Positive experience: It's lockdown now!

Fantastic experience: Used this gym for about 8 weeks before travelling abroad in December and have to say it could not have been better. Lovely helpful staff - and so friendly. Great equipment, great showers , lots of space and an absolute breath of fresh air after years of a dreadful Fusion gym in Street. Big thank you to the team :)

Negative experience: Terrible management. Forcing members to pay £10 whilst they are closed (due to COVID) other wise the price of membership will be hiked up when they reopen. You should be ashamed - people are struggling to pay bills as it is with the lockdown. I don't want to hear about how the gym is a non-profit organisation, when hounslow council is one of wealthiest in London.

Negative experience: A lot of machines out of order and the gents sauna has been out of order for the past 3 weeks. Also no soap to wash hands. Fusion do not give a dam about the members all they want is the money, the council know all about the problems they just turn a blind eye.

Negative experience: Family changing area is chaotic and often dirty. Parents are often rude, leave kit in cubicles and complain if you change with their kit in there. Instructors are mainly good. Few are absolute stars. I had more than one complaint that was never followed up. Negative reviews are removed from page. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: Clean but toilet been broken in the gym for over 6 months u have to leave training and go downstairs.

Fantastic experience: Nice people working there. Good gym and swimming pool.

Fantastic experience: Lots activity to offer for adults , children & family

Positive experience: I been there since opening, enjoy the classes, sauna, steen also they have a play area and lots more, tidy and clean,the ladys change room it's smell sametimes,fantastic teacher's the only thing it should change is how to get the tickets for the classes is a big queue have to wait 5,10m, is nice to go with family and friends. Thanks
