Fantastic experience: Great facility, Jay the manager has outstanding customer service capabilities. Really enjoyed the music in the Sauna and Steam, helped pass the time, thank you ream.

Positive experience: Welcoming experience was very nice, Gabi provided us with great service and ensured all of our needs were met. Even though it was busy, the service was perfect and she answered every one of our questions, being very personable and kind. Facilities were okay

Positive experience: Euan at the front desk was extremely helpful and very friendly. He helped me with some spa slippers after I forgot mine, as well as a padlock. Nice little spot near the airport for a workout and sauna/steam. Gym is a little small though with limited equipment.

Fantastic experience: Juvenate is like a second home to me. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, there’s good variety of classes and pool is ideal for kids. And you can pretend you are on holiday (if you are not already staying at the hotel).

Negative experience: Decent facilities but very small. Gets very overcrowded. Pool is murky and the water doesn't feel clean. Regulars seem to think they own the place. Painfully dull and loud. Physically and mentally slow.

Positive experience: I recently got the spring offer to join Juvenate. In my opinion, the cost of the membership is fair considering that it grants access to the gym, sauna, steam room, and swimming pool. ( note: gym is quite small and equipped with basic for cardio and routine work out) But I've observed that lately, especially in the sauna and steam room, it's been really busy. The swimming pool is likewise rather warm, and the shower has extremely hot water rather than cold. If you could change the shower's or the pool's temperature, that would be fantastic. The fact that they provided lockers, wonderful shower cream, and wet bags is really good. I would suggest that you should limit the numbers of people per hour and people should book the slots ahead per apps or something like that. I hope my review will have a good impact and team will make the changes soon.

Fantastic experience: Cleaned and well kept,a bit small but the swimming pool make up for it

Negative experience: Juvenate Health & Leisure NO ES un lugar "Health" para el cuidado y relajación. Tiene sauna, steam room y una piscina básica normal (sin tratamiento de presión de agua). Hay carteles de "No jumping", "No diving" y "No running" por toda la piscina y tanto adultos como niños incumplían todas esas normas. Había indicaciones prohibiendo hacer fotos y todos los padres grababan y fotografiaban a sus hijos en medio de la piscina. Puedo entender que la gente hable, ría, los niños griten... Pero este lugar es un sitio de recreo, los niños saltaban literalmente encima nuestra, en varias ocasiones casi nos golpean. Nadie se encarga de que se cumplan las normas de uso... Pensar que podíamos relajarnos en este lugar fue el motivo por el que elegimos el Leonardo Royal y ha sido decepcionante.

Fantastic experience: Gym is a little small but has recently been renovated. Pool is clean and not overly chlorinated so doesn't sting your eyes. Steam room recently renovated and is great now if still a bit small. Sauna is nice and hot just very small so it's always a bit of a fight to get into. Changing rooms are fine, showers nice and powerful but the lockers are abit temperamental.

Positive experience: Small gym, small pool, sauna and steam room. It's a great spot for an evening. It's not luxurious at all but it does the job for some r & r.

Positive experience: Friendly female staff, really make you feel like your part of the city community. The male staff not very friendly at all. Great that it is so central to town and on the seafront. The Hotel restaurant upstairs on the Mezzanine offers Amazing views of the seafront and a great ace to relax after a swim and sauna. Haven't tried the gym yet, it seems ok but small. Its abit expensive compared to other gyms on the front , especially as it doesn't offer classes like Aquarobics.

Positive experience: Much cleaner than the Hilton’s pool and the changing rooms are nice and updated. Lacking a proper pool to do lengths, and a jacuzzi would be ideal for the price. The lighting in the steam room is way too bright as well.

Negative experience: You can't sign up without booking an appointment for them to show you round. Once they show you round, thats when they tell you that they only offer 36 month memberships with an initial fee of £65. Why can't that be written on the advert instead of £5.49 a week.

Negative experience: Really bad at enforcing covid guidelines. Expect a busy pool and busy changing rooms.

Fantastic experience: One of the best small gyms in Brighton reasonable price and great to relax and chill out after a workout in the sauna and steam room, also pool is good and it's a nice little community here like a family which I love. Very peaceful atmosphere and helpful staff especially letting me train people here and changing room ain't bad either, like I said not bad for a small gym. The most convenient thing they do is offer you 5-10 day passes so you come wen you want which is ideal

Positive experience: Very clean and friendly gym for hotel residents and members. Small swimming pool. Sauna and steam room. No jacuzzi. 15% discount for members in the hotel food and beverage outlets but you have to fight for it as its not advertised. No member benefits offered and no competitions or social get togethers except a drink at Christmas so the brand service delivery is not consistent in Brighton. However if you want a clean and friendly gym without the frills you cant go wrong. No classes offered but there are personal trainers available to help you reach your goals if you want that.

Fantastic experience: Great Little Gym. Very helpful Staff. All you need is there, just like they say..Gym, Swim, Relax.. The Sauna is for sure my favourite. Great treat after a workout. Has recently been renovated too. Not to mention how clean they are keeping the place. Sweet
