Positive experience: Good pool. Great Service always met with a smile

Positive experience: Tired and needs a revamp. The changing rooms were not as clean as they should be

Negative experience: Absolutely vile place, i came here with my daughter for a swim but as soon as i looked at the changing rooms i felt i was going to be sick.After a 10 minute swim, my daughter and myself left riddled with verucas from the pool floor. Not to mention that the staff were unbelievably rude and unwelcoming!Definitely wouldn't go back even if you paid me!!

Negative experience: With pool area everything is good, but customer service not good at all, I had flexible membership because I am pregnant so I told from the begining that I want to have membership till June because my due date 06-06 and if I can cancel any tine, and person who worked in reception told that yes it is not a problem at all. So few days before June I called to ask can I cancel my membership, person who worked there todl yes just for you need to come to spa area and we can cancel for you or you can write email, so I wrote email but I didn’t get answer so next day I went to Spa and cancelled. But after few days when I checked my bank account I find out that they took money for my membership for June. When I tried to contact manager she told that yes we took money because for you need to cancel one month before.. and you not will get your money back. So it looks like quite important information and no one ever mentioned for me even when I told that I will go till June.. very sad to pay money when I can’t go now..

Negative experience: From the sound of it, walking by in the park, it's quite noisy. I preferred the sound of birds thanks.

Positive experience: I like it but it needs a refit, staff are excellent

Negative experience: Still requires a great deal of TLC, great shame, old furnishings, poor facilities and all at £39/£43 per month, I think not.

Positive experience: Great place for a sauna, use the steam room, pool and the gym, very friendly staff.

Positive experience: Great staff, nice small adequate centre I visit regularly when up from London caring for elderly mum. Hannah the manager is always welcome to feedback and the staff are an amazing friendly team always on hand to help if needed. It's my little refresher sanctuary when caring gets wearing! Keep up the great attitude guys.

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely spa there with friends Karen on reception was absolutely amazing and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. I shall definitely be going back

Negative experience: No stars from me, absolutely disgusting and by far the worst place I have ever stepped foot in, in the world not just Leeds!!! The place wants condemning, on the front of it it all looks lovely and there website is very well worded but oh my days what a lie. The changing rooms are literally rotten and rotting, the walls and floor are full of mould and who knows what, the steam room stinks and the sauna is the same, how and why anyone would pay a membership here is beyond me! I came here for a nice afternoon gym session and relaxing spa but have left feel dirty and going home to bath myself in Dettol because this place is that dirty. How the owners dare to let people in here just shows the kind of people they must be, dirty rotten money grabbers, yes it was only £9 but no, you couldn't pay me to come here! The worst experience ever, I had a great workout, wasn't happy with the changing room but thought I'd give it a go and totally regret my decision to come here. Absolutely grubby horrible dirty place and to say it's location is truly shocking, I was going to come here the weekend with my partner and glad I came to check it out first as this place would of ruined our day! NOT A FEEL GOOD HEALTH CLUB AT ALL!!!!!

Positive experience: Relatively small but very friendly club with adequate facilities.

Positive experience: Staff super friendly. Location superb. So calm and tranquil and It's wonderful to sit outside. Some of ladies showers need updating that's all.

Positive experience: Took our 2 small children here for the first time. They really enjoyed it and it’s a good place to give them confidence with water. It was nice and quiet and we will be coming back here again. Could do with a slight refurb but the staff were lovely and the price was ok for the chance to have as long as you want.

Positive experience: We enjoy it as a family. In need of some TLC and money spending on it, but aren't we all.

Negative experience: Out of date. Falling Apart. Shabby. Grotty. Rotten ceiling (which hasn't been fixed in years) with buckets catching rain whenever it rains. Unclean changing rooms & showers covered in dust and hairs. Family room without shower facilities. Not accessible for mothers with babies in prams. Unsympathetic staff. The list goes on. This is lot worse than any of the lovely new council leisure centres.

Negative experience: The receptionist Karen was very rude when we were playing and splashing and kicked us out without any warning or consideration. We were being respectful and trying to explain ourself and she had no thought of being respectful and shouted at us to get out. The members were telling us to shut up and were very rude. She came into the changing rooms when me and my friend were naked drying off to get our towels off us and have no privacy which was a shock of customer service. Don't go here if you want to have fun.

Negative experience: Awful customer service, my friend got assaulted by one of the receptionist (Karen) when she grabbed him to get a towel of him after the fire alarm. We were playing in the water when this woman shouted at us to stop splashing which I can understand but she was being very rude when Karen the receptionist came out and kicked us out without asking what happened. She said it’s because it’s her pool and her rules and refused to give a reason. Waste of time in the small pool with piles of sand in the bottom of the pool and cameras in the female changing rooms but not in the mens.

Fantastic experience: Great place to relax . There is sauna , steam room and jacuzzy . Jacuzzy is added to the pool so you won’t be able to enjoy hot tubes but there is bubbles enough strong for relaxed back massage.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, the health club needs to move itself into the present as many aspects of the club are dated. The flooring is peeling off in some parts of the club, the decor looks like it hasn't been changed in thirty years. There is a small gym here but when any equipment breaks down, it takes a long time to be replaced. The showers are not nice (some of them don't even work!) but the saving grace is the steam room, the sauna and the friendly staff

Fantastic experience: Top notch place

Negative experience: Be careful when joining this health group, they use an unscrupulous finance company DFC to collect their money for them. During lockdown we cancelled our subscriptions until the gym opened again and notified them via email. We did not receive any notification that the subscription should resume or that the gym had opened. Nearly a year later we received payment demands from the gym finance company and never received a response substantially the demand for none payment went from £48 to £1780 if we didn't pay! It took a recorded delivery letter to the GM and finance company to stop the threatening emails. I have to take my hat off though because if it hadn't have been for the new gym Manager Keiran at the Willerby branch because he was extremely helpful. He helped us through the minefield of cancelling the debt due to mind and my husbands disablities and we got rid of a very stressful issue! I would not advocate joining a lengthy gym membership, ours was 36months (Don’t do it). It is far too long and it's about time customers had the right to cancel gym membership at anytime without looking through the small print to find their rights to cancel. We used citizens advice bureau to help us sort this matter out. We have never been in debt and I am a retired police detective. Goodness knows how someone would have dealt with this issue if they didn't have an investigative background.... Nightmare! But thank you Keiran

Positive experience: Excellent small club...great warm swimming pool....well it has been a very warm pool but last week it was too cold for the grandkids..they didn't like it

Fantastic experience: Great to visit here again now it has reopened. Covid secure gym area, one way systems in place etc. Booking system for members is a breeze to use!
