Everlast Gyms - Bristol Filton: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Great Swimming found good oll round GYM
Fantastic experience: Best gym of its type in Bristol . Nice steam room . No jacuzzi anymore shame . Beautiful pool and gym . At 40 a month very valuable . Only one that comes close in standards is Village gym which is far and not central. Great value for students .
Fantastic experience: Great gym
Positive experience: Have used this gym twice now as the guest of another member. Actually fairly impressed - Good selection of resistance equipment (although I’m not personally a fan of the Techno Gym kit), lots of space to work in and friendly staff. Showers, pool, steam room, changing room all fairly decent too. Three hours free parking. Would happily train here again.
Negative experience: Started with a great gym experience with nice changing rooms and handy locker code system. However the swim experience was awful following this. Showers were cold, barely flowing and disgusting. The jacuzzi was closed and steam room smelt funky. The pool itself had the creepiest vibe with multiple men just standing everywhere staring at any poor lone females such as myself trying to have a peaceful swim. No staff are present in the pool so I guess this culture just continues to go unnoticed and unaddressed. Would not return.
Negative experience: The steam room always seems to be broken, which is very inconvenient for someone who uses it for recovery. It's extremely hot and not air conditioning, I've nearly passed out a few times now. They open one fire door in the middle of the summer. Music is sometimes loud and very horrible taste. Size is great, plenty of space and equipment avaliable, although some of it is in poor condition and doesn't seem to be cared for. Great studio rooms with good lighting and they actually do have air conditioning. Looking at most the review there are continuous complaints that aren't being addressed, which is disappointing. It could be a great gym with a little care. Time to get a new manager everlast!!
Negative experience: First the jaquizzi went, then members swimming experience impacted by swimming lessons over several hours every day using two swimming lanes, steam room out of action again as has been every time I’ve gone recently!
Negative experience: Hot tub permenantly out of order, showers are dirty and cold, equipment needs updating and better maintained Don't bother with here, plenty of bad reviews all saying the same yet nothing has been done about it
Negative experience: Gym needs new management. Air conditioning doesn't work hasn't done for years. Equipment is always broken. Showers are dirty and broke, weeks with no hot water. Steam room stinks like piss and the jacuzzi is no longer working. £40 a month great deal.
Negative experience: Pretty awful techno gym equipment. They’ve closed the hot tub off Steam room is musty doesn’t smell nice Showers dribble out can hardly wash properly
Positive experience: Its OK, but it's very expensive for what you get. The jacuzzi was closed soon after I joined, and the steam room is OK but not as nice as you'd expect for membership cost. The pool is nice at non busy times. Sometimes there seems to be a lane closed for a private lessons at peak times which isn't great for other users to lane swim. Potential to be really great with a bit more attention. The only private changing room in the women's changing area has a broken door lock & hangers. Gym area is well equipped and most of the time there are enough machines to use. Some other gyms seem to close areas off a bit better to create a nice environment, which this gym could do with. Tried to attend a few classes but some of them are cancelled when I get there without being told in advance because not enough people showed up. The staff have always been nice and helpful.
Positive experience: Quite busy, and often a couple of machines out of service. parking is ok
Negative experience: In the winter is very cold. Otherwise OK, price does not reflect the facilities, there is always smth out of order
Negative experience: Despite being a member for over 5 years, and paying more than the membership is advertised for on the website for 3 of them, I am still being forced to pay an additional month’s membership, despite already being paid up for the rest of the month. “It’s in the T&Cs” they say. Given the context of already overpaying, any business that can’t even offer a little goodwill to a long-term customer, is not a business worth your time and money. Disgusting.
Fantastic experience: Very nice gym a shame is not 24 hours for cafe we got his shut down which is the shame it looks nice cafe but please try harder make it 24 hour gym you've got MOT Abbey Wood down the road you've got ever businesses which will love to use it at nighttime
Fantastic experience: Really good gym. Love the pool and sauna.
