Fantastic experience: We are only here for swimming lessons so I can only base a review on that aspect. Staff are nice and friendly, pool clean and so were changing rooms, not massive area to get sorted in but perfect for doing what we are here for. Loads of car parking available and we'll setup for covid restrictions too.

Negative experience: so poor, tiny gym with hardly no equipment, pool not great either busy and small and charge way over the odds, useless company as could be so much better. would avoid this pool and gym and go to the uni or peak instead or gleneagles even.

Negative experience: I went to the Living Well today to have a swim and I found the girl at reception extremely rude. There was no one in the pool and I got there at 11 minutes past 3 and the slot was booked for 15 minutes past. She very abruptly asked us to wait outside. Can I just say that the staff are normally lovely but I was totally taken back. I thought we were all meant to try and be kind to each other. It's doesn't take much to be civil.

Negative experience: Used to be nice but is totally grotty now. tiles are yuck. Not clean. Not well maintained. For example the swim suit dryer/spinner in the womens was broken and not replaced for months. There used to be water machines in the pool area etc. Staff used to be lovely but now theres a few jobsworths. won't go back because its too dirty.

Negative experience: Sadly its a place that needs renovation. Its horrible to walk in your bare feet on the tiles from swimming pool to changing room. No toilet roll or body soap several times ive visited. Im a member and feel like paying a lot more elsewhere for the luxury this lacks badly.
