By joining M Club, you can open the door to a world of experiences to engage your body and mind, all provided by the largest health and fitness clubs in the region.
Staying motivated can always be a challenge, but with a wide variety of fitness classes available across our gyms you’ll find the perfect way to keep active! Whatever you are looking to achieve we have classes for everyone.
We are confident that our staff and facilities can help you to reach your fitness goals. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro... we’re here to help! After spending time with us, we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout and feel a better version of themselves.
Feel like you’ve left it too late yet again? Well maybe, but there is still all of August to get into a good exercise habit to absolve all the BBQs and drinking that this summer is bringing. Starting now will also set you up nicely for Christmas, yes I’ve said it…the C word. Those parties are only four months away and I always get inundated in late November with clients asking for that two to four week miracle programme that’ll have them trim and toned for their works party, by which point it’s too late. Burning body fat is not easy, especially as we get older. The programme below is an incredibly efficient way of burning body fat, but it’ll still take time, so get started now.You may or may not have heard of HIIT, but in last few years it has become an incredibly popular way of training. Proven to have a positive effect on your metabolism, HIIT is a great way of having a hard calorific burning workout in a relatively short period of time. High Intensity Interval Training is all about an all-out effort for a short period of time, followed by a rest period. The length of these time periods can vary, catering for the individual. Below are some example timings, however, you can manufacture your own time periods to suit your level of fitness, but just remember your work effort must be 100 per cent of your ability. Anything less defeats the object of HIIT.Beginner – 1:3 ratioFor most people, 20 seconds is the perfect time for maximum all-out effort. With this ratio you would complete 20seconds of exercise followed by a 60second rest.Intermediate – 1:1 ratioSticking with 20 seconds, this timing will have you do 20 seconds of all-out exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest. That rest period will fly by so focus on breathing, get yourself hydrated pre-work out so that you’re not wasting valuable recovery time slurping back your water.Advanced – 2:1 ratioThis ratio is commonly known in the fitness world as Tabata training. It is 20seconds of all-out exercise followed by just 10 seconds of recovery. You ideally want eight sets. How many sets you do and what exercise(s) you choose are entirely up to you and what you feel comfortable doing and how much time you have. I would say that try to do full body exercises as these require the most amount of energy, thus burning maximum calories, and try to do at least five sets on whichever ratio.Power LungesKeep your upper body straight, with your shoulders back and relaxed and chin up. Always engage your core. Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle, then explode up, switching your foot stance in the air and repeat as quickly as possible. As well as power, this will also develop balance and coordination.Mountain climbersAssume a push-up position with your arms straight and your body in a straight line from your head to your ankles. Bring your right knee to your chest and place your foot back on the ground behind you. Quickly switch to the other leg and repeat as quickly as possible.Spin bikeSat on your bum, set the resistance as high as you can possibly manage and then pedal hell for leather. The momentum and velocity of this exercise will promote exceptional power in the legs and greater core stability. These are just a few exercises that Ido once a week for HIIT. Personally, I’ll pick one exercise and do a block of eight sets on it before moving onto the next exercise, but you can mix it up if you wish.
Gaynor Jones was diagnosed with MS at 26-years-old and writes: “No one told me how to keep my symptoms at bay so I assumed working full time and eating generally well was OK. “My consultant neurologist advised me to move back up north so my family could help me when I was in a wheelchair. The NHS also just prescribed me general painkillers, anti-spasmodic drugs and/or disease modifying treatment, none of which make you any better, just hopefully stops you getting any worse. “The NHS physio simply prescribed me the simple exercise of standing on my tip toes 10 times daily, along with aids such as the wheelchair and walking stick.
“I felt I needed to do a lot more than just standing on my toes, so after looking at several local gyms I joined M Club because they promised me a personal trainer, and assigned Craig Silkens to help me.
“At first I’m not sure if he knew where my limitations were or how far he could push me, but I’m open to any help, and with Craig’s experience I put my trust in him.
“I am now working on my core to help my balance and posture, which is something I never thought I’d be able to do. I’m also lifting weights, using the gym machines with absolute confidence, and although walking into the gym initially was a daunting experience because of my elbow crutch and unsure as to what people might think, with my new found confidence and self-belief, I don’t care.
