Negative experience: Awful place! Do not waste your money. Do not get fooled by the pictures online nor the price just because it's got swimming pool saunas! Wish I could add photos, but you're not allowed to use your phone in the spa and locker areas. The below points are just unacceptable for a place that dares to consider themselves premium. This place should be closed down. Waiting for the council to come check them again. -- always crowded--cannot complete a gym routine due to lack of access to machines or weights. I see many people getting frustrated as well, some of them even leave before they get to do anything -- mouldy showers - i did notoce they paint the ceiling every time they get too noticeable. How on earth is that not a health and safety hazard! -- broken showers - the taps are broken, which makes it very difficult to adjust the water temperature. So you never know if you end up scolded or just showered in ice-cold water -- the ceiling is falling apart - massive holes and brown water stains, especially above the treadmills - water buckets spread across the gym every time it rains ! -- spa and pool area - the chlorine is so strong you end up eye burns, could not spend 5 minutes in there without having my eyes in tears. If you have asthma, DO NOT enter that area un supervised. -- broken lockers - it's always a lottery. Never know if I can find a locker that I can store my stuff safely. Most of the times I can not use my padlock as the locker handle is not closing all the way for me to attach my padlock. -- worn down machines -- some them have their handle grips broken or peeled off - same for weights. -- wet sauna -- it smells, and it's all slimey and crowded most of the time. -- some of the reviews here are simply questionable - wonder how they got them. Apart from reception, there is nothing else worth the money.

Negative experience: When I joined, i was not told if i pay annual fee i could have extra 4 months free membership, so i chose to pay monthly. After i hear from neighbor about the annual payment benefits, i tried to call the reception in Hounlow gold gym. The senior lady on the call has very bad attitude, very rude, impatient and unprofessional. She left me in a situation that i have to continue my monthly payment. Also she hang up my phone without giving me solution. I am very upset about the bad customer service, which stopped the gym from attracting more potential members.

Positive experience: I've been trying to sign up as a member for two months, but the experiences were not pleasant. Since I'm neither a citizen or a resident (only travel in UK for few months), it is extremely difficult to achieve the target, no matter how much I wanted to join the gym. I tried my last attempt - sign up online, but the system broke when I tried to pay. I strongely suggest Gold's gym could make it easy to sign up as a member. I do like the fecilities and the members but I have to go somewhere easier.

Negative experience: This gym completely lets down the brand of “Gold’s” There are some good machines (plate loaded hammer strength) and there is a lot of cardio equipment but the basics like cleaning, repair and member behaviour are poor - things like people re-racking their weights is an issue which makes the gym messy and the staff don’t then correct like they do in most other gyms. The gym is populated with people working out with the worst collective form I have seen, very poor ROM, dropping weights, swinging weights and it shows that the members need more support from the staff to achieve their fitness goals and reduce injury risk. There is a clear issue with member conduct as all around the gym and changing rooms are posters detailing that a particular action (blowing nose in the shower / using hairdryer on body or clothes etc) will result in your membership being cancelled. Sadly, the place is pretty run down and lets down the brand of Gold’s. Also, absolutely CRAZY that they don’t sell Gold’s merchandise at reception given the strength of the brand in the fitness community. I was excited to visit Gold’s but having trained there twice, I wouldn’t go back.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of GoldsGym Hounslow for the last year and a half. I have to say the consistency of this gym and the staff experience is amazing. I come here 6 days a week and I'm at the gym first thing at 6:30am! The staff are full of energy and positivity and the facilities are a lot more cleaner and efficient! There are parking facilities for around 10 cars but if there is no parking, you can park on the road around the area and walk! Great price for the facilities and keep up the great work! Negatives: None.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this Gym since mid April and I have to say, for the price I’m paying the facilities are great, especially the pool and spa facilities are great bonus after workout. I am also very pleased with the professionalism and exceptional customer service provided, especially by Amandeep, who ensures you’re very welcomed on every visit! (and mind you I come almost 6 days a week) so the consistency in ensuring that my gym experience is up to standard and willing to take any comments on improvements are truly appreciated, I have also noticed her consistency with every single customer that walks in. I also commend Raj Kumar and Melvin who are also a pleasant folks who are professional and friendly, making sure to check on you and provide you with workout tips from their experience. Brendan who is also responsible for maintenance always insures the locker rooms and facilities are in the best condition for the users, and he always greets you with a smile. Overall, I am very pleased with the gym.. I only wish it opens later than 8:30pm on weekends. I highly recommend it

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym yesterday and Kaokab was amazing! I was shown around straight away and Kaokab was great in her deliverance of the terms and conditions of the contract, ensuring I understood everything and very clear and concise, great job!

