Situated only a five-minute walk from Streatham Hill station, members at Fitness First Streatham can enjoy cutting-edge exercise equipment and expertly-trained staff. At our Streatham gym, members have access to a cardio theatre, spin studio, freestyle floor, sauna, members’ lounge, free wifi, swimming pool (which offers lessons to all abilities) and beauty rooms. Our gym in Streatham also offers a huge range of group exercise classes. Fantastic experience: Honestly the best option in the area. Great value for the facilities, virgin is similar but the atmosphere is a LOT better here at FF. Best staff always happy to chat and help! Some new exciting equipment on the gym floor too. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I am so thrilled I chose FITNESS FIRST Streatham as a member. I chose this gym because from the get-go I was welcomed by the awesome kind Julia, offered a hug by the general manager Nat after she saw me emotional after chatting to her about my goals. The lovely Kyle who always wears a smile and Elvis who made me realize I still have muscles! To the cleaners always ensuring the gym is spic and span….Its going to be so easy to smash my goals in 2025 with this amazing supportive people. It really makes a difference to the whole gym experience when you have such a vibrant team. Thank-you!!!!!

Negative experience: Gym and spa area is over packed during peek hours and should be regulated as it may cause serious injury for example the sauna bench is severely damaged and likely to fall through at any moment also on the gym floor weights are left every where and its overcrowded you can easily trip or hit your head on the air conditioning ducting ( near the mirrors where the bicep curl free weight stand is) if your above 6ft and could lead to a serious head injury. Weekend hours changed due to c-19 were never put back to normal this is a clear indication that they care more about cutting cost then keeping members happy! also to add salt into the wounds if you try to go earlier before work (WEHN IT OPENS) and want to use the spa area nothing is working at the correct temperature until atleast 06:30 this is a shame and as this is a regular thing it should be stated online or within the app!

Negative experience: I came here as a visitor, was waiting for more than 10minutes for someone to assist me in reception, the guy in reception was having a conversation with friends and even this he saw me he didn’t assist me. In the changing rooms there were kids so very difficult to get changed there. I couldn’t enter the sauna as it was packed, work out floor over packed, I would not be joining here.

Fantastic experience: A Gym That’s Constantly Improving I was a member at Fitness First Streatham not long ago and recently joined again and I have to say, it’s really great to see how much effort the team is putting into improving the experience for its members. The gym floor has recently undergone some changes, and the addition of the new e-gym equipment is fantastic. The staff here are absolutely lovely and always make me feel welcome. A special shoutout to the sales manager who signed me up— she were so friendly, professional, and genuinely made the whole process seamless. It’s clear that the team cares about making this gym a place people want to come to, and their dedication really shows.

Negative experience: If i could give zero stars i would. Been a member for over 4 years and the only reason ive stayed a member is because its right next to my house but finally decided to cancel my membership. The staff and useless and boarder-line rude, they are always either chatting at the desk ignoring you or hiding away, the locker rooms and showers are dirty and falling apart, the gym floor has no new machines and several broken ones which after months have yet to be fixed, there are rarely any towels as they never seem to have them and the monthly fee is much higher than their local competitors who are head and shoulders above better. Would strongly recommend avoiding this place

Negative experience: I would not recommend as 1/3 of the pool is blocked for lessons almost all the time, far beyond the hours listed when I joined a year ago. Also the introduction of the Premium Tier membership effectively downgrades standard membership as it reduces places available in classes, so I am paying the same amount for reduced value. I will cancel when my term ends.

Positive experience: Really friendly, helpful staff. Good space. Good equipment. The classes, pool, steam and sauna make it very good value. However the changing rooms are an abomination - a real insult to the members. The lockers need ripping out and replacing - they’re hanging on with their last life and are not fit for purpose. Totally brings down the quality of the experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been training here for almost a year and am SO happy. The team are so friendly and always give me a lovely warm welcome. Feels like a friendly community every time I work out. Nothings too much trouble if I have a question. I love the classes, so much fun and they give me such a boost. They have given me more confidence to try new things in the gym which I used to find overwhelming and have improved my technique and strength. High recommend!

