Negative experience: Really like this gym like going after work as I finish work at 5 get to the gym at 6 do my training session have a sauna to wind down have a shower then home sauna are no longer available now after 8pm so I’m thinking about moving gyms age limit for the gym should be 18 years of age to stop kids from vandalising changing rooms too many kids in the gym Messing about unsupervised I am really disappointed

Fantastic experience: Popped in this afternoon and had an in depth tour with Jonny of this fantastic gym! Signed up for a membership and got stuck in to a weights session. Great space and equipment, looking forward to spending more time down here!

Negative experience: AVOID THESE THIEVES! I went for 1 month whilst I was home, they have now been trying to cancel for the last 6 months with zero response. Can’t call, no communication & I believe they are very aware as a lot of reviews here say the same. They should be shut down.

Negative experience: Came to this gym for Months and it was great, but when I've needed to cancel, it's been a nightmare. I've sent countless emails, tried to phone, done everything in my power! I've had to block the payment, and the app is saying I owe £89. I definitely DO NOT, as I've been trying to cancel.

Negative experience: Equipment always broken and never repaired. The Stepper malfunctions and speeds up. Reported it numerous times it’s so dangerous, Nothing gets done. The place is Filthy and never seemed to be cleaned, Equipment dusty and dirty. No hip thrust box it’s hidden away for some reason so the benches are just too high. Really poor gym unfortunately.

Negative experience: Did enjoy going here staff are lovely but problem for me was app never worked to get in had wait on staff let me in their system needs sorting out. Also I don’t find it very clean very dusty and the sauna in ladies door doesn’t close properly could never use it. And the flooring near treadmills is lifted not safe mount times I’ve tripped over it. Do think it over price for what you get. It’s such a shame as these problems can be sorted out very easily

Negative experience: Gym was ok, albeit a building site for the majority of the time. Turned up this morning, to a locked gym. Then see an hour later that it had indefinitely closed and gave no reason. Payment already taken for the month the previous day. Totally unprofessional. The Haslingden gym could have been great, but they did not market it to the local area nor put adequate signage up to promote it. Should have done a lot more to prevent this poor service and poor attempt at running a company

Negative experience: I wish i’d read the reviews first before joining this gym. Completely unprofessional and the truly the worst gym experience I have ever had. I sent 5 emails to this company over a period of months and did not get a response. I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of joining to go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I made enquiries at Arkham Ramsbottom, which looked amazing, as I needed to join a local gym. I saw Jayden who was extremely helpful. He explained what was available and how membership works. How equipment is top of the range, regularly maintained to suit every aspect of fitness from cardio vascular to body building. Also how the gym & staff cater for every level of a members needs whether they are a beginner or experienced gym user. I was most impressed at his patience professionalism and knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble. It's an amazing gym.

Fantastic experience: Really rate the gym, ideal for me with location and 24hr opening. The facilities are good, I get to do all the exercises I need and the crowd in there is always nice too. I'm fortunate that the gym sponsors my American football team so I get a really good deal on membership and I believe so do local firefighters which is a nice touch and. The gym also donated over 200 easter eggs to our Easter egg drive.

Negative experience: I’d like to start off with a positive by saying the facilities are great and the staff are polite and very friendly. The customer service from the company however is a shambles. I started to get billed twice so I contacted them. They have continued to avoid my emails despite me sending 3.I then disputed my payments with the bank and received them back but they are still yet to cancel my membership! It is still telling me I owe them £35 on the app for this month. The customer service of this company is utterly unprofessional and I would advise anybody who is looking to use this service to go elsewhere unless you want to be scammed.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service when there has been a massive cluster **** and no response! Multiple attempts to contact and nothing. Last month I have had 5 attempts to take an extra payment when I had already requested to cancel my membership and again this month and have been charged twice l. This has had a negative impact on my credit score as a result of the multiple attempts to take money last month. Avoid like the plague! Worst experience with any business. The owners are not professional and know nothing about running a business. Constantly calling customers out on instagram for petty things however cannot even maintain the upkeep of the gym. Completely filthy, roof leaking, unfinished painting, smashed mirrors and no identification of weight on machines because all the stickers have fallen off. Only way to contact “manager” or staff is on instagram, waited over a month for a response even sent a chase up message still no response however they still are adding new posts on to instagram. Something very dodgy financially about this gym.

Negative experience: Cancelled . Paid my notice which is fare enough but they carried on charging me 2 months later

Negative experience: I Cancelled my membership due to a last minute deployment abroad and I had confirmation from Charlotte that it was all sorted ! 2 months later they are still attempting to take payments from my card. Some would call that fraud ! Be careful when giving your bank details to this lot.

Negative experience: Really poor experience here as other reviews have alluded to. Multiple attempts of calling, emailing and other messages to the gym regarding membership cancellation were completely futile, adding another 35£ for a months membership which I had attempted to cancel multiple times. Be very careful with purchasing membership from this venue. Would recommend elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Great facility, top atmosphere

Negative experience: I mistakenly bought a 12 month membership for my homeless brother who did not use it and has not once set foot inside the gym...after 8 months we asked to cancel his membership and they refused even knowing the unique circumstances and the fact my brother had never used the gym even once and still hasn't. Its now 15 months later and shockingly they are still attempting to charge payment 3 months after the 12 month membership ended and our repeated requests to cancel this membership. The owner of this business even threatened to visit my brothers place of work to speak to his boss and try to make trouble for him and he did this on two occasions before being asked not to return by my brothers boss which caused my brother undue stress and concern. There are clear breaches of privacy here not to mention morally and ethically questionable practices that this business has consistently engaged in in the case. Despite our repeated attempts to go through alternative dispute resplution outside of court this company has falied to respond to these letters.. Truly disgusting company with no morals or ethics who will be held accountable for their despicable actions in this case. Avoid like the plague. Horrendous people...

Negative experience: Keep taking unauthorised payments, promise to refund and then stop replying to emails/texts. Don't trust this company with your bank info or credit card details. Have reported them for fraud.

Negative experience: Really poor experience of this place. I joined in July purely for the classes, in particular the spin classes. I turned up several times for advertised classes that were just not on despite me being able to book them on the app. Staff couldn't tell me which classes were on or not and emails and Facebook messages went unanswered. On the 4th August I emailed to cancel my membership, no reply as usual and a further payment was taken at the end of August. There is no contact no to ring to cancel membership and emails are not replied to. Be really careful before joining this place

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good equipment and plenty of it! I go early in the morning and it's nice and quiet so I can crack on with whatever I need to do. Facilities are nice, plenty of lockers (bring a padlock), and the showers are always clean. I would suggest a bin for the men's changing room though as there is no way to dispose of rubbish. The only flaw for me is the playlist which is obviously down to personal taste but grime just isn't motivating me at 7am Final point, bring water!

Fantastic experience: A great no nonsense gym, rammed with great equipment and helpful staff. It's definitely a qym were you go yo do things, not to pose gazingly in the mirror.
