Positive experience: The hotel is located in a residential area tucked away. Great car parking Lovely decor and restaurant area Breakfast was very good Room was clean and comfortable but situated next to a fire door that banged it shut but the staff did try to close it more quietly after complaining about the door. I was looking forward to the spa facility but the pool was so cold and the jacuzzi was too cold to even sit in, apparently it’s normal to be that cold but I was so disappointed. Housekeepers were doing a great job Just felt like other staff were not as keen to promote the hotel and facilities. Food was very nice from the room menu and a good selection.

Negative experience: Tried so many times on different days to call them but they never answer! I wanted to join the gym and other occasions I wanted to book a massage. Goodness knows how many customers they lose to poor service. I just called again and no one answered!

Fantastic experience: Another hidden gem within Wolverhampton. Beautiful structure for a wedding with a bar, restaurant, gym, sauna , jacuzzi and an amazing spa with friendly staff for hotel guest and outside customers. Amazing experience for a girls weekend or classy event.

Positive experience: An average hotel reminding me a bit of Fawlty Towers. It would struggle to be 3 stars and a far way off 4 stars. Rooms not bad but cold and air con unit must not have been serviced in a good while because you could not leave on all not as too noisy. Breakfast was very poor. I ordered omelette one day and it was cremated. Staff were nice. Bit funny having a walk through metal detector at the entrance and security lounging in the hallways - something to do with pop up courts running in the hotel (not something you’d expect in a 4 star venue).

Negative experience: Things are there to use but no maintainance. Need a really deep cleaning and a routine checkups there is a poor lady who dose this all alone but still she cannot do it need more helping hands around. people are complaining regularly to admins but no effort taken

Negative experience: First time coming to the spa I had to wait in reception for 15 mins before anyone come then I was rudely spoke to by the receptionist meena second time coming I was denied entry by the rude receptionist and told I could not use the facilities when I asked why the witch said I am doing training and coughed towards if you are into scary witches come here otherwise stay clear sure I seen her flying off on broom stick when I left

Negative experience: Very disappointing . My husband booked us a spa day here , and we were told we could use the facilities from 10 to 3 . So we arrived at 10 , only to find out the pool , and jacuzzi was out of use and we couldn’t sit in the conservatory area either because that was out of use too . Our treatments were not until 1130 , so we ended up having stand around by a staircase until then , as the sauna and steam were working but they were rammed as all the members who were there were using them as no other facilities working . We had our treatments which were good and the ladies were very friendly except I had a manicure , and the polish that was used would not dry and they didn’t use anything to set it instead told me to go and wait in the conservatory until it was dry before using the pool etc . At this point it’s 1230 and we sat waiting for an hour for my polish to try but it was super thick and gloopy and I couldn’t go in the pool or they would be ruined . The pool was back in operation, freezing cold and full of members but still no jacuzzi working. At this point we hadn’t had anything to drink , we weren’t even offered one having our treatments , just were told there is fountains in the changing rooms , but there were no cups for these either so you’d have to put your mouth to them . No where to get a coffee or anything to eat in the facility we ended up leaving at 130 as we were starving and thirsty. Wouldn’t come again just felt like a waste of money , not a relaxing experience .

Fantastic experience: Wow! What an experience! Loved it from the minute we drove in. Very large car park. Very welcoming staff at reception. So many smiles and warmth from all the team. We had a treatment booked for us and I honestly can not fault the service delivered by Helen. Absolutely lovely person and so nice and gentle. Full of knowledge and lots of friendly tips. I highly would recommend Helen if your booking any treatments. She is full of knowledge and certainly you can see the years of experience in her. The place was very clean and tidy and the guest around were very polite and nice. Ooh you get free tea and coffee. It's unlimited too. ☺ We enjoyed our time and can not fault anything. Coming back again very soon.

Negative experience: So far shocking. I got an email about my reservation day before yesterday to tell me I needed to turn up half an hour earlier for my appointment, my friend’s appointment would no longer be with my own and instead forty five minutes after and the spa had no water ‍ So water got fixed at least, which means we can still go tomorrow but now just can’t contact their phone number to ask for a better arrangement as turning up half an hour before my friend and being separated like that is not what we booked at all. As I took the day off work for it I can’t reorganise and just feels like there was a lack of care in their email. (Will update after appointment, but be careful when booking as their change in appointments like this is pretty shocking).