Negative experience: Why do I pay for Fitness First Streatham? The gym goers and instructors are great. But, the equipment is shocking. April 2024 we were told there would be new bikes in the Spin studio. Have they replaced them? No. It is December 2024. They have a graveyard of broken bikes at the back that they rotate in. So I was the lucky one with a bike that didn't work this morning. There was a bike pedal on the floor that flung off a bike in yesterday's spin class. When I complained to the manager, this morning, the answer is nothing can be done. I've been going to this gym for three years and it is constantly a shit show with Fitness First Managers. Will anything change? Or shall I just pay for a cheaper gym membership elsewhere?

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym for over 6 months now & really find the atmosphere inviting & welcoming. Staff are on hand to support if needed which is great. I was having a few issues with my membership & the manager, Dean, (membership experience manager) really went above & beyond to rectify it for me, which was much appreciated! Negative experience: Guys, please avoid this place! Filthy men’s changing rooms, dirty towels left on over the place and no one tidied up. Lockers with broken doors, men’s toilet out of order for over 4 weeks. Disgusting! The gym floor is very messy and untidy, dumbbells and plates are all over the place so you can’t find them if you want to use them. Mess! Some of the machines and equipment have been out of order for weeks and nobody cares to fix it. The place is overcrowded. The staff is very unhelpful and unfriendly and the management in particular who called himself “Yani” was very friendly when you showed an interest in becoming a member. Unfortunately, when you join this club becomes useless and unhelpful. He doesn’t know how to manage the club properly and resolve the issue. Guys, save your time and money and do not join this Streatham branch whatsoever This please is abysmal. Get the Balham branch instead.

Negative experience: The gym is tired and dirty. Toilets are filthy, literally with buckets catching the leak from the urinal. Showers are dirty and badly kept. The towels smell awful. The gym floor is OK with lots of available equipment but it doesn’t make up for the awful experience in the changing rooms. It needs to be refitted.

Negative experience: I had the same experience as many of the other reviewers, changing room is often in a bad state, and the broken AC makes the gym incredibly stuffy, everyone is dripping and uncomfortable. Please fix the AC. Also please fix the broken machines.

Negative experience: Joined last November and it has not been a good experience. I mainly want to attend classes but there are lots of issues with classes at this gym: - In the winter, classes were extremely overbooked, so unless you were able to book in at 8.00, very difficult to get a spot - Almost all the classes overrun the scheduled time by quite a margin, coming across as very unprofessional - In the summer, you can book on, however, classes routinely get cancelled on the day week after week. - As others have said, AC is broken, including in the studio which has no other means of ventilations, so that by the end of a class, it is incredibly hot and the condensation is causing water to run down the walls and create puddles on the floor And as other reviews have pointed out, toilets often barely or not at all usable.

Negative experience: Although this gym does have good facilities such as the pool/sauna/steam room plus a well stocked gym there are a number of issues. Firstly, the air conditioning never seems to be operating properly which, in the summer months, makes it uncomfortably hot. The TV on the gym floor often seems to be playing out loud which is irritating. I vividly remember this tv being tuned to Russia Today (RT) on the day after Russia invaded Ukraine which I found offensive. The staff, unlike most other fitness firsts I've been to, are not particularly friendly and rarely take the time to even look up from their phones as you enter. Please, you can do better.

Negative experience: I’ve been at this gym for 7 years and it’s progressively worsened. This is the third summer in a row where the aircon has broken when the temperature rises. It will of course be fixed once the temperature drops as per the last two years… All you get are excuses and dismissals. The loud industrial fans running to try create a breeze are horrible and all you can hear over your music but make no difference to the temperature. The facilities are always broken, it took over 3 months to fix the lat pull down, machines always breaking and take weeks or months to fix. It’s filthy all the time, you have to take care to avoid grime on machines, and feedback is never taken onboard. Management are shockingly useless, it’s an embarrassment. Stop being so tight and fix your aircon and equipment and clean it properly. It’s basic stuff.

Negative experience: It's a decent gym most of the times, but since it got very warm outside, the AC doesn't work and it still hasn't been fixed. It's very suffocating inside and the big fan doesn't do much. What's more disappointing is that we don't get any communication regarding this issue. I've noticed that other people mentioned this in their reviews but the answers were generic without any ETA on fixing this. So far I tried to ignore the cleanliness issue but it's quite bad. In the last few times I've come to the gym, one toilet doesn't work, and the other 2 are too dirty to be used in the women's bathroom. The gym has potential and I would love to continue coming here but it's getting harder each time as it's clear that the management doesn't care about very basic stuff like AC, clean toilets (and clean showers and gym in general...) or functioning equipment. Other gyms like The Gym were brilliant at communicating with the clients about any issues and when they will be solved as well as at keeping th gym clean and sanitary. And at a much much much lower price.

