Fantastic experience: Great gym.

Negative experience: AVOID! Business Closed on 3th March and still withdrawing money £17.99 out off my bank account on 29/03. My bank can't stop the payment. Very Frustrating

Negative experience: STAY AWAY, YOU WILL REGRET using the services of this business. Took my money on 28th February, shut down their business on 3rd of March. THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER that they can be reached at Refusing to cancel my membership and respond to emails, and they KEEP CHARGING me monthly.

Negative experience: Took my money then shut down and is still taking my money even though they are not offering me any services also was robbed of £60 cash from my pocket in changing rooms when asked to see the cctv and recommendations as to avoid this and what they can do to help me with this issue I was ignored one of the worst gyms going

Negative experience: Wanted to join at the actual gym. Was told to join online. Went elsewhere. Also they don't even have a phone number

Fantastic experience: Good gym, decent price and has all equipment you need.

Negative experience: The equipment is great but the trainers are not! The classes was not great the trainer did not motivate us and he looked bored. He would stood and talk to friends and just stand and look at me and my friend do the workout. He was really unhelpful and did not motivate us

Positive experience: It will be frank and open to the point in this review. I joined the gym around six months ago, and since then, it has served its function. Additionally, it includes a spacious open area for training that is handy and offers a variety of machinery and equipment. However, I have also seen that the dryer in the men's changing room has not been fixed (and has been this way since I joined), leaving exposed cables hanging out, that two of the shower stalls lack curtains, and that a row of lockers is on the verge of collapsing. Whose fault is this, if anything terrible happens to someone? The pictures I've attached are visible. Since I've also highlighted some positive aspects and included pictures, I'm not criticising this gym; all I want is for it to get  better. With all the money the members contribute, the facilities can undoubtedly be upgraded. Please upgrade your facilities, particularly the men's restrooms, so that members can have a good time. Overall, a good gym can be much better with the correct upgrades.

Negative experience: Went to join yesterday. The gym is upstairs. As I was walking in, I was stopped by staff . There were posters on wall which I wonted to look at . I was rudely asked to go away and join online . They wouldn't let me see the inside of the gym . I suppose some people think they own the place after a few months of getting the job .

Fantastic experience: Been going here a while now, nice enough. Can get quite busy, but that’s just depending on what time you go. I recommend mornings and before 4pm. Or after 7pm. Edit: changed to 5 stars, staff are trying their best, toilet stalls repaired too.

Positive experience: Bigger than it looks from the outside: plenty of space and equipment, probably the best commercial gym in Bradford as the price is reasonable and even at peak hours its not as busy as somewhere like PureGym. The rest of the customers are on the whole very friendly and will give you a hand if you need it and there are no staff around. Unfortunately theft has been known to happen but that's more of a problem with Bradford than with the gym itself.

Fantastic experience: Easy gym is best gym. You will get all equipment for exercise. No registration fee now to join. Just 17.99

Positive experience: Good gym with working equipment. They give free workout sessions to members. Often dirty as members who are required to clean up after themselves often don't. Overall good enough for the price.

Positive experience: Gym is cheap. Decent equipment range but can be busy at times which means you will have to wait for machines. Changing rooms are lackluster. One toilet has been out of service for over a year and there are broken roof panels and black marks(maybe mold) on the roof. Lockers are of a good size and there is a great atmosphere in the gym.

Negative experience: There's plenty of equipment there so it does function as a gym. However, the gym is pretty grotty, the lockers don't actually lock and the changing rooms are grim. Can't really recommend.

Negative experience: No longer any parking at the gym, the cable machines constantly seem to be breaking, hot air from the AC was blowing directly onto me in the direction of a machine and staff explained they have no control over this which is ridiculous when you're trying to train. Some dumbells only have 1 of them rather than the pair. And the price has increased since these issues lol i wouldn't recommend atm, for the same price you can join PureGym which is actually open 24/7

Negative experience: Absolutely one of the worst gyms in Bradford that I attended to rude staff often confrontational and cocky with customers if u mention any problems with the gym dirty equipment left not cleaned.bloody punching bag,sweaty stained equipments toilets always reeks not cared for or cleaned on a daily basis punched holes throughout the changing rooms and the showers are not worth getting in to at all. always almost impossible to get a trainer by your side humidity inside the gym is almost unbearable makes it hard to breath and smells of sweat at all times !

Negative experience: My daughter went to this gym and at the age of 16 was approached by countless men and even one of the workers who offered free personal training sessions and was asking to meet elsewhere was then found in a grooming gang case.

Positive experience: The gym is okay as per location. I went for a visit but no one turned out to assist. Will try again during weekday

Fantastic experience: My second home

Negative experience: Participation was suspended from November to March. Every month money is withdrawn from the account, even though I did not go to the gym. Of course, money cannot be recovered. And when we add the thefts that occur, one star is a total misunderstanding. It should be -100 ⭐

Positive experience: It has all one needs, plenty of space, sometimes weight area is busy but overall you will get all the machines, enough free area. Locker facilities and shower

Positive experience: Its a better gym from early morning till noon. After that its just a place full of students misplacing the weights making it harder for people to actually follow their sets in the evening or night.