Positive experience: The gym has potential but however the owners don’t want to invest into equipment that is needed. No hack squat machine , no tricep machine , one smith machine , two squat racks. A few examples. Also recently the gym have been taking on too many new customers which makes it busy very very very busy during weekdays between the time 5:30pm to 7:30pm, definitely a health and safety hazard if they’re ever would be a fire. Also when the front desk staff are signing up new members they would never tell them how busy it gets. ( I would usually tell them this if I see them signing up ) I have decided to quit because of these above reason. Staff underpaid and overworked especially the 3 coaches they have. Only have 1 or 2 of them working per shift compared to the ratio of customers using it. This gold gym needs to be audited and maybe a change of ownership needs to be considered.

Negative experience: Good facilities etc but the parking is an absolute fxcking joke. There is a car park which you have to share with an entire hotel with about 10-12 bays and unless you get there at 7am or 9pm, you will never find a spot. Why am I being forced to go gym at these times? And why should I have to constantly get the bus when I have a car just to go to the gym? I’ve been to 10+ gyms in my life and this is by far the worst and most inconvenient one. There are days when I cant even go gym due to the parking, which in turn ruins my workout schedule and entire day. I will be cancelling soon

Negative experience: Love the smell of decay? This gym's rotten ceiling tiles are for you! Constant repair texts are just empty promises. And the random membership cancellations? Pure chaos. No management in sight, but the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, making the best of a bad situation.

Negative experience: Whoever own this gym have no clue what famous Golds gym culture is about. Equipment is really poor, dumbells with low/mid range weights are there with 1-2 units only. Someone have it? sorry get in the que where are 5 more waitning already. Its nice to have 60kg gathering dust there until taht one guy who use it will come again. Did you finally manage to get your dumbells well sorry to see you looking for litteraly no space to do workout except machines or benches ( yeah its occupied ) and if you find the only space for that in front of squat racks someone will tell u to move for their deadlift or hiptrust. Yes u guessing right both are not there either. You can see space in bicycle room where only cleaner is present or local indian guy taking selfie in mirror cuz mirror on the gym area is broken for centuries but sorry no moving equipment to other rooms. Well u give up on dumbell so you jump on the machine what get free. Sure its sweat everywhere cuy noone care about gym etique there and local PT walking just thru to be visible. Lucky you manage to do 1st sets of workout ( yes from taht AC u will get ill later cuz go directly on you and your sweaty body ) call to tthe work for sick days. Ah sorry no signal except close by windows where all girls standing cuy they need signal for social media. Well trying to log wifi but what? 2024 and there is no wifi? cant be tru cuz u see on that cracked mirror paper to follow Instagram but u just simply cant cuz lack of signal and missing wifi. whatever jump on next exercisise. Well machine is broken sorry try something else. I can assure you one machine will be broken there, or leaking ceiling, or cable etc. better give up and do at least some cardio.. yes cardio are is probably only area someone take care of there. Well lets finish go back to changing room. its hard to change there cuz local guys taking selfie in mirror ( cuz cant use on gym floor for lack of space and broken ) so your as* will be on internet. better change at shower so u can jump on jackuzzi which is almost all the time full or to the pool where u cant swim much cuz there are people who dont know how to swim so they are everywhere and one guy already trying swim on the side so no space for second one. Better go to sauna witch is mauldy and was cleaned probably in last milenium. ( doesnt matter you already called sick from that AC ) Ok enough for me just change and go back home. When u changing u can see locals to use fan to make their feets, as** and pp dry so higly recommend you not to use that think. Opening hours are ridicolously short.. if you will arrive 8-9pm u wil probably not let in cuz they are closing. YES saturday 8pm like on country side where allone going sleep at 9pm. 4pm -8pm overcrowded so good luck be there so only option is for you to be there morning or lunch time. Are u a work? who cares? Totally not this gym, all for zou for just 35 per month for next year. Is your friend in the town and wanna do workout with him? no option to bring your buddy or family without 20 paunds. ( yes its almost month membership price ) Wanna buy some lucazede in the vendor machine? out of stock last 2 years i am going there. i think u can see the vibe of gym so choice is yours.