Negative experience: Horrible experience, before they make you sign a contract saying something and then once you signed the contract they don't care about you, I am a student and I was supposed to have student discount first they made sign a contract and then they made me pay full membership, in addition when I provided them all the things I had to they found other excuses, plus many times they did not answered to emails and also managers there do not care especially Baz who said he would have sorted out the situation, obviously he is not a serious person. They are still stealing money from me

Negative experience: I joined this gym in January and my experience went downhill after a month. I wondered why everyone cheered in at the start of the year when all of the spin bikes were working but now I get it. The bikes are always broken with only 15 operational which makes it difficult to actually book a space, have to arrive really early to save a bike. Have been cancelled from a class many times due to broken bikes.

Positive experience: I came to this gym as I was in the area and it’s in my tier membership. Unfortunately everything from cleanliness to professionalism were absent. I read the reviews on here before I came thinking that people were being a little dramatic but unfortunately all negative comments are indeed correct. Firstly, the class that I had booked in for ran about five minutes late. That’s fine, thankfully I wasn’t in a rush but unprofessional all the same. Secondly, during said class, the “trainer” (and I use this term loosely because he did not seem to have a clue about what he was doing) spent majority of the class trying to fix a 80 year old man’s form rather than actual teaching / pushing or motivating. Literally 30 minutes of the day and he didn’t seem bothered about teaching or anything. Also not a very welcoming or kind environment at the ‪reception to walk into. Giving three stars was a bit generous.

Positive experience: Whilst all the negative comments are true, it is important to put it in perspective. On the whole this location is adequate and I have had a perfect workout every time I have attended. There are loads of amazing classes with motivated and committed instructors too. No it is not a perfect gym but in my 6 months of attendance, other than the blocked pipes in the mens changing rooms I would say the gym meets basic needs very well. Some effort is needed in applying the comments the members suggest and in keeping machines up to date and running. Personally I am pretty happy with the place.

Negative experience: The facilities like the changing rooms are pretty bad lots of broken locker doors hanging off or missing completely. Machines are pretty run down, the one saving bit about it is the pool but 70%/80% of the time a third of it is closed of for swimming lessons up till 7:30 pm while the other two lanes get packed.

Negative experience: Poor customer service I had a very disappointing experience with Fitnesfirst Streatham trying to cancel my membership and then dealing with customer service. After deciding to cancel my membership I jumped through all of the different links and pages to cancel my membership, to find the request form. This form is not linked to your account so it (I suspect deliberately) opens up room for error. The following week I still was charged for my membership. A couple of weeks later I managed to chat with customer service online and requested a membership cancellation and a refund. Both requests were ignored. When I received another charge (second month after cancelling), I contacted customer service again. After explaining the situation they worked out that my original email (which they found and agreed was from me) was sent with a typo in the email address. They also acknowledged my cancelation request the following month that they had ignored. The customer service representative offered as a pretend gesture of 'good will' to refund the second payment (which was fixing a clear mistake on their side, not good will). Despite acknowledging that I had tried to cancel two months prior, and me clearly not using any services and therefore having fully intended on cancelling, refused to refund me. While I acknowledge that I am partially at fault, I strongly condemn the poor and malicious cancellation process. I also am disappointed in the false attempt at good will in fixing their mistake, despite the lack of actual good will in clearing up the issue. Negative experience: Subject: SCAM SCAM SCAM Misguide fraud scam I joined gym three months ago at the Streatham branch. Unfortunately, I feel there has been a misunderstanding regarding the guidance provided by a staff member named Yannic. Initially, I was assured that I could switch to a student package after joining, but I have since been informed that this is not possible. This discrepancy has left me feeling misled and dissatisfied with my membership experience. Today, Yannic's behavior was completely inappropriate. I paid for the next month, but I do not want to continue with such an experience. Your company's attitude is totally scam. Due to my student status, it is essential for me to continue with a student package, which I was led to believe would be an option. Therefore, to avoid any further complications or misunderstandings, I kindly request the cancellation of my membership. I would appreciate it if my membership could be terminated promptly to prevent any inconvenience. Please advise me on any necessary steps or paperwork required from my end to facilitate this process. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will be compelled to share my concerns through reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot. Negative experience: Really let down by facilities, signed up paying double previously but turning up to spin classes and half the bikes are constantly broken and this has been for months, always problem with sauna and steam rooms, lockers Brocken, toilets are constantly flooded, showers half the hot water not working and then been given dirty towels with strange marks on it, when raised with the lovely staff they say they will raise with the general manager but nothing seems to happen or change