Fantastic experience: After having a free 3 day pass to use at this gym, I ended my monthly contract at Snapfitness. This gym is just better in my opinion, more equipment, plenty duplicates of machines so you're not stood around waiting for people to finish sets. Manual Weight loaded machines or pin lock machines, boxing bag workouts, sledges, tyre flips, the works. Changing rooms are very spacious and kept clean, showers are good and at a nice temperature with a foam soap dispenser if you forget your own body wash. The steam room and the pool are fantastic after your workout, steam room can accommodate 10 people at a time, most that have ever been in when I was there was 8 people and didn't feel crowded at all. The pool is a single depth the entire length and is very clean, dedicated swimming lanes to one side for when they have swimming lessons for kids or people who enjoy doing lengths, while the rest of the pool is for free swimming or doing whatever you like. Staff are friendly and always helpful, also there is always a staff member rotating around the gym cleaning and sterilising the equipment. Highly recommend this place.
Fantastic experience: been going here over a year now and the staff have been great always greeting and having good conversations and energy, the gym has recently had paintwork done and looks so much better. Equipment is old but still works, as someone who does athletic workouts I’ve found that there’s enough equipment to do what I need and work around what I can’t. Would recommend this gym.
Negative experience: Air temperature is really cold within gym but I am told it’s warehouse that’s why. But funny enough, reception area is warm. Not sure how other warehouses like Aldi etc nearby manage right temperature within. Steam room is never hot enough but you can hear steam generator making enough noise to make you believe it’s working. Members sitting in the room, all they talk about is how disappointed they are and it’s never hot like normal steam rooms should be. Really disappointed. On a positive note: staff is friendly . Looks like it’s cost cutting from top.
Positive experience: Too many creepy women filming in here and posting out on kids social mediums like tiktok and the like. Went Bannatyne and never looked back but the facilities here are very nice
Fantastic experience: I recently visited Everlast Gym and was impressed by the friendly staff who provided excellent assistance. The state-of-the-art equipment made my workout enjoyable and effective. The work studio, with its vibrant multi-color lights, added a dynamic atmosphere to my fitness routine. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the gym enhanced my experience, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. Highly recommended for a positive fitness experience.
Fantastic experience: My second home. Finally found a Gym where I get my lengths in at the Pool.
Positive experience: Wish this place had heating and cooling in the summer. That said the gym is good.
Positive experience: Small gym compared to others so not a lot of variation in machines, also when it gets busy it’s difficult to find a machine that you want that isn’t in use, but the pool, sauna and hot tub more than make up for it, hospitable staff aswell. I’m a student so the offers for the student membership making it almost 20 pounds cheaper is incredible!
Negative experience: Been going here for 2 years now, everythings either broken/out of order and the spa facilities are always closed as theres always an issue. No heating in the gym so the dumbell weights are cold in the winter months. So glad I've finally cancelled and advised my mates to do the same.
Negative experience: Too much money jacuzzi and sauna constantly not working
Negative experience: I had high hopes for this gym when I registered for a 3-day free pass. While the gym itself was well-maintained and clean, I was disappointed by the lack of available equipment. I was unable to find essential machines like the roman chair, ab machine, etc. Despite asking for help, the reception confirmed that these machines were not available. While the pool, hot tub, and steam bath were enjoyable, I would not recommend this gym for its fitness equipment. The changing rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Overall, I hope the gym can improve its selection of machines in the future.
Positive experience: i was a member since it opened. the gym equipment is really good. the staff are really friendly & helpful, kristen is a really good manager & always friendly, bodge is the best personal trainer, he will help anyone if he seen them struggling with working out. only downside is the lack of cleaning in the showers & facilities around the pool. i had left due to a house move. (which fell through) the only thing stopping me from joining back is this. the staff & gym equipment is a five star. the lack of cleaning really lets it down
Negative experience: They don’t cooperate
Negative experience: good: large space, has a pool, sauna and stream room, working equipment, relatively clean, majority of staff are nice neutral: price bad: manager is difficult to talk to, voice/opinions are not valued, classes cancelling, opening times are difficult for people who don’t enjoy the 8am or 5pm rush Completely depends on what your fitness style is but it would be nice to feel like you can chat to the manager when there is an issue to actually be heard context: my mother and I joined aquafit, this was our first time doing any gym classes and the first time my mum had come into a gym and pool as she’s not a confident person or swimmer but we wanted to build that up together. There seems to be a slight disagreement between the “regulars” and the teacher to management (lots of drama that we don’t really want/need). This means that when we tried to speak to the manager about why classes (that are typically female-preferred) are being cancelled such as Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, we are met with a rude and almost hostile response. This really upset my mother who already isn’t confident and now won’t return. The suggestion we tried to raise: for the 45 minutes a week that the class runs, can the pool just be for class attendees. It is very uncomfortable to be watched by numerous men while doing push-ups out of a pool, it’s very uncomfortable to be laughed at or splashed by again, men in the pool. Just as a spin class is dedicated to spin attendees or a yoga studio is dedicated for yoga classes… When trying to raise this, we’re thrown into whatever other drama/emails have been going on, made to feel like problems and now have a membership running that I feel too uncomfortable to use. Please listen to the people that use your gym, we just want a nice and safe space to work out
Negative experience: Errol Williams General Manager is very rude They Need to kick him out old manager was good always keep the gym clean .