Positive experience: Overall it’s a decent gym with a wide variety of equipment but could do with some new machines and updated equipment. The mens changing rooms ceiling and other ceiling areas in the gym is mouldy, leaking and damaged with holes in the roof which could result in health problems or injury. I like the gym but needs some renovation and modernized apparatus that’s why I have given 3 stars.

Negative experience: No customer service. Refuse to refund the membership fees although i request it before it renewed but of course they took one week to reply to me by then it renewed

Positive experience: The gym is a good gym but i have no idea how to cancel my membership and it is putting me off! The owner is brilliant, but they dont have a contact number, i have to email to cancel which i have emailed and no response.

Negative experience: Gym is fine but customer service is awful no one here half the time on top of that they dont offer a phone number to ring if u hve any problems.

Negative experience: No more free parking in a empty Broadway no notice period given at all suffered embarrasment when leaving car park. No more training after work will have to join a new gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at this gym for over 3 years now and I have no criticisms. The gym is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside, with a fantastic range of equipment to suit many various training styles. It has a ladies section which is a big bonus, the gym is always clean and the weights are tidied on a regular basis so everything is in order mostly. I much prefer Easygym to other gyms i have tried - and i have tried a lot! Although Easygym meets all the wants and needs for a gym in terms of space, equipment and atmosphere the thing that really sets this gym significantly above others is the customer service you receive. The staff are all friendly, professional and very helpful. It is easy to understand why, as the manager, Mansoor, is unbelievably helpful, supportive and always brings a good energy. What other gyms would keep a stash of hair ties for those forgetful gym goers who left theirs behind that day? or adjust the music to motivate you when you left your earphones at home? Crazy service in the best way!! The staff are always happy to provide advice or talk about any gym/health related struggles you might have. I would definitely recommend this gym if you are interested in training at any level, in a motivational atmosphere. Easy gym does really make it easy to gym!

Negative experience: HORRIBLE! They keep charging you for a membership you opted out of. They refused to return money they STOLE from my account despite the gym being closed for second month straight! This is absolutely unacceptable!

Positive experience: I think the manager is very friendly and helpful. The gym could do with some sanitising and paper towel available to members to clean off benches and other equipment. The gym WiFi has been broken for over one month and now the gym has been closed for 8ver 1 week due to the flooding. Its unfortunate but I hope things will get fixed quite soon.

Fantastic experience: Being in EasyGym for a year now and no problems until recently due to rain and floodings, easygym is closed until further i love easygym and I am getting withdrawal symptoms by not working out hope it opens very soon and quickly!

Fantastic experience: Mansoor is a legend and the most hospitable individual in whole of that gym. Very accommodating and most helpful. Great gym and decent equipment, will be visiting the gym again when I am staying in bradford.

Fantastic experience: If the card machine were working when I first joined, I could've probably gone this whole 2 week period (10 visits) without talking to any staff. There's usually somebody around somewhere if you want them I guess, but I love being able to just come in and get on with it without having to talk to anyone. There's enough equipment to not have to wait around too often (though I don't think I've been at peak time yet), and enough space to not be tripping up over people. Location is extremely convenient as a bus-user, and right in the centre of town.

Negative experience: Some of the staff are good meaning the cleaners and the personal trainers, the reason I'm giving a bad review is because the main floor staff. I bought my own combination lock from the vendors, then I have set me own combination from the default 0000 and then I have tried to open the lock it has not opened. I went to the main floor staff and asked him why, not only could he not explain why but he also refused to give me a new one or a refund. I have already discontinued my subscription to easy gym and will not be signing back up again!

Negative experience: Why is there no option for zero stars? Without a doubt the worst gym I've ever trained in. Dirty, smelly and stuffy. I've never seen the air conditioning working and there are vents on the wall boarded up with mdf. Most concerning of all is the accumulation of black mould on the walls and ceiling. Surely this poses a risk to people's health which is somewhat ironic for a gym. Toilets are disgusting. Equipment is not maintained at all, lots of broken things. The list goes on.... I will be moving on shortly to another gym because I've had enough!

Negative experience: No fresh air. AC don't work. Been spoken to management about it, but no response Just saying all works etc. All members complaining about it. Also when u come in gym, smells very very bad. Never seen a cleaner around to clean gym, and i m a member for a year. Toilets and changing rooms very dirty .

Negative experience: Free WiFi not provided as it say on advertisement, some of equipments are worn out. Often mess in the toilets and paper towels not provided. Should think better about air conditioning because the gym sometimes gets very busy and air conditioning is not good and the smell is not very pleasant. Gym is at the good location and staff are very friendly but there are some things to need to look at to get business become better and pleasant place to spend time at. Thank you

Negative experience: This gym is a absolute joke... no fresh air at all... I've experienced many times when, windows and mirrors were steamed up and drops of water running down from them, due to a lack of ventilation and fresh air. Toilets are dirty on regular basis and cleaners are acting like nothing is wrong with that... Looks like the management of this gym does not care at all... Very poor conditions, even though they try to be a modern gym... so once again... Helloooooo ... FRESH AIR... is fundamental for every gym and air cons turn on heating in the gym full of people is not gonna save that...

Negative experience: Some stuff rude only 2 decent guy's (stuff) if you find them there,they where happy to help but the other one specially the one who thinks he's a gift to earth was so rudehate the showers they've got the cheap plastic curtains which stick to you so unhygienic and it's stinks soon as you walk through first doors and when you press bell for someone to come no one comesforget that!