Positive experience: Great spa facilities

Positive experience: The standard room was great and the bed was comfy. The location is nice as well. However they had loud parties until early in the morning which kept me up as I tried to sleep. Their pool had mold on some of the sides. The sauna and the steam room were tiny. Only enough for two people at once. The restaurant was unwelcoming and lacklustre. I really dont think its worth the price...

Fantastic experience: Used buyagift to get a back massage and use the pool beforehand. The pool is small but there's jacuzzi and sauna, very calming. The massage was beautiful and well needed due to my chronic pain. I've come out having no pain for the first time in probably years.

Negative experience: A little disappointed, a gym member, go there once a week, the steam room the timer switch was faulty so was working intermittently, boiler was down on this occasion no hot showers or jacuzzi. I've mentioned previously to them about the changing room refurbishment there are no hooks to put your towel when showering, you have to use the window levers . Listen to the customer but they just don't.

Negative experience: Always problems with facilities and services. You can never get in to the pool so small only 3 people can swim at anytime .

Positive experience: Lovely atmoshere especially when it's quiet. Love sauna, steam room , jacuzzi and pool.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly well presented welcoming staff, had a lovely massage, and used the sauna, pool and steam room, at the moment it's a bit of a building site, as they are having renervasions work done, but don't let that put you of, as I will be going back very soon

Becky was very attentive and friendly and did such a good job taking care of me. The changing rooms and pool area were really chill and clean. Very happy with the experience!

Negative experience: We booked this hotel and spa for a 60th birthday party...The room we were given was nothing like advertised on their website..Very dreary bare very unwelcoming..NO nice duvet on bed and only 2 flat pillows that had seem better days...The electric blew in the room so had to sit in darkness for almost an hour having just come back from spa..We sat in wet bathers in darkness and cold room while manager tried to arrange another room for us.we were told that we could be moved to another room but this meant we would be split from our party across other side of hotel..At this point we all had had enough so asked for a refund..we were told no at first but manager than rang some outside influence who agreed we could have a full refund... Our visit to the spa was an eye opener.small pool that looked dirty on the bottom, jacuzzi that was cold..Sauna was broken but we wasn't told about this prior to booking..steam room was dark and dismal..No chairs or beds around pool area to relax..There was a lean too on the spa area which was freezing cold and after dark we sat in darkness as there wasn't even any lightening in it..We sat on hard ratten beds that were so uncomfortable..The robes and towels we were given could stand up on their own they were so hard and stiff and stank..The changing area was dirty and stank..The tea coffee machine in spa was broken was couldn't get a drink...It was just awful... The grounds around the hotel were scruffy and unkempt...Tables and chairs outside were very dated and in disarray..No where nice to sit outside and relax.. With everything we experienced we were just glad that we got our £520 back ..That's the only thing that went right is that we got our refund..Dreadful experience and extremely stressful...Would not recommend this place to anyone..

Positive experience: Brilliant massage experience, but the changing rooms were freezing cold. No heating whatsoever. The staff were pleasant though. I've been going here for my birthday treat for many years, but this year was the worst. We stayed 10-330pm day spa experience. But there was no food (lunch) to purchase as the hotel was being used as a court. So we had a late lunch at the #Bluebrick at 4pm. Because we were so hungry all day the spa experience wasn't the best.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COST. The booking online with their third party company SPASEEKERS.COM went smoothly and they took my money for £160.00 for a Rejuvenation Spa day at PARK HALL HOTEL AND SPA WOLVERHAMPTON. I received the necessary booking emails. I got up at 8am to be there on time for 10am. As soon as i got there the girl behind the counter at reception who was heavily made up asked for my booking. I showed her my booking and she checked on the computer. She looked up with a blank emotionless face "we have no booking for you and there is no availability for you today to have a spa" I was shocked then upset when the realisation dawned on me that they had messed up. She proceeded to say that they had not received my booking from SPASEEKERS via email and she also asked if i had received a confirmation courtesy call from PARK HALL SPA . The lack of professionalism and lack of customer service was diabolical. The lack of care and consideration was very hurtful and cutting. She basically said they can not do anything for me. I had driven all that way, paid 160.00 for what I presume was a professional service and then got turned away. Zero apology, no managers was consulted or alternative days offered for a spa, no compensation for my time wasted. I would most probably turn it down anyway. I just wanted a refund by this stage. I called Spa seekers and it took 30 mins to even speak to anyone. The woman on the call said they did email PARK HALL SPA my booking details and they don't know why they have not received it and put it down to human error. She said she will refund my £160.00 within 5 working days. I am still waiting for my money. I was so disappointed and upset because I had been looking forward to a relaxing day. The knots in my back had knots. I had to go back home massage less and more stressed than I left out. It was a nightmare experience. My Partner,s advice was if your going to book through a third party then check with the company that your having your service with that they have your booking directly. Its never a good idea to leave it to these in-experienced, inconsiderate and unprofessional people that half the time don't know what they are doing anyway.

