Negative experience: They have been charging my card for 3 months even when I cancel a gym!! Nobody is picking up the phone

Negative experience: Joining online is easy but cancelling and getting refund or even a response is a complete joke.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, amazing staff ,soo friendly I feel so comfortable at 9rounds bow I’m never bored with my work out because it’s changed every day. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

Negative experience: One of the worst customer service. They will reply your emails when you are interested in joining. When you are a member or you left, they will not reply your emails.