Fantastic experience: Milan she is the best personal trainer and respectful person. I like the environment and definitely recommend it to anyone this gym has best exercise machines? Which can’t find in another another, gyms
Fantastic experience: Amazing place for a little relaxation and food! They have a really big gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool and even classes! I got a day pass for £21 and it was so worth it! Food is amazing a bit pricey but the food is amazing I've gotten the same everytime and so has my partner we were served by Eli.whos amazing always recommend him!
Positive experience: Good, but needs a refurbishment
Negative experience: Have been a member for 6 years - have been on 3 - 4 seperate occasions at different times - not able to use equipment as massively over subscribed. This gym is fine as long as you are willing to wait a long time, and don't mind which muscle group you are working.
Negative experience: I've been a member of this gym since it first opened under DW Fitness. However, since it's changed to Everlast, it has dropped in quality. Not the staff's fault - they are clearly doing their best but Everlast just aren't investing in the upkeep or upgrade of the gym or its equipment. The men's changing rooms have deteriorated considerably with broken handles on the shower doors and just general grubbiness. The equipment has barely changed or updated since the day it opened and we are seeing more and more broken equipment with signs on awaiting repair. This is a good location and has the potential to become an excellent facility again but it needs a refresh. And for the price we are paying on a monthly basis, that is not an unreasonable expectation. Further update. Since I posted this review, the quality has deteriorated further. In December, 5 separate machines have remained continually broken with do not use signs on them. There doesn't seem to be any timescale to fix them. There has let again been problems with the steam room and jacuzzi. A fresh coat of paint has been added to the walls, but otherwise, the actual gym equipment is starting to show its age and a refresh is desperately needed.
Fantastic experience: Great equipment, very clean at all times. No kids in pool so great for training and getting good swim in!
Negative experience: This gym needs a clean. Pool area rusty and smear marks in changing room ladies showers 1 week still. Just needs a good clean and kept clean. Surely this isn't a issue. For what people pay. Come on! Sort it out please
Negative experience: Every single week the staff find a different reason to close early the gym
Positive experience: A little run down in the weights area (padding on machines definitely need an update!) but helpful staff, good vibes and a great swimming pool!
Positive experience: Average gym. Going here due to the convenient location, and is a bit less busy compared to Pure Gym.
Positive experience: It’s a well equipped gym, nice steam room and swimming pool. Staff are friendly and helpful, other users are polite. However, there is no heating for the winter. You can literally see your breath due to a forced air flow system pumping below freezing temperatures directly onto the gym floor.
Fantastic experience: Great team very friendly!
Fantastic experience: I’m a big fan of this gym. I get access with my subscription to gym pass so I’m not sure how much membership normally is but it’s a pretty high end gym. Good selection of equipment and when I go at 6.00 it’s normally pretty empty. There’s also decent showers and a pool and steam room
Negative experience: WHAT A JOKE!!! Boiling hot in the summer due to no A/C and now FREEZING COLD with 80% of members training in hoodies as it's to cold to train in a t-shirt! SHOCKING!!!
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, nice and clean gym and excellent pool and health suite
Negative experience: Awful gym, staff have given me miss leading information when signing up causing direct debit to keep going after 6 months membership, after i have been told by staff that "once membership is done i must renew", not only this one of the managers admitted this case could be true as in there own words "Staff tend to say things just to move forward". Not only this it is expensive for no reason, the showers are like being sprayed by a hose, the equipment is from the previous franchise DW Fitness so it is not an Everlast gym just got the name. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Fantastic experience: Superb
Positive experience: Been going to this gym a long time. First time ever this morning I am thinking of looking elsewhere. The Guy on today cranks the Music up so loud it interferes with my workout. The Shower area was dirty and there is no soap in the Shower Cubicles. The Gym has a Swimming Pool and Steam room also a Jacuzzi. Would be a great Gym if some of the Staff upped their game.