“I am really starting to reap the rewards – physically, aesthetically and mentally. Craig has advised me on my diet which has improved dramatically and, in turn, has helped keep certain unwanted symptoms at bay.
“I know that I have to push myself, convincing my mind that my body needs the gym, because if I don’t then my body will go backwards and I’ll be letting myself down, but in a weird way I’d feel like I’m letting Craig down because of the amount of time and energy he has invested in me.
“I know that 18 years of having MS will not reverse back in 18 weeks or 18 months, but seeing how far I’ve comein the last several weeks under expert guidance, I am genuinely very excited about what the future holds for me now.”
Over the next few months we will be following two M Club members on their journey to fitness and weight loss. This week we’d like to introduce you to Bryony Highfield.
“Once we got engaged, we went to the Harry Potter studio tour and the photographs from there and our holiday to Cornwall the summer before prompted me to want to lose the weight,” she says.
“I’ve started having breakfast each day,” she says. “I’ve cut out the pop and chocolate, and have started cooking instead of having takeaways.”
“I feel that the key to her success will be the external motivations she has. Bryony has a wedding date set so of course she is concerned about her health and the impact that her current weight is having on it.
“She has already made some changes to her eating habits, she will attend the gym on a regular basis completing a controlled exercise regime and will vary her gym training with a mixture of different aerobic classes and swimming.
“Like all M Club members, her progress will be checked and she will receive constant dietary ideas as well as changes to her training so that they do not plateau.”

M Club Spa and Fitness - Hanley: Opinions
Fantastic experience: I use the swim and spa facilities here and have always found that there is a lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. The facilities are excellent and I am aware that I can also use access the the Newcastle branch which is great value for money. The cafe area is lovely to wind down with a Costa after a swim! Great value for money and would recommend.
Negative experience: Lack of equipment!!! Rude staff!!! You have to pay for 1 year membership even if you move town. Asked them to change my plan they can't They can't do anything!!! Payed extra 100£ to cancel my subscription after even 1 year WORST CLUB EVER!!!!!!!!!
Fantastic experience: Best facilities in the area, good assortment of latest machines, training rigs and free weights at both gyms. Pool, sauna and steam rooms and cold plunge pools leave you feeling refreshed after gym session.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities, great staff and amazing modern gym equipment. Classes included with membership with a wide variety, as well as a free personalised program, with an app that tracks your workouts ️♂️♂️ once you've finished your workout or spa session you can further unwind with a Costa coffee ☕
Positive experience: Great staff, friendy atmosphere. The other gym members are very welcoming. The pool and sauna are really nice to use.
Fantastic experience: Great variety of equipment to use for majority of everyone’s training needs.
Positive experience: Excellent facility’s worth the price of the membership. Only slight issues with certain areas being broken/out of use Lucas on the reception was very polite(dashingly handsome) and showed us all the facilities.
Fantastic experience: Really enjoy the facilities. I think the ladies gym is a great unique place that allows me to have a quiet workout should I need it. Great space for building confidence before I transitioned onto the main gym floor.
Fantastic experience: Good poolside amenities and access to two gyms for a membership makes it easily flexible for scheduling my day. Great staff over at both clubs and are very accomodating when it comes to booking classes and doing pt sessions. Better than other commercial gyms across Stoke.
Fantastic experience: Very modern, clean gym with a friendly, social atmosphere
Negative experience: Was great when we first joined but recently there seems to be a constant issue with the Sauna, and Steam room as well as out of order equipment (cables have been out of use for a long time to give one example). Such a shame because on the whole it is a great gym they just need to get on top of issues
Hello Matthew Thank you for your feedback which we take very seriously. Just to confirm the issues we were having with the Sauna and Steam Room is members were pouring water on the sensors which then damaged them. We now have signs up informing members not to do this and if members see anyone doing it please report to reception on there way out so we can address this. All are up and running now and have been for a few weeks so I hope you start to enjoy your experience on poolside. Regards
Negative experience: FIX YOUR EQUIPMENT!!!!!!!!
