Fantastic experience: Virgin Active Notting Hill is a tale of two halves. Sure, it’s expensive compared to nearby gyms, and often something needs fixing. But, and it’s a hefty decider, certain team members offer such brilliant, genuine service- that it’s hard to surpass. Garth used initiative and understanding when joining issues arose. His warmth and humour made a tricky situation, a breeze. Trainers like Terry, John, Pete, and Claude are rockstars. Their collective technical ability and understanding of body science, elevate training to another level. Their generosity of spirit always makes you feel welcome. Virgin Active; take note. As a company, you fall short in areas; but team members like these, keep you in the game. Do look after them. It’s the people experience that keeps me coming back.

Negative experience: Extremely busy and now they got people above the gym’s capacity. Impossible to do a proper workout on Monday to Thursday after 5pm. Apart from this equipments are quite limited which becomes more problematic once it us busy. Highly not recommended

Negative experience: Horrendously filthy gym. Joined last year March on a contract - all was fine. Virgin has recently been bough out by an Italian group who are blatantly cutting corners. Suffice to say, standards have dropped drastically. Freezing studios, staff freezing at reception in December due to heating being turned off, feces in showers, tampons on shower floors & soap trays, hair everywhere, steam room always broken, sauna stinks, new one towel policy, classes always cancelled, all good teachers left as paid very little. This is a definite NO GO! At £100 a month I’d prefer to get out of my contract & will be doing everything possible to do so.

Negative experience: The main reason I joined was because you have access to a sauna and steam room within the segregated changing rooms which helped to ease the pain of the membership price!! The gym floor was refurbished last year and new equipment was installed which is great HOWEVER I am fed up of complaining on the app about the cleanliness - since you changed company owners and the cleaners are no subcontracted it is ridiculous that there are a number of times no one is there to clean and you can only imagine the state of the place. Also the suna and steam is are on or off! The staff have to keep coming up to turn them back on they need refurbishing all together which is a better long term solution. The staff on site are great and there is only so much change they can do- head office really need to pick these complaint up and do something about it!

Negative experience: The club is fast at deducting money from the accounts but completely knows nothing about cleaning and heating saunas service. Only when Daria (cleaning lady) works her shift, everything works fine but the rest of the week it stinks in female bathrooms, hair is everywhere and the saunas don’t work! Customers have to ask for cleaners to clean and managers to take action!

Negative experience: This gym has deteriorated since I joined 5 years ago. Unhygienic, smells of damp, pool and jacuzzi are crowded. Class offerings are no longer any good - either fully booked or get cancelled. Moreover, they have taken £500 from my card unauthorised after I cancelled my membership in May and nobody responds to emails or answers the phone.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money. I joined this club in March. Main reason - they offer Reformer Pilates. I was happy in the beginning however for the past three or two months it’s been downgrade. Most of the reformer classes get canceled. Good teachers leave the club. There is no one to teach classes.. Moreover the club itself is filthy! Showers full of hair or other things… lockers always dirty inside. Toilets unpleasant to use. Steam room never works, recently even sauna stopped working. It’s very unpleasant to visit the changing room.. I have complained multiple times on the app. I contacted customer service by phone. I spoken to the staff in the reception. Gareth was rude and petty. Charlotte doesn’t take my complain very seriously.. I sent multiple emails. Been ignored for the past two months. Its a complete joke. I really don’t see the value for what I pay monthly for my membership.

Positive experience: Not as good as it used to be. Recently rejoined and there is no variety when it comes to classes just a various pilates and yoga classes. I miss the other classes zumba, body pump etc. I probably will move gym once my contract ends.

Negative experience: Regrettably, this gym has significantly declined from its former quality. The classes have undergone various changes, and for those of us who truly cherish group workouts, it's no longer an ideal environment. The pricing feels excessive considering the current offerings. It's disheartening because the gym's location is incredibly convenient for me, but I find myself needing to seek out another fitness facility that meets my needs better.

