Positive experience: It's quite a good place for swimming and to do gym but the cubicles and the bathrooms are very dirty hopefully the new owners can change but other all it is a very good place.

Negative experience: They ignored my membership cancellation request and then I was contacted by a debt collection agency for money I apparently owed

Negative experience: My daughter went to a trampolining club. When I tried to cancel my subscription, they made it very difficult to cancel. They are now trying to add £50 charges to me within a month of cancelling. I would never pay for a club through them ever again. I feel scammed! Then whilst still corresponding with them they sent it to a debt collection company. They say I had to pay £20 for the month my child did not attend one single club, and then added late charges up to £70 .....ridiculous and unfair. I explained to them that we all just had covid , so I hadn't contacted them, and they just added more charges ....no compassion, just want money!!

Positive experience: The facilities are well kept, the website is a minefield to use though

Negative experience: Went to this Gym for over 7 years and I am quite disappointed as in why I hadn’t left this place long before. But atleast I have left this place now. Although the equipments are good in the Gym; but, many other things can make you very distressed. First of all, the staff are sooo paranoid about their Car Parking rules. If you are not with in their specified times and within their covert rules you will have to pay. I had a family membership, and once my Mrs forgot to take cash/card, and since she couldn’t pay, she wasn’t allowed to take her car out and had to walk home at night in the freezing weather. The staff couldn’t be bothered!! There are so many staff there always stood in the corner chatting and hardly anyone wishes you or smile at you when you enter the gym; (I don’t know why they have so many staff unless they are all free apprentices) and, as you enter, they will give you a look as if you’ve done something wrong. Similar things were happening with some of my other friends I recommended to the gym, and they have all left now. There are many gyms around with better facilities, better customer service, and relaxed parking rules for even cheaper prices and they are much friendly staff as well. So, I and my partner and other friends are quite happy that we have all left SLL now.

Negative experience: Worst website and app ever.

Positive experience: I go to the Methesis Spa. I think it is an underused secret. I lurve it here. The spa and steam room are good but the the tropical shower/ ice rain shower is a wonderful experience. So are the different water therapy showers. There is a cold water fountain for the brave. A whole body shower with jets that give you a 360 degree experience. And a good old fashioned hose. They really relax you. Plus the reclining chairs that you happily nap in.

Fantastic experience: Shame teaching at the pool still use the limited individual shower cubicles as changing rooms instead of moving into the changing rooms. Apart from this standard pool with lot of classes

Positive experience: Great value membership with big range of classes and other activities included in the membership. Good gym with mix of free weights, Smith machine, hexbar, battle ropes, resistance machines, Technogym cable, TRX and cardio machines. With the cardio machines you can log into your 'My Wellness' account and the machine will save metrics from your activity. The cardio machines allow you to watch live tv (using your own head/ear phones), check out facebook, take part in challenges against other gym users or go on a scenic run as if you were in any part of the world. The gym also has a zero gravity machine for people with physical disabilities. They provide a discounted membership for people with a GP referral. The gym users span all ages from teens to pensioners. Non intimidating atmosphere.

Negative experience: Very limited parking no room for coaches