Negative experience: Dear me, WHAT have I signed up for? Used to go to Tooley Street. Switched to this miserable one. This club needs some love from its owners. Men’s room looks like after the war. Just one guy with a screwdriver can fix these broken doors in one hour. Tumble dryer in men’s was dead. Dry sauna in bad condition (wooden seats are living on their own terms). I saw someone pinched their backside. Towels have some weird spots (my imagination is not helping with what these spots could be) How hard to keep quality of services on a level? I predict this shop will fail to get new customers, althought it seems like this club used to be good…

Fantastic experience: Been using this gym coming up to two years and it’s been all positive, the facilities are up to scratch and the workers there are always friendly and welcoming. Negative experience: What you did to my friend Rakeb is pure racism, it’s sad to see nobody is coming to help her, the neglect she has faced from the staff is unacceptable and the general manager Natalia did nothing to resolve the situation. As a member of fitness first in Balham, I have never experienced such mistreatment. This way I recommended that she join the Gym. The lack of support is truly disappointing. Shame on you Natalia. You shouldn’t let her through this, playing hide and seek won’t help. Do better. Apologise, refund her money.

Negative experience: Well the steam room is broken again. So yesterday the sauna was packed. But now there’s also no towels - so actually that means there’s now room in the sauna again! Oh and the swim suit dryer is also broken. And so is one of the hairdryers and several lockers…. It’s still a nice pool…

Negative experience: I became a member of Fitness First Streatham approximately three months ago. Unfortunately, my personal trainer decided to leave the gym after providing me with just one session, even though I had paid for a package of eight sessions. Consequently, I approached the manager, Natalia, to request a refund. She initially agreed to process the refund, but unfortunately, I have been unable to contact her since then. To make matters worse, one of the staff members rudely criticized me for attempting to reach out to Natalia and abruptly ended our phone conversation. Regrettably, I have yet to receive my refund, and the situation remains unresolved.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at visiting the Streatham gym at the weekend.Yannick the manager was very welcoming, had taken time to show me and my family around the gym . Negative experience: Only good thing is the sauna. Many negatives, the price is not worth a gym that is never open and has a lack of equipment and space. Half the facilities don't work, such as the showers having cold water and the steam and sauna being out of service. Getting yourself into a long contract with this gym and fulfilling your obligation to pay when they don't fulfill theirs of providing what was sold is a scam.

Positive experience: Recently joined this gym - there’s a good range of equipment (4 squat racks is a plus), the sauna, steam room and pool are well maintained, and the staff are also all very friendly and attentive! It does get pretty busy during peak times but that’s probably to be expected.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym- clean facilities and really good classes. The staff are also very helpful and attentive. I got a call from Zena and the general manager Yanek offering to renew my membership over the phone after they saw I'd been having problems paying with my card on the website which meant I could start using the facilities that very day. Positive experience: I have had a positive experience at the fitness gym located in Streatham. The new manager, Natalia, has made notable improvements since taking over. However, the locker room requires attention as it is in a poor state. Despite this issue, I have noticed that Natalia's professional and responsive approach has had a significant impact on the overall atmosphere and services provided at the gym. Negative experience: This gym gets progressively worse! Changing room is absolutely disgusting and constantly stinks like sewerage. Using members towels to mop up overflowing toilet water. It’s been in this state since the beginning of 2024, 3 weeks in it’s not resolved. Even the equipment is rubbish, all of it is very old, the “new” items acquired last year were clearly second hand from another gym. Don’t wait your money. Spend the extra and go to VA down the road.