Negative experience: All spa facilities are always broken or under temperature, especially the sauna and steam room. Don’t get how this multi million pound gym can’t afford to fix these equipments Joker Mo
Negative experience: Machines are always broken, always faulty for some reason Very disappointing
Negative experience: All of the spa facilities are always broken Don’t care about their customers what so ever Don’t recommend at all
Negative experience: Half of the machines have been broken for about 2 months now, absolute joke of a gym
Positive experience: Good spa
Fantastic experience: Best gym in Stoke!
Positive experience: Decent gym. Has a wide range of equipment and machines, a good pool and spa area, a bar and cafe. Spa facilities a bit temperamental, sauna temperature varies wildly as does the plunge pool. Half the lockers don’t work properly in the men’s changing. Other than that, no complaints.
Negative experience: I am currently a member and this is the second time I have been sent home because I don't have my access card. I canceled my subscription after 1.5 years because of this stupid new rule. It is very easy to check the system if the person is actually a member. Even the cheapest gyms have alternative ways to enter without a card. As PW, QR code in the app or a friendly staff in the reception to check you in and simply press a button to open the door. But the solution is to pay for a new card (10GBP) haha... But what to expect from a gym that never had enough parking for member to leave a huge sigh on the best parking space as "manager".... This is so selfish and tells a lot regarding every situation that happened over this 1.5 year as member. I would not recommend for anyone this Gym.
Negative experience: I’ve encountered so many issues with this gym that I now prefer the crowded PureGym! If you lose your card, get robbed, or simply forget your access card, you’re out of luck—you won’t be able to access the gym. The reception staff are unable to verify your membership and grant entry, which is frustrating considering the £50 monthly fee. Unlike PureGym, they don't have a simple PIN system for building access. On one occasion, a staff member inexplicably removed my clothes from my locker and left them on the counter. Additionally, the gym only has one of each machine, making it nearly impossible to complete your workout in a reasonable time during peak hours. To top it off, the manager reserves the best parking spot for themselves, forcing customers to sometimes leave without a workout because there’s no parking available. This lack of consideration for members really reflects poorly on the management.
Positive experience: Brilliant gym facilities and spa.
Fantastic experience: This is an excellent clean and welcoming club. The gym is full of different equipment and I do love the ladies only gym, although I am very comfortable in the main area too as everyone is welcoming and smiles!! The pool large and relaxing. The reception staff always smile on entry and exit which is not seen everywhere!!! and are always happy to help x
Negative experience: Poor pool experience.
Negative experience: Joined yesterday. I need access to a sauna. A hot tub of some kind to help with the after effects of having continuous seizures. The staff were crazy unprofessional and made me join there at the counter. Which wouldn’t have been a problem; except that the girl seeing to me wanted her boyfriend to stand next to me so she could continue her conversation whilst I was attempting to ask about health and safety. Giving over confidential information about my health. Handing over bank details for everyone to see. Ridiculous. Then she couldn’t find anyone to do an induction. I just needed showing to the changing rooms- she huffed and puffed and literally dragged me there. So as she could get back to her boyfriend I wish I didn’t have to join. There is nowhere else local enough for me to have access to the relevant facilities I need for recovery. Very disappointed.
Positive experience: A lot of training apparatuses, but very dirty:( sand and rubbish in the pool, dirty yoga mats.
Fantastic experience: I love coming here. It is a safe sanctuary for both body and mind.
Fantastic experience: Great gym and great spa. Friendly staff and always clean.
Fantastic experience: Great club, great staff
Negative experience: Called this morning to enquire about membership. I’m a veteran and asked if there is any discount for veterans, the short, sharp receptionist told me it’s £55pm for a 6 month contract instead of 12 month contract (even though on website it says £50pm), also a joining fee. Nuffield health give Veterans a 30% discount with no joining fee (£39pm). receptionist couldn’t give one hoot, such a shame club doesn’t support their armed forces.
Fantastic experience: Great facilities. Can't knock the place. Slightly expensive.
Fantastic experience: Very friendly and clean facilities including the pool.
Negative experience: Booked an appointment to sign up this morning at 8am, turned up on time. Got told I would have to wait as the appointment hadn’t been booked, even though i booked it days in advance. Mandi who looked like she just climbed out of bed spoke to me like I was something on the bottom of her shoe. Then told me again I would have to wait, at this point I walked out and will not be going back. Would not recommend purely based on the pensioner giving you abuse for trying to sign up. Avoid
Negative experience: Sauna is never hot despite the conveniently broken thermometer suggesting that it’s over 100 degrees, this has been reported countless times and nothing seems to be changing! The plunge pool is also always warm and dirty. Newcastle branch much much better.
