Fantastic experience: The fitness instructors and all staff are very good. Gym is great love the Egym and leisure centre in general. Could do with another stairmaster. Gets busy with kids after school.

Positive experience: Pretty nice venue but the sports hall flooring is in desperate need of a clean. That alone made it not worth not revisiting the venue

Fantastic experience: This was the best place I have ever been to the vending machine was broken and stole my money then the staff were so nice not caring about my problems and finally, the place was overheated to a beautiful temperature which made me faint.

Negative experience: Rude. Went there and requested to swim or if there's other options and was presented with a young bothered with their own existence person and a guy who's name must have been Dave. Oh well. Bravo

Negative experience: Extremely rude employees. Absolutely no help. When asked for help, came back with rude comments. Do absolutely not recommend. Staff are rediculace

Negative experience: Staff couldn't be ruder if they tried. Considering this place is under consultation for closure, you think they'd put a bit of effort into actually being civil to the people who visit the place!

Fantastic experience: Both our girls have enjoyed their swimming lessons here. The instructors do a great job. An invaluable local amenity for an essential life skill when so many swim classes are fully booked.

Positive experience: Knutsford pool & staff are lovely but they need to spend money on the showers & changing rooms to encourage more use. It would be a nightmare if they close knutsford as it offers so much for all ages and abilities!

Positive experience: Came here for my toddler’s football class. The building is great and it has lovely facilities but found the staff on reception a bit blunt when we entered.

Fantastic experience: Just joined. So far a gym induction & Aqua Aerobics session. Both excellent. Helpful staff. An EGym, a new experience for me. Do try it.

Fantastic experience: Recently had a Roller Skating experience for a friend's Birthday. Having not been on skates for 40 years the staff were brilliant. Lots of coaching and reassuring. It made the whole session more enjoyable and fun. Legends.

Negative experience: Whoever took Sophie,s swimming lesson last evening at 4pm, I believe his lesson was challenging, however to end a lesson on " pencil jump in, swim to the rope, get out go home I don't want to see you lot again" I feel is totally unacceptable, this amounts to bullying 7 and 8 year olds. Not impressed at all. Forma swimming teacher.

Negative experience: Everything was amazing until I wanted to cancel my membership - that's a real horror! No canceling option on the website, I needed to call them to find out you need to send an email to some ridiculous address and it will take 10 days to cancel! That's a joke.

Fantastic experience: I went couple of times its very clean and tidy place and the staffs are very friendly

Fantastic experience: Scored some fantastic goals on the astro pitch and I hold the record on the 100m track at the back of the pitch and also the 293m record on the grass track.

Negative experience: Went to watch my grandsons swimming training today.I'm not sure what the justification is for no seating upstairs in the viewing area but it is not really acceptable to be expected to stand for the whole time you are viewing or sit in a window alcove with your neck turned at 90°. Surely parents and grandparents should be encouraged to watch children taking part in healthy activities?

Positive experience: In all honesty from outside it looks grubby as anything but it's clean and extremely quiet right now. We booked yesterday from an adult and toddler swim and only 1 other household was in the pool. Old and tired changing rooms that need updating but most importantly they were clean. Only downside was no pool toys. Staff were friendly too. Would definitely go back.

Positive experience: I’ve updated my review, previously we did swimming lessons on a Friday, and for several reasons they were not great. However we now do lessons on a Monday and I’m more bothered about the teachers creating a fun lesson for my child where she can build confidence and skills in the water. We’ve had three different teachers in the last four weeks and all of these three have been great! As long as that carries on I’m not as worried about the facilities. Original review was 2stars: It’s quiet and there are facilities there. However they are not exactly well maintained.

Fantastic experience: Very clean, well equipped gym with trainers on hand to help (ask for reece on a Monday and Wednesday morning) , nice pool, loads of great classes. Vending machine for snacks, tea, coffee. Great for all the family

Negative experience: Absolutely chaotic reception area, long ques to talk to reception. Several swimming classes finish & the same time making the changing room very crowded. It was greatly overheated in the waiting areas. Quite an unpleasant experience on the whole.

Negative experience: In desperate need of modernising especially the swimming pool facilities. Can't go during the day in termtime as it's taken by the school sadly. I had a horrible accident a few years ago on the pool steps. Haven't been there since! Not the cleanest pool. For a "posh" town it's a real let-down.

However, you can't really enjoy your time swimming when its extremely dirty, dirty changing rooms, filthy showers, and human waste in the pool. Gross. A nightmare for anyone with OCD. They need to bleach the place and modernize it.

Negative experience: Every time I go in to play some basketball they stop me saying that there closing but I know they don't close till 10:30pm and went there at 5 I think the staff are horrible and not helpful this place is meant for people to play sport not to be stopped playing the sport they like. That why I'm just going somewhere else and buy a hoop for my self.

Fantastic experience: All the essentials. 25m swimming pool and a gym with a good compliment of cardio machines, a modern set of egym weights machines, weights room and classes. Membership allows you access to the Everybody network in Cheshire East

Negative experience: Went during adult swim, they have a tiny swimming pool. There wasn't a lane system which meant that swimmers of different abilities had to swerve to doge one another... Not impressed

Negative experience: Suffers from being part of the high school. "Functional", but not pretty. Quite expensive, relative to Manchester's leisure centres.