Negative experience: On a steady decline since I joined several years ago. Membership fee has continually increased whilst the club itself has degraded into a decrepit youth club. Where to start really, during the evening the gym floor is rampant with members, don't bother planning a workout as you'll have to improvise as the desired machines likely being in constant use. Too many youths that appear to be connected with the staff turning up in packs of 3+ hogging the equipment. The kicker is the filthy sauna & steam rooms, the place your supposed to go to unwind after a workout. Due to the youth circus clowns coming in at 8pm onwards that know only how to communicate via shouting this isn't happening. Regardless the facilities never work properly anyhow, steam room is never at temperatures high enough to deem itself being a steam room, its akin to being in a small bathroom taking a medium-hot shower with the windows closed. People are tampering with controls and the maintenance crew do not have a care in the world about their job. I wonder how often the rooms are maintained or properly cleaned other then the daily 2 minute bleach and spray down, both rooms always stink of BO and the sauna room is a complete state under the wooden benches is a bacteria fest.

Positive experience: The premises are tidy, well-maintained, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. However, some classes held in the main hall can be quite disruptive. A few trainers, particularly during early morning and post-work hours, tend to be very loud annd inconsiderate - especially with their wild music choices. This can detract from the peaceful headspace many members seek during these hours. I would suggest moderating the volume and perhaps the music style for these sessions to create a more balanced environment for everyone.

Negative experience: The classes, teachers and gym facilities are nice but the showers are always dirty and stinky. But this is not the worst part, of the club. The worst thing that I have never seen in any other gym in my life is the disrespect that the club has with the people that don’t like loud music and just want to workout in peace. Every single day they have this strength and conditioning class, which takes place in the main gym room, and the teachers put very loud and disco music that hurts my ears and my brain. I stopped myself from doing my workout because of that. And when I tried to complain with them, they said that I should ask the teacher to lower down the volume of the music, which I did, and he did but the other day it was the same. Shame on you Notting Hill virgin active managers for being so silent and disrespectful with the people that want to workout but don’t want to be hurt by loud musics and noises from this ridiculous class!

Fantastic experience: I love it here. Since giving birth, this place has been a saviour for me. I can come almost every day for Pilates or Yoga class and leave my baby at the Crèche Club while I’m working out. Other days we just come and go to the swimming pool with the baby. He loves water and all stuff/ people love him. The sauna , steam room is also a great way to relax and breath. It’s a bit too small but it’s still nice.

Negative experience: Used to be good with enough classes, no need to wait for machines despite the rush hour. Within Notting Hill hood. Shower and locker room kept in a good condition. BUT Since they’ve lowered their tier and got more members, everything went down hill. Really sad but oh well, just gotta move to a better gym that suits my needs. The staffs here are very friendly and good tho!

Positive experience: Lovely and helpful staff. Great facilities. My only gripe is they do cancel the reformer Pilates quite often when they can’t find cover. Also can we please have earlier opening times, always in a rush to get my workout in as I have to get to work. A Kauwai would also be welcome!

Negative experience: Still going downhill - Mgmt, here's an idea........ maybe go incognito into the sauna/steam and you might get some insight into what people really think. * They sneakily reduce multi-club access. * Sauna / Spa in disrepair and smell (granted some caused by members - VA staff need to monitor and do something about it. * HIT classes on the gym floor need to be moved off it. I was told to get off the assault bike because a class was about to start. * Gym floor non weight area is meant for customers who want to stretch and personal trainers.

Negative experience: Make sure to read your terms and conditions before signing up with Virgin. Unclear staff with contradicting information leaving you with vague bills to pick up at the end according to the “terms and conditions.” Management were very unhelpful and picked up 0 responsibility around their lack of comms. Find a different gym if you can. Gym floor is clean but changing rooms can be unhygienic with the steam rooms regularly breaking down and out of order.

Negative experience: Stay away! Appalling and misleading customer service, rude staff and overpriced facilities. The most stressful and disappointing experience I ever had. After cancelling the direct debit and then the subscription following an unexpected permanent moving abroad of my partner, they have send a debt collector to our door asking for £500 cancellation fees and £50 for the DC pay! We were never contacted due to reception’s fault- making a typo on both the email and the number we gave them and instead of them sending a letter to our address they send a debt collector after 1 month! When I tried to resolve the issue reception’s response was that I could only speak to the manager that was never there. I emailed Lexx (one of the managers) multiple times about the incident without receiving any response. I then emailed Garth (gym manager) who reassured me everything will be resolved if I pay there and then which I did(robbery since proof of permanent change of address and country was provided and confirmed by head office) and we kept receiving debt letters and calls! I had to visit in person more than 20 times amd I work full time so I had to rush from work to male sure they would still be there, to only be told “write everything on an email” and I did and I never received a reply. So not only did I pay in full the cancellation fees left with no option and feeling blackmailed by the company but I kept receiving letters stating I owe more! I had to get Head office involved and wait on the line on hold for hours to get the debt collectors to be called off. Which did not happen! I eventually had to reach out to the debt collectors company myself to actually provide proof of receipt of payment to stop them! This is the worst situation I have ever dealt with as a customer, I had so many subscriptions for years and never had such a disappointing experience. Corporate culture, complete abscess of management and common sense, no people skills, no customer service, no communication between reception managers and head office. Avoid at any cost! Last not least, the gym manager has left a google review on their attempt to mislead and increase popularity. The reviews should be kept fair and transparent.