Negative experience: Facilties mostly okay, but the changing rooms are horrendous so many faults with the lockers, most people paying over £40 a month, several people have hurt themselves while opening the lockers etc. Same old wooden ones from the previous business, a lot of broken lockers, some not on their hinges at all. Don't bother joining.
Fantastic experience: Havs had few issues but overall they are doing a good job. 5 stars.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful clean and friendly gym
Positive experience: Decent little gym. Plunge pool isn't great and the old lockers are a bit rubbish in a brand new gym!? Other than that not half bad.
Negative experience: Avoid Avoid Avoid! Signed up for Month to Month and now they're telling me I have to stay a minimum of 4 months, how is that month to month? After my first few days I realised how poor the equipment really is so I asked if I was still in my cool down period to which they advised me the cool down period was only 24hrs. Now I see why it's so short The spin bikes are rusty, the cycle machines have rubber straps so can only push down when cycling, no point in having straps really. When the steam room actually works, it's just a box of a room at room temperature filled with steam, sauna barely reaches above room temperature as there's a strong breeze blowing into it, I could go on but not worth my time and certainly not worth the monthly premiums!! Better off signing up with PureGym. And why not just open at 6am instead of 06:30? Scam of a gym is how I feel after the experience I've had in the last 2 months. Certainly would not recommend, more like AVOID AVOID AVOID
Positive experience: Very good here. Place clean and lots of equipment. Pools are great and staff nice. Any negatives would be the car park barrier. So many small vans park on the road and it causes chaos. Won’t be long until someone is hurt. Advice! Open the barriers during opening hours.
Negative experience: Sent an enquiry in over a month a go and never heard anything back
Fantastic experience: Best gym and spa option in this area to make your daily life better
Fantastic experience: Great place to go! Very clean, polite staff and easily accessible.
Negative experience: RUDE! SHORT TEMPERED! ANGRY! That’s what you should expect from the staff working here! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! PLEASE AVOID!
Positive experience: As my new gym I’ve gotta say that I do enjoy going and the facilities are great, restaurant is fantastic - only downside is it shuts at 3! The pool and spa facilities are good, but the pool isn’t deep enough, especially if your tall, it’s flooring is coming up in corners and as it’s pretty shallow your constantly stubbing your toes, the floor is very very slippy as it’s constantly soaked from the jet spa which is a hazard itself, but apart from this I do think it’s the best centre in stoke, would be even better if they fixed up the pool & gave it a bit more depth! 1.4M is absolutely crap should be at least 2 especially for taller folk!
Positive experience: Overpriced and overrated, plenty of machines and has the benefit of a decent rig and good spaces, however the plunge pool was tepid and the steam room wasnt very hot, the newcastle u lyme one is better as it offers the boxing facility so its always in the back of your mind that they are offering a better club to members there for the same price. Disappointing especially considering this club has only recently moved from another part of the retail park.
Fantastic experience: Great gym nice wide range of classes and equipment. Spa and pool is child free which means you can relax more when you go there.
Fantastic experience: Mclub spa has a lovely gym ️♂️ big and spacious with all the workout equipment you could possibly need £50 per month, and I was offered a 12 month contract or a 6 month contract depending if I had a corporate membership. There is no peak or off peak membership only 0630-2130 Monday-Friday and 0800-1830 Saturday & Sunday. I paid a joining fee and one month in advance, but when you get going, it's differently worth it You can freeze your membership if you are travelling away or have any medical reasons you may need a break for. Day passes are £25 for the spa and gym facilities for the day. Very well maintained and cleaned 10/10, spotless spa and gym. Sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, Pool, Plunge pool are really good, + the gym upstairs Free unlimited parking outside just don't forget to input your car registration into the machine at the reception Thank you, Team Mclub
Positive experience: Defo could with an update....
Negative experience: Seems m club do not want pensioner members Don’t do off peak Don’t do swim and spa only You would think a forward thinking company would like to have people in during quiet periods and also assist older generation in keeping healthy
Negative experience: Everything thing is fine. But timings are not good. I request to management please change opening timing as 6:00am and closing at 10:00pm.