Negative experience: Extremely poor customer service from jasprit . I lost 2 Adidas shorts and 1 tupperware bottle in a span of 1 months and went to complain about it. I was asked to terminate myembership if I am dissatisfied . So much for a voice of customer feedback . Unfortunately there is not even a manager to handle a complaints escalation process I have had better customer service from the house keeping staff Brendan . Negative experience: This gym used to be much better. it's very dirty at the moment. There are too many people and there is no place, especially in the area where you can train with weights. There are insects flying in the women's shower and the walls are mouldy. There is a smell coming from the kitchen in the hotel all the way into the gym.

Positive experience: Small gym but good quality. Staff are friendly and know what they are doing. Would be ideal if they opened at least an hour early on weekdays.

Negative experience: Disgusting and stinky people as well as poor management in Hounslow. Most members stink like homelessness people whose never had a shower nor know what a deodorant is (not surprised considering we're talking about Hounslow area...). An asian old man peed in the steam room during my last session. I've also been threatened by a nigerian guy in the changing room who said he'd crush my head in the wall just because I popped in wet in the changing room after a steam session. No action was taken by the manager called "Russan" who took ages to reply to my email claiming he was "fasting" during "ramadan" (how professional isn't?...). Just waiting for my 12 months contract to finish to get out of that horrible, dirty and disgusting environment.

Negative experience: I used to really like this gym, but it’s unprofessional and they stuck me with a parking fine when i didnt even park my car, when i spoke to other members the owners gets commission from parking company, beaware, gym is overpacked and dirty

Negative experience: Great staff, appealing environment, cleanliness 10/10 however poor equipment maintenance most of the gym equipment is out of order half the time and takes weeks to be fixed. For instance thier pull up assistance machine is broken since last 3 MONTH'S have reported it several times to Gym Staff but nothing has been done yet. It's best to Join The GYM group than to compromise with such poor conditions

Negative experience: Great staff! Great gym floor.. the gym standard is more for beginners/intermediates..! I mean people wear the lifting belt for everything when it’s meant to be just for deadlifts and squats hahahaha! BUT WHAT FRUSTRATES ME IS THAT STUFF TAKES AGES to FIX & most of the reception STAFF ARE VERY AWKWARD! They TRY NOT TO TALK OR MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME!! or aren’t able to do so…..

Fantastic experience: Spacious work out area, adequate equipment lovely facilities, clean place and very attentive staff management. I really enjoy The Gym, I love the open space and the easy access to most equipment. The staff are especially lovely and friendly, always willing to help. Lawrence has been a great support and a welcoming smile every time I come. His warm and friendly demeanour immediately sets a welcoming tone at the gym. He goes out of his way to make members feel valued and supported. Whether it's answering questions, providing guidance on workout routines, or simply offering a friendly smile, His consistently contributes to creating a positive and inclusive environment. Alcina always to keep the place clean and hygienic which is at most appreciated.

This gym is valuable for the money. The facilities of the gymnasium are superb. The sauna steam spa and swimming pool area were very clean and tidy. The workout for weight lifting and running machines area is very clean & always kept tidy and great facilities. It is valuable for money. Fantastic experience: Very good facilities as well as variety of gym equipment. there is a sauna, jacuzzi and pool along with locker rooms. Offer yoga classes along with other classes if u need to take a break from gym. Lawrence signed me up and showed me around the place and explained the membership as well as benefits compared to other gyms

Please be careful about the car park, in the gym, the issue the ticket to the customer,PCN, the gym people are not helping to customer, It scam, how come parking eye, doing the service for Golden gym and the Golden gym they're not taking any responsibility very very disrespect I am sorry for some people they received the parking tickets from parking eye, please everybody do not pay and don't listen to HR I am never ever going to this gym and I recommend people do not go

Positive experience: Recommend joining this gym. The girls at the reception are very friendly and also Lawrence is a very helpful guy at the reception. Not to forget Melwyn, the coach is great with equipments and always ready to help. One star less because the parking facility for the members is the worst!

Fantastic experience: Been a member for long. Cleanest and very affordable gym in West London. Swimming pool, spa facilities and classes included in the gym membership. Parking available as well. Staff are very helpful and polite especially Mr. Lawrence and Miss Sayeda. The massage place and restaurant in the same building makes it cherry on top of the ice cream. Thanks.