Fantastic experience: Good gym. Nice pool
Fantastic experience: Great place lovely gym has everything u need ..everyone make u feel welcome
Negative experience: In my view wasting money, at first you will pay for VIP GYM but it's not and also you need one month's notice to leave that gym I left from my full-time job after one week notice second is about machines always few of them are broken also you can find better and more machine in PureGym. I wanted to practice a sports move in a corner, but one of the trainers told me, please go and do it somewhere else, I have a class here!! Is this a private place? Good things about here is pool always is clean.
Positive experience: Great gym and great staff. Facilities are excellent. Only problems are that it is much too busy on weekday evenings and the music is too loud sometimes.
Negative experience: Why is it ok for people to take video/pics of strangers during their workouthow is this going on openly so much and not one person acts on this. Staff look away and some record video and take pic in pool area ignoring their own gym rules. How are you creating a safe space for all members
Negative experience: Do not join! If you want to cancel your membership you have the right to. Steam room doesn’t work. Very dirty not well looked after. Staff and the manager Tristan very rude this place needs a complete change.
Negative experience: I like the style of this gym and the steam room is very big. Downsides and reasons i left are: No cold showers(all very hot non-adjustable temp), dirty mens showers with broken handles, jaccuzi and steam room frequently off with no warning. Not acceptable at this price
Fantastic experience: Is one of the cheapest gym membership that have a swimming pool steam room and jacuzzi.
Positive experience: Decent gym , good equipment and facilities. Used to go there when it was DW. Not much has changed in terms of look and feel other than the name on the entrance to the building. One area I have definitely noticed a huge decline in is cleanliness, the men’s showers needs a deep clean. Most of the time it stinks and also for the price you pay you expect top class facilities. I beg management to look into a deep cleaning of all the wet areas including around the pool area. These sorts of conditions and lack of thorough cleaning in the changing areas are hugely surprising considering the fact that we have just come out of a pandemic. I really enjoy going to the gym here but less so when it comes to showering at the gym after the workout
Negative experience: The steam room has been out of order. I tried phoning to find out when will it be fixed. They don't answer the telephone and then disconnect call. Not good.
Negative experience: Not too clean and they tend to turn off the jacuzzi for a period of a few days without any notice. Had to cancel the membership as the gym didn’t meet my expectations.
Negative experience: DO NOT SIGN UP ON A 12MONTH CONTRACT, IF THERE IS A CHANCE OF YOU LEAVING THE GYM WITHIN THAT TIME. YOU CAN'T GET OUT UNLESS YOU HAVE "PROOF" OF THE FOLLOWING: - Relocation over 10 miles from your nearest club- providing evidence of your new address in the form of a bank statement/utility bill/tenancy agreement - Medical- upon providing a letter from GP or medical professional confirming you cannot use the gym - Redundancy or financial hardship- providing evidence of a redundancy letter or your entitlement to jobseekers allowance or universal credit
Negative experience: They continued to take my money from my account even though the contract ended. I also asked to cancel it 4 months in advance, and the girl at the reception wanted proof that Im moving city. What the actual … !! The gym equipment ain't even that good. Not worth it.
Fantastic experience: Great facilities all round
Fantastic experience:
Fantastic experience: Went along with my neice to check it out. I was very pleasantly surprised - did a yoga class with a very nice teacher who communicated and led well. Had a look at the facilities which are good - pool, steam room, jacuzzi - large open gym. The reception staff pleasant and welcoming. A very good first impression.
Negative experience: Absolute con artists, only gym I know that requires a 3 month cancellation to squeeze every last drop out your bank account. Can't ring customer service as they have 0 staff on the phones. As for the gym if you're related to bats it's sound as it's got no lights in it. The jacuzzi never works also. Better off going Pure Gym across the road or even Snap.
Negative experience: I'll start by saying there is nothing wrong with the gym itself. It used to be DW fitness and so has retained all staff and equipment. I've been a member for around 2 years and had no issues with staff or equipment. However, it is now owned by Sports direct. Unfortunately cancellation is nearly impossible. You will be charged fee after fee and it takes a minimum of 3 months (after 6 month minimum term) to stop giving them money. There are loads of gyms in the Filton area now and I just don't think its worth joining a standard gym that comes with so many parent company issues. Do yourself a favour and shop around for a gym with shorter notice periods and a head office who are contactable.
