Negative experience: Cold , run down.

Positive experience: Ok so re-review went back in today was cold still but better then usual overcrowded still but that’s okay could be better but it’s getting closed soon for the new one can’t wait!

Fantastic experience: The are so lovely people and help you so much and they take care of you when u swimming and fir your safety and they so kind people

Negative experience: We have just left the swimming pool , my partner was kicked by a guy in the pool today, then verbally abused by him . The girl on pool side came to see my partner and suggest that the guy was in the RIGHT as this was the fast lane . , she said she had called her boss , who again came to speak to my partner . THE OTHER GUY WAS NOT SPOKEN WHILE WE WERE THERE . Today the 20 meter pool was like sardines swimming as they had closed 2 lane , we were never informed of any of this . The staff need a serious discussion on how to deal with people , my partner was spoken to by both the lifeguard and the manager , yet the other guy was left in the pool . THIS IS SOMEWHERE I WOULD NOT TAKE KIDS TO THESE PEOPLE NEED TO UNDERSTAND ZERO TOLERANCE IS FOR EVERYONE .

Positive experience: Fairly standard for a run down Council leisure centre. Run down, but serviceable. New centre should open soon. By soon we mean months if not years late.

Positive experience: Local leisure centre with pool and fitness suite etc. As the new development is underway the level of investment has reduced but it's local and reasonably priced

Fantastic experience: Great place yo swim and exercise

Positive experience: It’s located on Raby Road in Hartlepool, England. It is a place for leisure activities such a swimming, football, tennis, gym as well as other sporting activities. It is opened on all days of the week but the resumption and closing time differs slightly on weekends. It has a hall that can be booked for parties as well as other kind of celebrations or even church parties. However, they are a strong stickler to time as an extra minute past the closing time indicated will not be allowed.

Fantastic experience: Great

Negative experience: staff are lovely but you cant get moved in the pool turn up a 6.30 on a morning and its chock full no room to swim properly also changing rooms dirty and showers always freezing and broken membership cancelled.

Positive experience: Fun to jump in on the big sidethe small side there is not much to do and then the diving board is the most fun

Fantastic experience: Family time to relax and have fun. Plenty of staff to keep eye on things to make sure everyone is enjoying them self's and kept safe. Me and our Olli look forward to swim every Saturday.

Positive experience: I think it is a great pool but they should have more staff so they can have th slide and the diving board open at the same time and there won't be big queues.

Positive experience: My little one attends here for swimming lessons once a week. He was terrified of water but slowly his confidence is starting to grow in the water. Great for swimming lessons, plenty of space to change. You have to pay for parking though.

Positive experience: We visited here on a rainy day for a swim with our 10yr old son. The reception staff were lovely and helpful The changing room floors were filthy (so glad we had our flipflops) lots of lockers (£1.00 returnable when you open it up again). From what we saw the place does need a refurbishment. The 2 showers had lovely warm water but as I said the floors need cleaning more often

Negative experience: Swimming pool was closed for few week, never returned money back ( membership). Swimming pool is very basic, usually busy, not easy to swim between people. Not worth the money.

Fantastic experience: My grandson has swimming lessons on a Saturday, the staff are lovely really friendly and helpful. The lifeguards do a very good job, it's a very safe place for children to swim. He always has a great time.

Positive experience: Just what's needed to energise the old & envigorate the young.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, clean spaces. Me and my grandson enjoyed an hour in the learner pool with plenty of novelty floats to keep him entertained. Went on a saturday, the pool closes at 3pm. Enjoy

Fantastic experience: A traditional old fashioned centre, staff very helpful and friendly. Clean and well managed.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Phoned a day in advance to be told we could just show up with our 1 year old as the bookings system is off now. To be told at reception, swimming isn't available as school where in and the kids pool is closed until 6pm. 6PM FOR A KIDS POOL. Most kids at that time are getting ready for bed. Absolutely ridiculous. Also told by a lovely gentleman who was leaving as we arrived that their was kids in the pool and it was quiet. Paid for parking for nothing. Receptionist on arrival couldn't tell us why receptionist on the phone stated different facts. More communication between staff is needed and more access for all ages is also needed. You'd think a swimming pool would be crying for money after the pandemic but apparently not.

Negative experience: If your phone is dead, you can not count on charging it. Unfortunately, you cannot use electrical outlets here. Get ready for this.

Positive experience: Great for adults after 3pm.

Positive experience: Not the best swimming pool but still good. Great prices too. Changing rooms tend to smell abit due to plumbing and water is abit cold when you get straight in to it. There is a baby pool. 25 metre pool and pretty sure 20 metre pool. There is a large red slide and diving boards

Positive experience: Clean pool, changing facilities sometimes fragrant near the toilets, that may well be a plumbing problem as they generally appear to be clean.

Negative experience: i sent my daughter here to learn to swim and she literally hasn't learnt how to swim on her back and made to wim with the younger kids (she's 10 years old).