Positive experience: Good gym facility with good folks at the reception including Lawrence, Kaokab and Melwyn. It gets extremely busy at most times though! This is down to a massive gym nearby closing down.

Negative experience: The gym lacks Wi-Fi service, and when inquired about it, the manager provided unsatisfactory explanations. Additionally, the facility attracts homeless individuals who use it for personal grooming activities. There are issues with malfunctioning machines, leading to occasional wait times. Overall, it is not an ideal choice for leisure activities.

Fantastic experience: Great value for money, well stocked gym with separate steam and sauna for men and women. Staff are always available for any questions, especially Kaokab Akbar who is always welcoming and helpful.

Negative experience: My Honest Experience: I was initially very impressed with this gym; however, you quickly realise why it is rated so low. When I first visited, I specifically told the managers I did not intend to sign up that day. However, they sat down with a pen and paper and exerted a bit of pressure on me to join. The membership fee is relatively inexpensive, as it includes access to the spa facilities and the swimming pool. However, this becomes somewhat futile when, for most of my time here, there have always been issues with either the hot tub, the sauna, or the steam room. At least once a week, one of these facilities was closed, either early or for the entire day, due to faults and maintenance issues. Moving on to the actual weight area, it is increasingly frustrating. At 6:30 in the morning, you have to spend at least 5 to 10 minutes per machine removing all the weights left by members from the night before. Even in the middle of their workout, members will just leave their dumbbells there. The actual coaches in the gym wander around aimlessly in an attempt to maintain some kind of order. However, people simply don’t care. The coaches do nothing about these weights and instead just give you a really odd look as you are mid-workout. The fact that there are only two squat racks means that at 6:30, when the gym first opens, you either have to be very lucky, or you will miss your chance to use a squat rack. The gym is also incredibly cramped. The machines are a bit too close together, and when you are re-racking and unracking the plates off of the squat rack, you often bump into the wall. Another particularly annoying issue at the gym is the water fountain; there is only one, and it is almost always broken, faulty, or incredibly slow. There seems to be no effort to fix this. Also, the music in the gym is always too loud. Everyone will be enjoying their time in the gym when suddenly the music volume increases rapidly. You try complaining to the coaches about this, but they only turn it down for a few minutes before turning it right back up, which is very irritating and quite pointless. My biggest issue throughout my time at this gym was undoubtedly the frequent problems with the hot water. The toilets were often out of order, as were the hand dryer and the swimming shorts dryers. The gym membership team, unfortunately, do not seem to care.

Fantastic experience: It is always a wonderful experience coming to the golds gym. I don’t think any other gym would be so great providing such facilities and it’s a pleasurable experience for me always . All the staff are friendly and caring specially Mrs Kaokab who always welcomes me with great gesture. Thank you it’s a pleasure be a member of golds gym

Negative experience: I am in London on a stopover and wanted to get a quick workout in today. For some reason, this location doesn't have a drop-in fee??? I've been to Gold's gyms around the world, and this was the first location that turned me away. Why do you guys hate money? lol.

Negative experience: This Gym sucks! Avoid at all cost! No respect for the customer. Classes often get cancelled and no one bothers letting customers know. It happened to me several times! They have the facilities to inform customers ( text message) but can't be bothered even if you have booked for the class in the system.Such a shame as the facilities are very well kept, swimming pool is nice, jacuzzi not so much, nice options of dry and wet saunas. I joined, left, rejoined a number of times hoping that things have improved but no, same old same. Some receptionists wont bother saying hello. Some really good instructors too but the gym won't bother setting cover instructor if the usual one goes on holiday or is ill.

Fantastic experience: One of the best things about moving to Hounslow has been gold gym everyone is friendly motivational and helpful Kaokab have been so friendly helpful & informative I’m very grateful to have been welcomed by such a great gym & the staff the cleaners & the trainers are absolutely amazing 10/10 Would recommend this gym to anyone that wants to get fit relax recharge in a great atmosphere

Negative experience: I have joined the gym few weeks back and signed a 12 months contract I wish I hadn’t done that as the manager wants me to cancel my membership and will not pay any money back as they have charged me upfront for all my money.the gym itself is dirty especially the steam room for ladies and gentlemen.the manager his name is hussan was very rude with my husband.we don’t know what to do as regards to getting our money back.don’t sign a 12 months membership as you can find yourself out of pocket as they are very keen to cancel your membership

