Fitness and Spa at Crabwall Manor

Positive experience: Joined the spa. Prices have recently gone up but what hasnt. I would say its good for a swim gym but not great as changing rooms need updating and are always cold. After a swim you have to be quick getting changed as its too cold to hang around. The lockers need replacing. Looking a bit old. Overall a 4 star but room for improvement cant comment on the rooms.

Negative experience: I joined this gym,£40 membership for a student to swim and gym and I cannot believe they’ve put the prices up . The The women's changing rooms stunk weekly, the swimsuit dryer was broken and out of order . The chlorine levels were once too high in the jacuzzi (the chlorine meter was apparently broken ) so many members were left coughing and couldn’t go near it . There was dirt in each corner of the pool which is never removed . The gym had damaged equipment which another member has complained about because it is a safety hazard and nothing was done about this . Finally the amount of plastic waste (because they supplied hundreds of plastic cups per day to members which are thrown in the bin seconds later) is terrible ; they could’ve easily supplied paper cups .

Negative experience: Bad mannered staff, rude with bad attitude.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely place, that have a great pool and spa. Good prices overall, good staff and a lot of stuff to do. There is also a fully equipped gim, saunas, and the hotel is also really lovely.

Fantastic experience: It was unreal had the best time I felt so relaxed after my massage with amanda she done a amazing job, would definitely come back again ❤

Negative experience: No way this worth £186, should of gone to premier inn The room is really not up to scratch, bottles and cigarette ends were left out side, we have a 2 year old that could pick them up. Ceiling was pealing in the bathroom, doors are broken, dented and wooden, windows haven’t been cleaned in ages as you clearly see. There is a phone but I think it’s there for show as it doesn’t work. I will not be coming again, I wouldnt pay the amount I paid that’s for sure
