Positive experience: It's OK. Needs a bit of work here and their, feels like an indoor market with bigger prices.

Positive experience: Not too bad, the shop is bigger inside then what it looks like from the outside

Fantastic experience: Nice place to visit with plenty of shopping. Good cafe onsite with gluten free options.

Positive experience: Don't come here very often, despite being local, don't know why. Couldn't find what I wanted today but I did enjoy looking around. Plenty of nice shops, it's well laid out and clean, good car park. I can see the appeal.

Fantastic experience: A variety of shops and outlets, but the main attraction was the amazing Botanica cafe. Great service by 2 very well trained young men who knew the meaning of 'customer service '. The home made soup was heaven on a cold day, the quiche and salad was so fresh and the panini very tasty. Water on tap at counter free of charge. Would highly recommend.

Positive experience: I enjoyed browsing around, but although I was hoping to buy curtains, stock was limited. It has a cafe and clean toilets. Staff were pleasant.

Positive experience: Difficult to find and obscure,dirty signage.Have been told that they are hoping to update this soon.No real discounts like in other outlet centres.

Negative experience: I came with friends on our way to Hereford. I was very disappointed. Firstly the service in the cafe was not good. The member of staff was rude when an incorrect order was brought to the table. Two members of the group were unable to make purchases ,no staff to serve them. One prepared to purchase a £90 handbag. Lastly but not least, the state of the toilets was un believably dirty.

Good discounts available Blue light accepted in a few shops Cafe and toilets all available Definitely worth a visit

Fantastic experience: A lovely shopping outlet, with lots of shops. There’s a nice cafe there where you can get a snack or a cooked meal, all good quality and at a reasonable price. There is plenty of free parking, also some disabled parking.

Fantastic experience: Great place, especially for all weather shopping. All open shops inside one massive building, no need to drag your coat around with you. Free parking. Opens 10am - 5pm Mon Fri. Not sure about open times on weekends but they are open every day. Toilets. Cafe. Gym. Loads of shops, be careful not to miss some as it's so much bigger than you may initially think! Lovely staff in the shops. Only thing I would say is that it's really badly signposted. You will need the sat nav. Just down the road from Ross on wye town so great to make a day of it!

Positive experience: Went for specific reason as needed suits for a wedding. Got what we wanted as was served by a lovely lady called Samar.

Fantastic experience: Good selection of men and women's clothing and shoes with some children's clothing. Also bags, gifts, bed linen etc. Didn't go into small cinema or upstairs cafe, but downstairs cafe is excellent. Lots of parking and lift available in store.

Fantastic experience: A good variety of outlets, plenty of space to push a wheelchair around, also customer wheelchair available there. A cafe downstairs and bigger one serving hot meals upstairs, there's a small lift which takes 2 plus wheelchair. Good, free parking with several spaces for disabled badge holders.

Positive experience: This is unusual. Loads of brands and stuff to buy. Queue for the restaurant was way too long. Coffees and cappuccino seem to be the delay so didn't wait. What food I did see come out looked good and was priced way cheaper than the plant shop/ cafe downstairs. £8.50 for a sausage roll, salad and coleslaw was a bit steep

Fantastic experience: Got to be honest stopped here for a P. Never expected to buy anything but it really does have reduced lovely clothing and bought a bargain at Christmas T shirt for my wife. I would have added a picture of the T shirt being worn but it burst at the seams when I put it on. Hoho ho merry Xmas

Positive experience: First time coming here and personally it was just okay. Its got a couple of decent branded shops or stalls inside and a nice cafe but that's it. Staff all nice and friendly and the busiest part of this place was the cafe, not many people milling round the shop areas. Lots of car parking space as well.

Positive experience: Very strange trip back in time. Various shopping areas for clothes, shoes, bags, bit n bobs and a cafe. Huge carpark.

Fantastic experience: I only stopped for a break & a look around, however, Cotton Traders had this half-price, fully waterproof coat. I chose the dusky jade colour, there were other colours available. It’s fleece lined to the waist, has 6 external pockets on the front, plus an internal pocket on the left. Great purchase.