Negative experience: Hi I joined gold gym Hounslow on the 18/10/23 and paid them 16 months money for me and my wife on the 30/10/23 me and my wife went to the gym after having shower I started using the hair dryer to dry my hair and under arm pits.the manager came his name is mehdi hussan telling me that I can’t use the hair dryer under my arm pits I told him that my doctor said to me to keep ur arm pits dry as it causes rash I explained that to him but he refused to listen and threatened to cancel my membership and my wife’s and over £800.00 which I paid only 12 days back would not be refunded.it was such a hatch experience for me and my as it was simply using the hairdryer.I would ask anyone who is thinking of joining gold gym please be careful as you can lose all ur money after just a few days of joining.I have complaint to their head office and waiting for there response

Fantastic experience: I'm a contract worker so I travel around the UK and have been to many different gyms. I can honestly say that this gym is one of the top . The cleanliness of the changing areas, pool, spa is second to none and all the equipment is top notch. The manager was excellent in showing me the facilities and getting me set up quickly. Excellent service

Fantastic experience: I have just recently joined Goldgym and at the first 6 attempts I stopped but then I personally went to the gym and was very impressed with the welcome of the staff. I signed up with a PT and he was great. Melwyn pereira was patient yet at the same time very supportive and he pushed me to the extent that I felt comfortable. Fantastic work keep it up.The only problem is there’s no swimming lessons for women and the pool is abit small.

The best thing is there are lots of classes every day for increasing strength , spinning, zumba etc which is really good. The guy that showed me didn't want to do it and even didn't show the whole place, but what I saw, I wasn't impressed, tiny free weight area and three floors of stairs for the cardio area... plus you are hooked to a 12 months contract! I was expecting a bit more, which is a shame as I was looking forward to joining the club, but Hounslow Gold Gym didn't meet the hoped-for standards.

Negative experience: As I am professional athlete gold gym ban my member ship for a reason of jealously by Manager Mehdi Hasan and their trainer Harman that people asking me about my gym training and which workouts I do some of them ask my help while their training as I approach their HR as well they told me its forward it to manager and when I ask manager they told me that its a family business nothing in my hands leave it for 3 months as because of them I gone through less training and more stress which resulted me that I have got 2nd position in my competition instead of 1 for gold

Negative experience: Worst gym i have ever been to. There jacuzzi doesn’t work, there machines don’t work properly, but if you are 2 minutes late they don’t let you in

Fantastic experience: A great gym which is located near to where I live I am so lucky to have this amazing place on my doorstep!! The customer service is excellent and helpful. The gym facilities are perfect for my work out needs and the classes are great and fun to attend.

Fantastic experience: This gym is by far the best gym I have ever been to,They provide and facilitate many different activities which makes it even worth by the price you paid for membership. Overall good it’s good gym and the people who works are very nice. I do recommend this gym.

Positive experience: Decent sized gym. Could have got a better cardio flooring and a bit more of cross-fit equipments in the amount of space they have. Spa and sauna are nice but i wonder if they clean in between the whole day. Specially the steam room . All and all great value for money.

Positive experience: I have been in this gym for three years and it has got very professionals zumba training staff with Ewa and Simona . For me is the best gym .I love it .The staff training ,manager recepcion stall and cleaning are very kind and the gym instalation is good. I has been many gyms in my live but gold's gym Hounslow is one on the top in my list .Furthermore has got swimming pool jacuzzi and saunas ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I'm really happy to join Gold Gim. It's a beautiful gim with all the machines that you need to transform your body and your life. There are also kind and smile people to welcome you and to give you the proper induction about machines and vest options to reach your goals. Mehdi is a kind professional manager who gives me information about all classes that they offer, such as yoga, pilates, and body conditioning. He also introduced to me a personal trainer, Anees, specialist, and kind trainer, who explained to me how to work with the machines and what I can do to start my training. Fantastic experience: After 8 years of my previous gym was looking to change. I went to Gold gym just to have a look, was seen by Lawrence D’souza who was very friendly gave us a thorough tour of the Gym.