Positive experience: Fantastic gym for all kinds of people. Even great for strength training. And the spa definitely helps afterwards. Great facilities, although sometimes the showers are too hot!
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, clean and relaxing
Negative experience: Door entry not working
Positive experience: Great gym with absolutely fantastic facilities that are kept very clean. Which is a big plus point for me. You really don't want for anything. Fantastic pools & spa facilities. The pools could really do with a clean though, especially the Newcastle one. The showers are a pain though as they blow cold & stupidly hot to the point were you regularly have to stand out of them which isn't great when your covered in shampoo! The restaurant facilities are a great added bonus, the food is really nice too.
Fantastic experience: Great Club. Lovely Staff. Shown around by the Wonderful Mandy! Made to feel very Welcome
Fantastic experience: Really nice gym . Fantastic
Positive experience: Generally i'm happy with the whole concept. It just needs a little more attention to details like maintenance and cleaning to get the extra
Fantastic experience: Best gym eith lots of facilities, including swimming pool and spa.
Negative experience: Average equipment for high price.
Fantastic experience: Had a fab day at the Hanley club. Great Brunch, good price and tasty meal. Day spent in the pool area and it was brilliant. Pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. Everywhere was clean and functioning. Really enjoyed myself as did my friends.
Negative experience: I do not rate this gym highly considering the price they charge of £46 per month for apparently a top notch high quality gym that they portray. I expected a much much higher service for what I'm paying for. The facilities are poor e.g. broken lockers and broken exercise machines in the ladies gym, some don't even switch on at times and have not been fixed for the past year. The Sauna is out of order a lot. Things are not well maintained e.g. changing rooms can be untidy/unclean, wall shower gels always empty, the hydro pool has recently turned a dirty colour, swimming pool is so so cold even though they are able to change the temp, shower water is red hot to the point it burns face and hair, so I've had to stop showering there. (I asked for these to be alerted as so many others comment on it too but they have not done anything about it) I've never had issues with the staff personally. Reception team are always welcoming. I'm not happy with my overall experience at M Club. I can say that it's really not worth the cost now I've tried it out. I'll be moving to a cheaper gym (with probably better facilities) as soon as my contract ends. I wouldn't recommend.
Fantastic experience: Nice place
Fantastic experience: Fab spa, pool and gym. Nice to visit a good quality gym in the City
Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic and well worth the money
Negative experience: As a health conscious and extremely active local. I have always had an avid interest in all of my local recreational and sports related complex's and the facilities they have to offer. I have twice recently (via a day pass) being to the Hankey M club site. The initial "Sparkle" of the new venue was quickly tarnished by the shabby and dated interior, and tye young and very unhelpful and blatantly rude reception staff. For the price of a monthly membership. There's several local gym and health facilities that I would personally rate my higher. In conclusion, style over substance in every aspect.
Negative experience: I recently visited the spa and fitness club in the hopes of joining having heard numerous positive reports about the new 'state-of-the-art facilities'. Upon entering Reception I stood waiting as three staff members engaged in a conversation unrelated to business activities. Feeling awkward in the moment I politely interjected, the receptionist sharply dealt with my vistors pass and I was pointed towards the changing area. Not the warm welcome I was hoping for entering a new environment. Entering the changing rooms I noticed that all the lockers were 'reclaimed' from the previous M-Club which tarnished my impressions of these 'new' facilities. Entering the gym area I was re-acquainted with a vast majority of gym equipment 'reclaimed' from the old M-Club. These 'state-of-the-art' facilities seemed more like a up-cycling project. After finishing my workout I retired to the spa. My excitement was quickly ground away, as there were workmen grinding out a section of the jacuzzi, during business hours! Not the most tranquil experience I expected. Entering the sauna to find solace I sat watching the workmen. It came as a shock that I noticed they were using electric power tools without suitable health and safety equipment in wet conditions. I swiftly exited due to risk, never to return. If you want a recycled, unsafe health club with unpleasant staff all for over £40 per month this places for you.
Positive experience: Good..
Negative experience: There are men in the pool area that wear underwear in the sauna area and nothing is said to them. Eating in the sauna aswell again this is not addressed by staff. It is not the high quality gym that they try to portray.
Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities friendly staff.
Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend prompt friendly great service no negatives what so ever better than any other main dealers I've ever been to and over the years I've been to alot
Fantastic experience: Love this place, highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Este un club cochet, elegant, cu săli de spa, piscina, jacuzzi.
Fantastic experience: Really friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Positive experience: Excellent facilities & very friendly staff. Swimming is sometimes ruined by grown adults behaving like children and wrestling in the pool & taking up the swim space.
Fantastic experience: Great well equipped gym and spa, perfect for all levels of gym experience either first time ever walking in to a gym or a professional athlete looking to maintain. Very friendly welcoming staff and members
Fantastic experience: Amazing place to relax
Positive experience: Great staff. Nice and new apart from the lockers. Fantastic gym and equipment. Pool, sauna, steam brill.
Positive experience: Walk around this park often very nice
Positive experience: Really good gym, the pool and spa facilities are lovely, it has big changing rooms and the gym has all of the equipment and free weights one needs, which usually isn't the case in a more "leisure" based gym. The only thing is you can't lift too heavy as you're told that you're not allowed to drop your weights on the lifting platforms as its above the cafe, which seems a bit absurd/poorly thought out.
Fantastic experience: Clean and tidy
Fantastic experience: Good people
Fantastic experience: M.N.L.A
Negative experience: I normally use the MClub in Newcastle but thought I'd give this one a go with it recently (re)opening. I was going for the pool but had a quick look in the gym and it looked great; definitely smaller than the Newcastle one but still had most of the machines and everything looked new and tidy. If you're just going for the gym - stop reading now, I'm sure you'll like it. Poolside though, it wasn't terrible but honestly, I thought it was a let down. Firstly, the changing rooms were really disgustingly messy when I went in - eaten banana skin / empty water bottles / mud from shoes / wrappers were littered over the floor. Hand towels used to wipe down gym equipment (in this age of covid) had been left all over the place. For some reason, they've decided to rip out the old battered lockers from the Festival Park MClub and stick them in this new building... even the broken ones! So there's one locker with the door hanging off and another that doesn't even have a door already. Not a gripe, but I just thought it was funny that they've not even bothered to take the Ipod Shuffle adverts out of the lockers during the move (a device that got discontinued about 5 years ago). There's missing skirting board in the changing rooms - again not a massive deal but not really what I'd expect from a brand spanking new building. The pool itself is nice, but probably about the same size as the old festival park gym (so significantly smaller than the Newcastle one) and not big enough for the amount of people that were trying to use it. Again, the hot tub is nice but a fraction of the size of the Newcastle hydrotherapy pool, and there seems to be no limit on how many people are allowed in it. I witnessed 8+ people sat in there shoulder to shoulder which is a bit concerning in my opinion given the current situation. Unfortunately there is no cold plunge pool like there is in the Newcastle club. I think if the guy who cleans the Newcastle club (not sure of his name, but he's great) worked here, I'd probably rate it a lot higher, but even then, the Newcastle club would still be the winner for swimming.
Positive experience: In transition from old gym to new facilities so some fixtures and fittings missing. Lounge area - no lighting so looked and felt a bit gloomy. Clean and covid secure.
Positive experience: The ladies only gym didn't have a fan or air con on a very hot day. It is however due to move locations to a new upgraded site next month
Negative experience: Lack of equipment!!! Rude staff!!! You have to pay for 1 year membership even if you move town. Asked them to change my plan they can't They can't do anything!!! WORST CLUB EVER!!!!!!!!!
Fantastic experience: Very good all round gym staff sound
Negative experience: Very dated interior and equipment, in need of their new waterworks extension. Very friendly staff though who was very happy to help
Fantastic experience: Great place, nice staff good facilities and about to be even better when the new place opens soon.
Fantastic experience: Because Gill works there
Positive experience: Not as well equipped as the newcastle-under-lyme gym
Fantastic experience: Best gym around
Fantastic experience: Love the the swim aerobics with shaun
Fantastic experience: Anita's class is fab
Fantastic experience: Nice relaxed atmosphere perfect for training and staff are uber friendly...highly recommended
Fantastic experience: Busy after 17:30 on Mondays. But it's worth the money.