Negative experience: Disappointed. Either extremely expensive or so old fashioned. The smell of fried food lingered everywhere. The food hall was like sitting in a works canteen, strip lights and iron work.

Positive experience: A bit on the experience side but very convenient for clothes. The food is also value for money. There is nothing else of this kind in the Forest of Dean so where you can get kitted out and have lunch.

Fantastic experience: Love shooping in Label. I bought some lovely bedding all matching ,4 blouses . Boots and sketchers trainers in their pavers store . So many bargains. Took my dog ,went upstairs to the cafe had a lovely meal and coffee. Lovely staff in all areas

Negative experience: Store now is in compartments, used to be open plan, could always find a bargain. Now it's all brand let and pricey.

Positive experience: Went to buy a pair of brogues and found them in Skopes, one of the Outlet stores there. Also enjoyed a light lunch in Bolters restaurant upstairs.

Fantastic experience: We went to this place on a wet day in July 2023 (Ross on Wye) and bagged a few bargains. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: Travelled over from Gloucester for a look. For mens clothing i thought it was great found everything i needed. I will be heading straight here from now on when i need something.

Negative experience: Waste of petrol ! Aimed at 75+. A strange set up really. It must be run by older people as everything is very dated and outdated. The clothes are so old ! We planned to have a coffee. The young chap didn’t even ask us what we wanted - we wAlked out.

Positive experience: Several departments for clothing, footwear & home. Extremely hot inside which was a bit overbearing. Lots of clothing outlets but only 2 shoes areas. Main reason for visit was to Pavers & other Shoe outlets but very little choice for wide fit shoes (almost non-existent)

Fantastic experience: Visited Pavers for shoes for a wedding. Gail was so helpful, searching the racks and the storeroom to find shoes for me (I have foot problems). I will definitely shop there again.

Negative experience: Seemed at bit fishy when I was asked to walk back into the shop after the customers who were 3 a head of me but looked (posher) set the alarm off when leaving. They even made me walk back through twice with no apology!!!!!

Positive experience: It's easy to park and there are a few outlet shops as well as a restaurant and cinema upstairs. We probably won't visit to often but it's worth a look.

Positive experience: Driven through Ross many times and only discovered Labels today! The place to be seen, good range of clothes and gift shops, including a Raging Bull shop! Hidden away is a small cinema, it wasn't open at the time but looks like a good treat. Cafe was busy with quality food, felt good value for money with the portion sizes. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: Don't think this place will be around much longer we have tried to go in the morning on way to Wales 9.oo don't open till 10 and we tried to day on way back from Wales at 4.45 but they shut at 5 everyday with 6 weeks to go till Christmas won't bother again

Positive experience: Nice quality items, mostly suitable for the more mature customer, in a relaxed environment with somewhere to have a drink and something warm to eat, free parking too.

Positive experience: Decided to pop in as at an open day not far away. Personally I didn't think it was that good, there wasn't lots of shops which I was expecting, literally looked around in under an hour quite easily.

Fantastic experience: Needed some new attire to wear to a relatives funeral. Now where to go to get kitted out. Labels never fails to come up trumps. Been to Cheltenham, called in on the way home.

Negative experience: It's dead! What is there is way to expensive! Oh well the older generation seemed happy there. The employees are very nice and it is super clean.

Fantastic experience: Go here for the gym (top floor of the shopping centre), 21 Wellbeing its called....ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! not a huge gym but has all top equipment and the trainers and top notch...changed my world! Recommended! Also have used Labels shopping centre as well for the odd clothing and again it's all good stuff, definitely worth a visit, do a bit of everything.

Positive experience: It's been along time since I last came here, the layout is completely different and the range of clothes is not as good as it used to be, I was disappointed with a lack of larger sizes from the stores that have plus size online.

Fantastic experience: Went to buy my Pavers sandals initially then I bought other clothing as you do when they are discounted. Wide range of choice in designer clothing but if you are a size 8 you will not get a choice because mostly all the concessions start at size 10 upwards. The café do a varied menu. The home made quiche was gorgeous, perfect pastry and filling. Ample parking outside, well worth a visit