Negative experience: @Streatham - arrived for 10am spin class @ 9.45am on Sunday morning and could not get on as there are 9 bikes out of action. 30 bikes and only 21 working. This is an ongoing issue. Manager has reported the bikes broken many times but nothing happens. Do not refer me back to centre staff. They are embarrassed by the situation. Shame on you for taking money from loyal members and not providing the service. It is January with the New Year, New Me team in. You should have expected this. Spin is why I joined this gym. This week is a waste of money. Refund? Week 2: 30 booked. 17 bikes working. No one at the club has any news on repairs. They continue to be embarrassed by this.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I have had a pretty unsatisfactory experience almost daily at the gym. Last week, conditions in the men's locker room were particularly problematic, with constant flooding, as can be seen in the photos. Furthermore, the equipment appears to be quite old-fashioned and worn out. Recently, some have been replaced, but unfortunately, with the same old, worn-out models. Compared to other more accessible gyms, the cost-benefit here is practically non-existent. Furthermore, opening hours are restricted, especially from Friday to Sunday. It is disappointing to have to voice these concerns as I would very much like the situation to improve. It appears that even with previous complaints, the necessary changes have not been implemented. I sincerely hope these issues are addressed to ensure a more positive experience for all members.

Positive experience: Recently rejoined and is a breath of fresh air using this gym, but it does need a make over/upgrade; need to have staff around for opening times (Sunday);but the facilities are good. Nice having access to a sauna; the spin classes are good and love Body-pump, when I can book it.

Negative experience: I joined fitness first as the Gym group was too far away. Was expecting a much improved offering as it’s over double the price but have been consistently disappointed. The gym area is mostly single use machines, they do have 4 squat racks now but not an effective use of space such as a beaver fit. Lots of the machines are old/second hand and take up lots of space. Changing rooms are in a very poor state with lots of broke. Doors, dirty lockers and a large portion are kept permanently so you can’t use them. Management are aware and don’t seem to do anything about it. Picture taken at closing time on Sunday when everyone has left. Showers are in a poor state with several boiler outages this year meaning no hot water. Toilet facilities are quite dirty and today the toilet is leaking so to mop up the water staff have used the towels provided to guests. While I’m sure they wash them that is pretty disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Having used a variety of gyms over the years I found the facilities here top notch. Nice atmosphere on the gym floor with a huge variety of equipment for all work outs. I also really enjoyed relaxing in the Spa area which was nice and clean and in great condition. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I'm particularly grateful to Yannic for his warm manner and outstanding customer service

Positive experience: I have been coming to this gym for over two years. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. I wish the changing rooms were generally cleaner and a bit more updated i.e Refurbished /modernized It is true that the facilities are unavailable sometimes but I personally would prefer the gym to stay open during those times then close. I find it is generally easy to have access to the equipment and don't think it is really ever too busy here as some of the reviews suggest.

Fantastic experience: I went to the gym a bit anxious as I haven't been a member of one in a while but Yannic couldn't have been friendlier and gave me a tour of the full gym and answered any questions I had. Dilsson and him both spent a lot of time with me whilst signing me up and made sure I got the best deal possible. They couldn't have been lovelier and I am very excited to get started. I met Jonny too who is going to give me a complimentary PT session which will be great to ease me back into the gym. They were a super team and all my anxiety has been totally eased. Came back with my flatmate and she signed up too as they were all so great!

The sauna was what was selling me this gym, I am currently at the end of my gym membership with another gym and if the sauna at FF was working I would have switched. It's a shame

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Yannic, who was super welcoming, and gave a tour of the entire gym, changing rooms and equipment. I was then able to have a free trial with no pressure to commit. I signed up, downloaded the Fitness First app and Yannic explained everything .. I left with a gym membership and all questions answered. Smooth process from start to finish. Gym and changing rooms were clean. Thanks Yannic! I’ll be recommending for sure.

Negative experience: After joining in April, the showers have been out of service several times, each episode last a minimum of two weeks. The spin bikes have been broken for months and dispute emails they have not been fixed properly, even the instructors complain about them to the classes. On multiple occasions after arriving at 6am for spin , they have been cancelled at the last minute. The lockers in the mens charging room are hanging off their hinges and are in need of repair. The pool and sauna are too often out of service. My experience has been well below par at the gym, I have contacted their general manager and asked to leave but they will not allow as I’m on a year contract. I would NOT RECOMMEND this gym.

