Positive experience: Nice and friendly but there always seem to be at least a couple of machines out of order in the gym

Negative experience: Any ex comp swimmer trying to train in lane swimming times just give up. Flags aren't put out so you can't even do backstroke. Timing clock, only one and the other poor excuses for clocks are useless. Deep end of pool not easy to stop either as no easy grips. Such a shame for a new place to be already on the back foot. Flags should be out as part of healthy and safety in my opinion. Decided to try avoid training there as I like to swim all swimming strokes! Search for a swimming pool to train properly continues.

Fantastic experience: A great place to workout and swim. Close to the town centre. Close to parking. Staff are very friendly. Plenty of classes to attend.

Positive experience: The pool is fun. Good staff too and nice food.

Fantastic experience: Great little sports centre, gym, dance room and a sports hall that can cater for badminton, 5 a side, karate and a host of other sports.

Positive experience: I like a McDonalds breakfast should do it all day

Negative experience: My 6th visit to Denton branch after joining full membership. The Spa/sauna area is a disgrace. I have complained to the manager about the stink of urine in this area which is not cleaned often enough. Chating to 4 freinds today the situation is the same. This is a big let down to this otherwise fine establishment. Theres a constant knocking on the door poolside to the sauna by people who don't pay for this. They knock until someone let's them in.. These things need seriously addressing or they'll be a least 6 members not rejoining that I know of.

Negative experience: Gym and swimming area nice, finger print entry never works which is so annoying have to go up and down constantly changing your print for it to not work. Going back to Pure Gym! Julie in the kitchen also extremely rude! Would not recommend for gym or bowling.

Negative experience: Absolutely sick of sending emails and leaving voicemails for nobody ever to get back to me. 100% waste of time trying to contact anyone. When I raise the lack of communication, all I get is... it’s an issue we’re aware of. Well you’ve been aware of this situation for years now, yes YEARS! Do something about it! Frustrated
