 workouts, 3 minutes a workout and then you're done. They do weekly CHOWS which creates a good friendly bit of competition. You also get a chance to learn some boxing / kickboxing combos and do some bag and pad work. The staff are super friendly, motivating and attentive.