Negative experience: I have been a loyal member of this gym for over 10 years and had frozen my membership during the holiday period like I've done many times in the past. Upon returning from holiday, I visited the Notting Hill club this morning expecting to resume my workout, as I have done previously during freeze periods. To my astonishment, I was denied entry by the manager on duty. Despite presenting the relevant information from their website, which clearly states that members can return to their home club during a freeze period, the manager was inflexible and refused to grant me access. This incident has caused significant inconvenience and stress, as I had made childcare arrangements specifically to attend the gym, but this is just the latest in a series of issues I've faced with Virgin. Earlier this year, I was misled into renewing my membership with the promise of a £100 credit to spend on creche passes. However, after the renewal and upon trying to use the benefit, I was told at the gym that I can't use the credit because my child is over 3, despite this NOT being advertised during the renewal process. I could also go on about how their changing rooms are constantly dirty and unusable, but that's just a detail close to these other facts. I strongly advise against joining this gym. Their customer service is appalling and their marketing is misleading. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and would never recommend this gym to anyone, but unfortunately I'm stuck on another year long contract.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and spa I was recommended Virgin Active by my friend and I don’t regret it at all! Signed up through my work’s corporate discount with Zef. He was very welcoming and we had a great conversation whilst setting up my app, account and membership. All the staff here are very helpful and very friendly. When you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and the first thing you’ll see is the towels ready for you to take to your locker. The swimming pool is massive, the gym is very spacious with lots of new equipment, the sauna is very well structured and the steam room is very useful. The only downside for me is the hot tub is not hot and many people voice this same opinion. You’ll enjoy this club for sure, and it’s worth every penny. Thank you Virgin Active team, thank you Zef

Negative experience: Was quite happy with the gym when I joined last winter. It’s been going downhill since. Showers need to be cleaned better and renovated. They already close early enough and then decided to close the gym a further 15 mins earlier everyday without any formal notice. The main reason I will be cancelling my membership once the contract is over is due to the A/C. It has been broken/not functioning properly on and off constantly over the last 3 months. Absolutely unacceptable to have a gym with a low ceiling with next to no AC. 3 months should be more than adequate to fix if it was faulty. Will not be renewing my membership. Update: received a call saying the AC has been fixed and it was. A month later it is no longer functioning properly. Extremely dissatisfied Update 28/11: AC not functioning properly again even though it’s 5 degrees outside. Worst virgin active evrr

Negative experience: I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with the gym, which has ultimately resulted in my leaving after many years. I was diagnosed with an acute medical condition that prevented me from attending the gym, but was told that because I called 24 hours after the cut-off I would still be charged the £400 for the follow month’s membership and PT (despite producing evidence from my doctor). No consideration was given for the fact that I was ill when I requested if I could be credited the amount when I returned, nor did the gym’s manager respond to any of my e-mails or calls. I also repeatedly went into the front desk, who advised I could only speak to the manager, who was never there. I subsequently froze my membership and decided in that period to cancel because of how poorly they “managed” (ignored and made impossible to resolve) the situation. I was then advised that if I chose to cancel, they would charge me for yet another month and I wouldn’t be able to have my account frozen in the cancellation. I have cancelled my direct debit and have been told the additional fees are still owed, in spite of not having attending the gym in months due to illness. I would strongly caution against joining this gym.

Positive experience: Nice gym, good classes and new machines. Only downside is cleanliness and hygiene. The male showers have some black mold on the ceiling and the sauna is quite smelly. The whole building is a bit tired and could do with a bit of TLC.

