Positive experience: Value for money... shame the jacuzzi does not work though.....

Positive experience: Great gym for the price but unfortunately they got rid of the hot tube for the reduced cost. But there a free family swim on weekends 1pm- 5pm

Fantastic experience: I've recently signed up to this gym just for the swimming pool. Its the best pool around barrow and the changing rooms are nice and clean. Lovely staff as well

Negative experience: The pool goes from Luke warm to freezing and you can complain but it’s not listened too

Fantastic experience: Really good gym, lots of good equipment and activities. All the staff are friendly and spot on.

Negative experience: Be careful when you sign on for any 12 month deal as they e just taken another months payment off me!! When I e phoned they said that you have to email them to stop the payment ... my argument is 12 months is 12 months contract not a rolling contract as they're telling me!!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour especially as there's so many gyms around now who don't try to con you!!'

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and friendly, polite staff. Good value for money and equipment is well maintained and plentiful.

Negative experience: I've been going to the gym for a while and find some managers are rude, especially the tall blonde one.

Negative experience: I had cancelled a payment and explained I was autistic I only wanted a month pass however they had told me it was only a month pass and had me sign it and it turned out to be a 12month long thing they have done everything to stop me cancelling this and when I have phoned several times saying I can't afford to do the 12month I had only payed for a month they say there speaking to the manager and to call back this is now become in overwhelming for my mental health issues as they have tryed to take advantage now several times and they are now sending threats of courts and detcollections

Fantastic experience: I love this gym.♥️️ I'm so happy I came. The staff are all so nice aspecially Louise, she actually came outside to get me coz I was scared to go in and Join. I had bad anxiety I was outside in my car in the car park about to drive off crying my eyes out coz I bottled it. but Louise came outside to help me with that she got me, talked me into it, and made me a brew to calm my nerves and I feel so good forit. I'm so grateful she did I've even got my friend on to it and he's joined aswell. So thanks so much. From Paula x

Positive experience: Paying lots money for gym Lots of machines all the time is broken not to use The fitness mat is dirty stain of sweets I'm really surprised that many years really not been changed much there part from bikes! And staff

Negative experience: Web site states open till 10pm arrived at 8pm to find it closed. Why can't you update your website to show this??.

Fantastic experience: Really great place to relax , sauna great quality, steam room great quality, didn't swim can't comment on this, changing rooms are clean and fresh, the gym is more fitness and only few equipments available but this is a wellbeing club not the Gold Gym Customer service is absolutely fantastic , thank you guys for creating lovely atmosphere everytime I'm visiting you (sometimes twice a day)

Positive experience: I haven't had a membership but went in on a free pass and the pool was pretty good

Fantastic experience: Thankyou once again for pleasant experience last week as a guest.your facilities are most helpful in the recuperation of my health issues whilst on holiday again to barrow.sadly I don't have Nuffield in my area as would be most beneficial.don't have any locally with such facilities under one roof.it would be fantastic for my wellbeing if I did have.thankyou also for pleasant staff on all levels.

Negative experience: Overpriced at £25 for a one week pass while working in the area. Most of the equipment is dated and rowing machines are in desperate need of attention. (1 out of 4 actually working properly.) I will not be returning on my next shift, would rather find somewhere that wont charge the earth and actually looks after there machines.

Positive experience: Clean but small in terms of gym equipment range