Positive experience: Decent size Gym but limited space for heavy weights. Huge areas for Cardio and good number of Treadmills and sky cycles. Only flip side is all facilities close by 10 pm, last entry 9 pm on weekdays & 8 pm on weekends. Jacuzzi is unisex and good for 10-12 people Steam & Sauna also good for same number of people. Good size swimming pool. Limited parking and max 2 hrs. Walking distance from Hounslow Central Tube station on Piccadilly.

Negative experience: Based on my recent experience, I would give 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give a star. When I went to register my vehicle the tablets were down. I was then advised to write my car reg on a piece of paper which I assumed would be registered later on the system to avoid a parking charge. After a few days, surprise! I get a letter from Parking Eye. I went back to this gym with an open mind and I was hoping to discuss the PCN. I told the receptionist the issue and she was lovely. I asked to see if I could speak to the Manager, I was then told that “we were told if its anything to do with the parking, parking space, PCN’s, we shouldn’t get the Manager for this matter” she was very apologetic. I’m not fussed about paying the PCN but I just wanted to speak to the person in charge and that person chose to hide. Coming from a fellow Manager that is not how you deal with customers. I wasn’t going to scream at you. I wanted to have an adult and calm conversation. I felt sorry for the young lady because she looked like she was briefed over and over again to say what she said. I told her its okay and she shouldn’t apologise. As a Manager you manage your people and your people should know they can come to you anytime if there is a customer wanting to speak with you.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member in the past and now have rejoined. I am very happy with the facilities and equipment. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are all included in a very reasonable membership fee. There has been a refurbish recently from what I have read online, and the equipment all looks new and well maintained.

Negative experience: The STAff at the front desk are incredibly rude and have zero customer service. It Looks dirty aswell as you enter the building for the gym. The Standards are so low in comparison to the Harrow golds gym. I Wouldn’t recommend it here. I’m Not sure when Hounslow became a ghetto, as i havent been here in ten years but the change is drastic. It looks awful in comparison.

Negative experience: Try to avoid if possible, specially if you are trying to avail the pool and jacuzzi facilities. The pool waters are too cold for comfort most of the days and the jacuzzi is also just about warm! If you complain at the front desk, they behave as if this is the first time they heard this. I have been availing this pool for the last 6 months or so, and almost 60% of the occasions the temperature is too cold for comfort

Positive experience: Great gym with a good freeweight section, with plenty of machines and a separate cardio area. Could be more spacious and missing some equipment, and the decor is outdated, but generally good. Also has a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Would recommend.

Two months ago, I met Alejandro, the personal trainer at Gold's Gym Hounslow. He gave me a reality check of my body fat percentage and weight ratio. He likewise advised what foods to cut from my diet and provided a diet plan. He helped change my lifestyle to a healthier one, and he has become a mentor and a friend and helped me boost my self-confidence. Alejandro went above and beyond to ensure I was reaching my goals, guiding me through my diet and pushing me through my workouts. Not only did I leave with an overall good experience and excellent results, but Alejandro taught me important overall health lessons that I will continue to practice on my own. Alejandro is very knowledgeable. He evaluates your strengths and weaknesses to make you better and stronger. Additionally, he pushes and motivates you beyond your limit to help you achieve your fitness goals. I highly recommend him as a trainer at Golds Gym Hounslow!

Negative experience: Lawrence gave me a tour of the gym, before even giving me the tour he was trying to sign me up for a membership without asking me any questions. Felt like he was just trying to close a sale. When requesting for a tour, the tour itself was very rushed and I think we completed it in 5-10 minutes. Lift was out of order, had to take the stairs not a big issue but some elderly might struggle. The spa looked nice the gym itself looks tiny and I spotted one bench so peak hour it might be a wait. Another big issue was the car park, it’s usually full they claim they have another location for parking but that can get filled easily also. £30 per month sounds like a steal but once you visit the gym you understand why it’s that price. Receptionist lady was nice.

Negative experience: Very poor service and poor management, the gym is practically falling apart, they take forever to fix faulty equipment. On average it takes the gym minimum of 3 months to fix a broken machine. They tie you down in a contract for 1 year and do not allow you to leave. It’s so bad that even the personal trainers decide not to stay long.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym with great facilities. You won't find better for the price. Equipment is super high quality with the latest tech, stuff you won't see any where else and it's readily available throughout the day, rarely ever busy. The swimming pool and spa are also good. The receptionists are very welcoming and helpful, they also wear suits which is a nice touch. All-round great gym, you can't go wrong.