Fantastic experience: Very clean and tidy space. Good equipment, friendly and supportive staff.
Negative experience: Used to be an excellent DW gym but after being taken over by Everlast the cleanliness has gone down hill, the steam room door has been broken for months, the steam room is a different temperature every time I use it and the male shower door handles all have been damaged and no longer work as they used to.
Fantastic experience: Great pool, friendly staff..great place
Negative experience: Signed me up for a contract without my consent to then now demand more money off me to cancel, do not trust the staff they are still purposely messing me around and have no clue what they are doing and would not recommend anyone
Negative experience: Since being changed over havent been impressed at all. I think whats topped it today is a soiled nappy being left in the mens showers today on the shelf!. It absolutely stank in there .Its been reported at reception and all my husband was a 'thanks for letting me know' . Gone are the days where we were welcomed with bubbly polite 'attentive' staff that were passionate about this gym and its customers. At the moment all whats keeping me there at the moment is an instructor thats coming back in September as her classes are good. They claim to be an adult gym but there is nothing adult about it when you have kids using the pool running around the changing rooms and the changing area seats are used up as baby changing mats!
Fantastic experience: Nice and clean gym. Great equipment, friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Great equipment. Friendly staff.Classes available.Pool sauna and jacuzzi to.
Fantastic experience: Good gym, excellent equipment/pool/facilities. Staff are friendly, competent and very social! Would definitely recommend
Fantastic experience: I’m a new member to Everlast Filton! The staff are friendly, the members are friendly, no intimidation whatsoever like you receive at some gyms. Great selection of equipment, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi is a great bonus also. Happy to recommend
Fantastic experience: Been member of DW, now everlast since the beginning. Enjoy the gym floor, really spacious and mixture of classes. Staff welcoming and helpful. Listen to members a big plus even thru these challenging times.
Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Great choice of cardio machines and weights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the morning classes.
Fantastic experience: Having tried multiple gyms across the Bristol area Everlast fitness club offers the best all round services. It has everything you could want from a gym and more but at reasonable prices that justifies the service. The staff and culture at the gym is friendly and inviting making feel less if a chore and more of a hobby. The open area and smart use of space means even at peak times it does not feel packed. Also the lower mood lighting is less intense than other gyms and the music playlists actually up to date and motivating(great for when you forget headphones). Lastly it’s a gym that changes with the times and listens to members when suggestions are made.10/10 :)
Negative experience: They don’t communicate now cancellation happens and charge you unexpectedly. Rubbish gym and rubbish communication.
Negative experience: Update Jan 2024 There used to be 3 aquafit classes a week but they reduced it to 2 and now 1. While also increasing the class size from 12 to 20 to 25 so they can justify that there's a lower percentage of class in order to shut it down (there isn't enough pool equipment in the broken storage boxes for 20, let alone 25). They claimed there needed to be an increase in numbers but they never even sent a single email to promote any class - they did send me an email to promote SkyTV but not their own classes! They closed the pool for most of December so they could paint the lovely light spa zen walls into a claustrophobic dark gray and to cover the broken jacuzzi with a wooden top so they never have to bother fixing it. The pool is dominated by groups of lads and the changing rooms are so cold you'll have goosebumps. It was once a good gym but now I'm actively looking for a new welcoming home 2 years ago it was 4 stars: Good sized swimming pool and normally very quiet. Jacuzzi is open (mostly) and currently for 2 people (COVID regs) so doesn't feel crowded. Steam room is open now for limited numbers. Gets busy Saturday afternoons but quiet otherwise. I don't use the gym but seems to be well stocked, clean and normally there's plenty spaces. Changing rooms are spacious, clean and staff are friendly. The showers are bit naff (push button for 8 seconds of lower pressure water) but warm. Contracts are a bit controlling - 3 months notice to cancel! They did pause payments during closed times but won't let you upgrade to the next level because there's a special offer on (usual reward new members, ignore current members).
Negative experience: I paid for year when lockdown came they didn.t give mony back
Positive experience: Bit harsh having a 1 star rating. The gym equipment works, it’s well ventilated, pool has always been clean and staff do their job. It’s worth the money no more no less. People that are upset about the leaving process but it’s the same with every other gym.