Negative experience: OK gym BUT AWFUL MUSIC!!! As with all Virgin Active Gyms, from 1st April they now will only play "mind numbing" (The Telegraph) royalty free music. this means that all classes, Spin - types, Body-Pump etc, and gym floor, all have this terrible elevator music as they are too stingy to pay for the licensed music. So awful. Instructors are trying their best, but everyone I speak with say they are thinking to leave. AWFUL MUSIC!!!

Negative experience: I have been member for many years. Used to be managed much better. I think management in the last few years has been terrible. They keep increasing the price and changing the rules/ terms to their advantage and they are very unfair to customers. Especially swimming lessons for my child have been managed very badly, very unhappy about communication and constant changes with no prior warning.

Negative experience: Prices have increased with no real benefit, classes are always fully booked with no fair system and the staff have made the place a youth club with letting friends / family in for free over crowding the gym. Staff members in jacuzzi (most probably on break) whilst playing music loud on their phones. The management is poor for a gym paying over £100 pcm, there needs to be a level of professionalism and organisation. If you like youth club feel sign up if not avoid this gym at all costs.

Negative experience: Would give a zero if I have the option. The gym is consistently overcrowded and booking classes has become nearly impossible. I am extremely dissatisfied with the club. Advise for the readers: join a gym where you can actively engage, rather than wasting time waiting (and money).

Negative experience: Giving this gym a rating of 0 stars would be the most appropriate... I decided to join this gym mainly because they offered reformer pilates classes. However, in just one month, I encountered several issues. Registering for classes turned out to be quite challenging, as it required booking a spot through the app a week in advance. Let me share a frustrating experience. The first time I managed to book a class, I arrived one minute late, and my reserved spot was given away. The instructor reacted by yelling at me with a hostile expression, which was my first encounter with racism. This was an emotionally difficult experience, as I was publicly humiliated and asked to leave the class, with the justification that I supposedly didn't have the required skill level. When I reported this incident to a manager, I was told that the gym's policy allows anyone to access a class. Undeterred, I decided to book another class with a different instructor, making sure to arrive 20 minutes early. However, due to a system issue, some of us were randomly selected to leave the class without any explanation. This time, five of us who arrived on time had to give up our spots to people who arrived late. Frustrated, I made the decision to cancel my membership along with my husband. When explaining our reasons for canceling to the person in charge, we were met with indifference. Shockingly, we were told that the gym has a history of employing racist instructors without consequences. It's been a month since we canceled our membership, and we still haven't received a refund. When I called customer service to inquire about the delay, I was told that the refund process had not started yet and that I should wait 5 more days initially it was 10 days. She was not certain. In conclusion, I am still waiting my refund + compensation as they told me. I cannot recommend this gym. It's advisable to read reviews or try it out firsthand before committing to a membership.

Fantastic experience: Great local Virgin Active gym, the staff are nice the place apparently got a upgrade/refurbished and thus a lot of the machines are new. There is a 3 lane swimming pool which is good, but usually during busy times it's packed. There is Hot tub as well which fits 5 people at a time. There is a list of classes and activities which you can choose from their application and website. Overall, till now it's all good and perfect.

Fantastic experience: Underrated. Excellent location, great equipment. Machines I use (Atom Bike + Rowing Machine) are the same as third space gym. (Which is more expensive) only gym I’ve been a member which is handicap accessible with lifts etc. Good value. Management listens to feedback.

Fantastic experience: Brand new equipment installed 01/10 throughout the whole club. Membership includes all classes including REFORMER PILATES! A nice quiet pool at the top of the building with a jacuzzi. You also get a separate sauna and steam room for men and women.

Negative experience: Trash managment, refuse to help when you need it, gym constantly closed (currently closed for a WEEK for maintenance, lastm onth was closed again), if gym is closed they dont give you access to nearby gyms you need to travel 1-2 hrs to the ones you have available.

Positive experience: Cleaner then other VA gyms, impossible trying to get through on the phone, they never answer, called multiple times after 15 mins went to voicemail. Unfortunately left my Chilly's water bottle here during a work out and it was never handed in or found.

Fantastic experience: I was really terrified to join because of all the negative reviews I've read here, but I'm attending at the end and it is a good experience, it IS CLEAN, maybe not super hygienic but really clean, I never had an issue with cleanliness like what people have mentioned in the reviews here. Staff are also super helpful. Will definitely update if I see any negatives, haven't seen any in two months of joining.