Negative experience: I’ve been a member of Fitness First for about a year and I’ve finally have decided to cancel the membership and move on to Virgin Active. From my perspective and others that I’ve spoken to, Fitness First is in a profound decline. Recently, hot showers and swimming pool were out for two weeks. It got fixed eventually, however today again, swimming pool and sauna is not working. Every time you enter the establishment, you pray to yourself that it works and that you can actually materialise your workout. It seems that the managements hands are tied or they are really unqualified. For example, frustrated, I pointed out an enormous hazard that could lead to serious injuries and the manager said that it’s not up to her and that HQ run the operations. It took them several days to rectify this. I mean, seriously? Furthermore, they brought recently “new” equipment to the gym floor, although it is just old equipment brought in from another gym. Men’s changing rooms, lockers are mouldy and often there’s water dripping from ceiling. Only half of the hair dryers work and the water fountain is broken constantly. These are just few things I’ve picked up recently. It is clear to me that the people who are in charge of this establishments decision making, are massively lacking in gym operations knowledge/experience or they are just too money driven and could care less about their clients. How can you charge anyone £64 per month when half of the equipment never works? Honestly, PureGym which is twice as cheap, is a better gym! It’s such a shame, Fitness First is a missed opportunity.

Negative experience: Declining service. There are now so many machines and no space for a floor workout. Management don’t respond adequately to these concerns. Lots of broken machines and people are paying over £60 a month for something that quite frankly is worse than Pure Gym and double the price! It’s criminal. Have tried to talk in person multiple times about the gym and all the new changes without an adequate solution. Not good enough. Will be cancelling my membership as soon as I can.

Fantastic experience: Was less than impressed walking in here trying sign up - while I was waiting 3 customers complained of various issues. On my way out having had abysmal service, I thankfully bumped into PT Harry who has been so helpful, signed me up for 6 wk program and has been a great trainer. So, 5 stars to Harry.

Negative experience: Don’t join this gym. The pool/spa is frequently out of service, the other facilities are constantly broken, cleanliness is terrible, the staff are unhelpful and their main priority is rushing people out for the entire last hour of their opening times - opening hours that are more restrictive than most of the other local gyms (6pm close on weekends).

Negative experience: Spent a month in this gym, have to say it looks better than it actually is. Good gym floor, but not enough equipment. There's plenty of treadmills and cross-trainers, but only one leg press, and one normal bench press. Couldn't even provide two of each. Also, they've moved the equipment with the leg equipment almost scattered about the gym floor, they should've just left the layout as it was with the leg equipment grouped in one area. Gym floor is about the only good thing about this gym, ever since beginning my second week, at least one thing hasn't worked. First it's the swimming pool, then it's the changing rooms being swapped around which led to embarrassing confusion for some people, and now crucially the hot water is no longer working - going into three weeks now. Not only that but at least half the showers are taped off as out of order. Add insult to injury, Fitness First decides not to offer a discount on the back of the fact that you can't get a hot shower for three weeks at least, but instead offers access to two of their gyms in Central London - like I'm trying to go completely out of my way into the city just to go gym and have a shower afterwards. This gym only looks good, my suggestion for anyone looking for a new gym is to keep looking.

Negative experience: Black mold, broken equipment, a pool that went unheated for 4 months, no hot showers, ceiling tiles dangling above the pool. If this is your idea of a good time then this is the gym for you!!! It feels a lot like FF have either forgotten that they have a branch in Streatham of they are willingly running it down.

Positive experience: Great gym, great staff, good setup and love the pool/ spa area. Would be 5 stars but every time I turn up there is something new not working, this week there’s no hot water, before that the pool needed maintenance, before that the sauna was broken and before that the pool was ice cold. I think lots of members would prefer it if they took a whole week to fix and test everything, then came back with it all working, I’m sure the staff would like to have the members stop moaning aswell

Fantastic experience: EDITED: ended up with a membership and Yannic worked with me to get the best deal possible. He was super accommodating and friendly as well as very personable and made me feel right at home! Plus found out we have a bday connection! Pisces power. —— First time there, tested out for a trial, it’s got the basics for any fitness level or routine, the floor of the gym itself is a bit on the smaller and tighter side so can’t imagine what it’s like on a busy day. The hot water was out so I wasn’t able to shower there, but the staff were super friendly. Major shout to Yannic who helped me out while I am here for a work trip. The bonus of the sauna and steam room was definitely a plus, but they did get crowded. Overall, it covers the bases for a good rate and have a great offer for 3 months right now so get on it!

Fantastic experience: Generally a lovely place. Staff are swell. Had a little problem and had Yannic, who was extremely attentive and helpful, sort things out with minimal fuss. His “no problem, it’ll be sorted” attitude and willingness to demonstrate top tier service is much appreciated, I’m assuming, by many. (Me included!)