Fantastic experience: Great pool
Positive experience: Why people down-star it? Former DW and this is a great gym, huge area never makes it feel busy, swimming pool, spacious changing rooms with lots of nice interior touches, feels good to workout in such a gym. If cant pay 40quid for a gym just join another one, yes sauna and jacuzzi are stopped due to covid but that everywhere the same, holding my fingers for April reopening. Update: so being in the gym since 2017 I think its not going a better direction, its not as tidy anymore, jacuzzi doesn’t work very often almost monthly, I have dropped a few things from my chain and I find them in the same spot 2 weeks after so the floor is not being hoovered, often have issues with payments. Harvy from reception is the top man still!
Positive experience: December 2020: One star is harsh. There's a lot of anger out there. Sauna and jacuzzi are currently closed due to covid. If people complain it's expensive, why are they joining? To me, it's a large gym with a LOT of choice of free weights, cardio equipment and resistance machines, all kept in good condition. Decent swimming pool which is rarely too busy. Well cleaned. Plenty of lockers which just needs a code not a physical lock. Staff are always friendly and make an effort to say hello and chat. Lots of personal trainers and physios who really know their stuff. TVs and music in the background in case you forget your own music.
Fantastic experience: Professional and friendly staff, plenty of space even when it's busy.
Negative experience: Completely gone downhill from when DW owned it. Asked to cancel my direct debit as the facilities are not the same as when I originally signed the contract with DW ( such as pool use, classes) . No water facilities, cafe shut, vending machine empty . Ignored. The club isn't even spelt correctly on the website ' Flinton'.
Positive experience: In these strange times of the pandemic, it's very much appreciated that there somewhere to swim & relax for an hour. Pleasant staff & facilities.
Negative experience: #ThankyouNHS on the website but they recently scrapped the NHS membership that DW used to do and apparently have no plans to bring it back. #ThankyouNHS is not a trend and if you don't mean it then just don't say it.
Negative experience: Not impressed with your customer service my son has been trying to contact you for months and no one replies to him and he has been calling and emailing he is trying to cancel his membership and because no one has replied another month of membership fees have left his bank account not happy and I will keep giving bad reviews everywhere until it is sorted
Negative experience: I asked for my details NOT to be passed onto everlast from dw confirmed this by email and cancelled direct debit. They have my bank details and have set up a new direct debit under sports direct fitness and keep trying to take monies. No one answers the phone or responds to emails I have had to contact bank to stop this fraudulant activity and report to the financial conduct authority. Absolutely awful treatment of people in the current climate and if you contact them via fb your comments get deleted or blocked. All in all dreadful experience dealing with them.
Negative experience: IMPOSIBLE TO CONTACT. Have been trying to close my account for some time now. ITS A FAKE NUMBER. Tried calling them multiple time to check the account closure no one pics up, no one answers. No response.
Fantastic experience: I like swimming
Fantastic experience: This gym has extensive and immaculate facilities. The staff are super friendly too.
Fantastic experience: Was visiting my daughter, came here really nice and clean and friendly
Fantastic experience: My boyfriend is a member here and they do a bring a friend on a friday. I would say this gym is a great gym if ur serious about getting muscles there were lots of muscles here! Swimming pool was nice and relaxing even tho it was a bit busy. One thing I didn't like was the female changing rooms only had 2 private areas to get changed other than that it was good
Positive experience: Good gym, it has pretty much everything you would want. The equipment is clean, up to date and there is a nice changing room with decent facilities. The gym could do with a few more machines. Especially with more modern cross trainer's. Staff are helpful, although I've raised a request with them to book me in for a PT session and after 15 min wait to speak to someone, they took my details but never called me/emailed me to arrange anything.
Fantastic experience: Took up PT sessions with Svetlana Williams-Baimashkina (Lana) and she really helped me learn the techniques to exercise properly. Lana was mindful of my level of fitness which was zero and she tailored the sessions to accommodate. I’ve been able to lose body fat and the training program she provided has given me the tools I need to train solo. Lana’s also a nice person to get a long with and makes the sessions fun - thank you so much, highly recommend!
Positive experience: Good gym and swimming pool, but the showers and the changing room was so dirty, hairs everywhere on the floor and was very cold.