Negative experience: Be careful when you try to leave this gym. In my opinion, there are better, more straightforward boutique gyms in the area which are around a similar price (perhaps not so large). Firstly, they need to sort out the phones, you can NEVER get ahold of anyone at the desk despite when you enter the gym there's nearly always multiple staff members sat gossiping. Someone should surely be tasked with front desk duties including picking up the phones? Interestingly when you have a query about setting up an account they call you within the hour - hmmmm? I cancelled my membership months ago as I got further in my fitness journey using another fitness app in the area which allows me to access other very nice gyms and studios around Notting Hill and I'll say no more than that. However, my husband and I both experienced appalling aftercare upon trying to leave this gym. Most recently, he gave notice well ahead of us leaving the area as he would no longer be able to attend the gym. He did this in person at the front desk, and was told all was taken care of and his membership would be cancelled with a few days carry over which he accepted was fine; only to discover he has continued to be billed a full months fee? Unacceptable. He tried contacting the gym 3 times and low and behold - no answer- why are we not surprised?! We managed to get ahold of someone at head office customer service who noted no changes to his account had been made? We were also asked for our tenancy agreement to prove we had moved away. Firstly, what does that have to do with cancelling a gym membership in the first place? Secondly, when the error is made on the other side, why should this make a difference? Clearly something needs looking into with the Notting Hill branch as there's sloppiness all over the place. Their customer service is dreadful and always has been since we have attended this gym for a good 2-3 years. Members can expect a similar level of dated equipment/facilities for a similar price as Nuffield Health Gyms or puregym for cheaper but similar equipment. You will continue to lose members if you do not look after them and their accounts. Disappointing as some of the other VA gyms around London are fantastic, this just isn't one of them.

Negative experience: I like this club but they are a bit disorganised tbh. They sometimes don't have water, they cancel classes with short notice, don't find a replacement instructor, and don't usually pick up the phone when you call reception to sort some issue. For a £110 monthly membership, you would expect a better service.

Negative experience: I was a member here for most of a year, and it’s definitely the worst gym I’ve ever been to. -- Machines are always out of order. There are 4 cross trainer machines, 2 of which are always broken. There is just ‘one’ of minimal weights equipment (e.g. flat bench press), so you’re often unable to get on any machines -- The people here are the quite unfriendly, especially the trainers. I saw most of them a few times a week and tried a friendly ‘hi’ to their blank faces, but they all have a bad attitude. -- This place feels like a youth club - there are kids sitting on weights machines, wearing their SCHOOL SHIRTS AND TIES, texting and shouting to their mates -- Actually saw someone bring in their own bluetooth stereo, blasting out music and making everyone feel uncomfortable, again no-one who works here cares. All the staff are in some sort of big clique -- The weights area is tiny, even early-afternoon you will struggle to find space to work out in. I never tried to go in peak hours as it would have been impossible -- As other people have commented, it's very dirty - I saw blood on the floor in my first week; by the third week I had to ask someone to clear it up. Ultimately if you’re new to fitness, you’ll find this place unfriendly and judgemental. If you’re not new to fitness then there isn’t enough equipment or people taking it seriously to enjoy your workout. I always left here in a worse mood than when I arrived, and was so so happy when I walked out of there for the last time. I signed up as I thought the 'Virgin' brand would match other gyms I'd been to, but for £90 / month, I expect so much better. There is no way all these school kids are paying £90 each. Changed to another gym which is half the price and half as busy, with twice the equipment.

Positive experience: While I appreciate the locker room staff in particular and the facilities, there are too many things that are overlooked. From machines being out of order for weeks to showers smelling of mold. The convenient location and decent prices keep me, though I don’t think I’ll sign up again this year

Negative experience: I was not impressed with virgin active in nottinghill - they increased their guest pass pricing within a week to 20 pds - without informing the members and the staff at the reception were not helpful either as they didn’t even refer us to the manager. Negative experience: Just saw the cleaner finish mopping the floor and then use the same mop to continue to wipe the touchscreen of the machines! I was working out next to them, and the water smelled so bad and I was so shocked that I had to move on to do something else. Advised that this was happening at the reception, and they said that I should POST ABOUT IT ONLINE so they might react to feedback more. A bit at a loss for words to be honest.

Negative experience: I was in the sauna using a little amount of oil on my face and the lady started shouting and swearing after I left when I heared it I tuned back and said are you talking to me and she carry on swearing I reported to manager on the shift and he promised to sort it out so I don’t call the police after a week I have an email that they decided to determinate my membership and Jonny the main manger was so rude and unprofessional and didn’t even listen to me this is so unfair and surely the karma gets back to him and make him feel the same way as he made me feel , please avoid this gym if you don’t want the worst experience of your life I’ll tell everyone and share my experience on social media until the day this club goes down

Positive experience: Not bad gym although mot many machines Worst thing is it’s so difficult to get a locket as people seem to leave their stuff there. No people but almost all lockers used, very annoying. Update: still hardly any lockers available People seem to just store stuff in them and keep their kit in all the time.

Positive experience: I go to this club because it has a pool that works well for my needs to keep as fit as I can in my 70s. I also appreciate the jacuzzi and steam room And the generally helpful staff when I am on site. However, less helpful has been the lack of the lift to the second floor changing rooms and the third floor pool - I have had to drag myself up the stairs with a leg injury ! Also awful recently has been trying to get through on the phone to check if the lift is back in service. I have given up several times because there was no answer after at least 5 minutes and the holding music is just dreadful. Please could you replace this music with something soothing or at least melodic and cheerful so you don't lose the will to live whilst waiting to speak to reception.

Negative experience: Very poor service the nursery is meant to open from 9am to 1pm, but the person in charge of the nursery doesn’t turn up at all. Making the nursery unreliable and unusable This is very unprofessional. I recommend families to avoid this club at all cost. If they are unreliable on something as important as nursery. UPDATE: Thanks again, we've spoken to the club. We had a member of staff hand in their notice unexpectedly and therefore, we closed the Creche on Saturday the 25th in the morning. We were already fully booked on Saturday, we contacted and cancelled everyone booked in. We can see you turned up on the day and was turned away due to this reason. You had not previously booked in hence why you were not informed beforehand. If the creche was open you wouldn't have been able to book regardless because we were fully booked. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

Positive experience: Good gym the app though ia diabolical. Just loads. Deleted and downloaded numerous times. So you get sanctioned when you cannot cancel the classes and unable to book new classes. Kind staff say just call but ok bviouaky they're busy and you can be waiting for 10 minutes from someone to answer and miat people work so very tricky. Unable to book classes as the app never works. That's for £85 per month!can't book or cancel and have a drama doing so! Other than that issue which is quite a big one it's a decent gym.

Negative experience: So dirty, every time i go here for a workout, the loos, bathrooms, showers, steam, sauna and especially the lockers are filthy. Surfaces are visibly dirty with hair, coffee, products and old rubbish. Other Virgin Active locations have a cleaning member of staff in the bathroom at all times, but not this one. Please address it.

Fantastic experience: A top club with lovely staff and members too. The instructors are also brilliant, motivated and fun. Denver and Tatinina who are instructors are the best I have ever had, if it wasnt for them I would not go to the gym, they both deserve a medal Virgin !!

Fantastic experience: One day pass: 20£, access to full facility, gym sauna steamroom, very correct for the price tag. Only easily accessible sauna/steamroom in Notting Hill area.

Negative experience: EDITED REVIEW from 4 stars to 2 stars - I’ve been a member for nearly two years, the cleaning has definitely dropped last the few months. It’s become dirty and unhygienic. If it doesn’t improve I will look elsewhere.

Negative experience: Ok gym and classes. But the hot tub is always closed, steam room barely works, shower cubicles dirty all the time. Not worth the price you’re paying for when half of the facilities are rarely working. Canary warf & Marble Arch ones are great though

The steam room was damaged due to member behaviour, unfortunately. We will be monitoring this moving forward and ensuring that members who intentionally damage the steam room have their memberships revoked. Please accept our apologies. The team will pop their heads in to the shower rooms today to inspect.

Negative experience: I received a parking fine for not entering immediately, I entered on exit on the day. The Parking Company MET would not offer removal despite being a member and having entered into the system. Virgn Active were unable to support. The fine is £100.

Negative experience: UNSAFE + THIEVES EVERYWHERE Please avoid using this club. All my items have been stolen in the female locker room and the club gave no support or assistance or a reasonable/ethical compensation. Plus it’s the ideal environment for thieves as CCTV cameras are so blurry (1990s version) that anyone can get away with anything. Would never recommend and its in a super dodgy area!