Negative experience: I came here for the spa and facilities as a group. I had booked an annual leave day off just to come, I wished I stayed at work. Firstly, the chill room was small and tacky. Everyone was squashed. It took 30 min for the staff to take us to where we was meant to be. They were slow and I Had to go down to find the staff. The changing rooms were cramped and felt like swimming centre. There was many women getting changed which made it extremely cramped. There were gaps in the walls making it look old and dirty. There was only two toilets. The robes that were given were ripped. Jacuzzi was cold. Swimming pool was cold and too deep. I am 5’3 and I couldn’t fit into the pool. One of the girls out of our group had cut her foot as the tiles in pool were cracked and missing. The sauna room was closed. Which was inconvenient as we came to use the facilities. There was random men walking around doing building work and staring. A spa is meant to facilitate hot drinks. The coffee machine was place under stairs which was dirty. There was no sugar or milk. The coffee was disgusting. I walked outside up to the main centre where the bar was. I was told the bar was closed, which was extremely inconvenient as we were all extremely hungry. I have no words. This is not a spa day and is not worth the money, if I didn’t have a massage booked, I would have gone home. There was no manager to speak to, so my complaint was only written on a sheet, I doubt they will get back to me with a solution. This spa ruined my sister’s birthday. I met another women who felt the exact same way, her birthday was ruined too, all because of a bad spa experience. Pls pls avoid. Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t even deserve one star. I have no idea why it is still open, when there are so many complaints!

Negative experience: My mum and I spent about £70 (on an discount!!) to visit the spa for an hour and have a facial. We were given no warning that the steam room and the sauna were closed, as well as the lounging area by the pool. The pool was very small and had a cold jacuzzi attached, and there was building work going on right outside. The changing room was cold and wet, and had gaping holes in the ceiling where lights or fans should be. Despite all this, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facial was also nice and included a mini head and shoulder massage. Just don't bother with the "spa" itself!!

Positive experience: I went to this spa place with a groupon voucher and found the staff very helpful. I had a half hour massage by 'Bobbi' and it was one of the best massages ever. I would throughly recommend spa treatments here.

Negative experience: They had a nightclub vibe set up outside the rooms. Started at 6pm and finished about 4am Lazers. Smoke machines. Dirty base music. Lights going on untill 4am Staff are laid back and bored of their jobs. So they cba Spa is basic and suna doesn't work. Hot tub is cold. No private changing facilities.

Positive experience: + Stayed at the hotel at end of the week and used this health centre. + Pool and steam room was excellent - sadly sauna was out of bounds. + Nice friendly staff on reception. + Welcoming and friendly people using the facilities were chatty :) - Mens changing rooms smelled of sewage and the changing rooms felt dirty. Positive experience: I had a deep tissue massage performed by Bobbi. The massage pushed out lots of knots and felt like it was done very professionally. The room was very tranquil. This treatment was done just before the second lockdown and they made sure that restrictions were obeyed and clients were distancing safely. I would definitely recommend this place.

Negative experience: This is not a health center, this is a place where you can get sick. Too dirty is even nasty.This is not serious. People pay a lot of money. Just find a cleaning company. I guarantee there will be more customers.

I was told someone would call me, nobody did. Don't waste your money, no interest in you, once they have their sale. Place is tired and dirty nothing like the pictures. I note they only reply to positive reviews.

Negative experience: Excellent treatment however the whole place needs a revamp, very dirty place. Didn’t see any cleaners, the place looked liked it had never been swept or mopped, very small pool and unwelcoming, wouldn’t go back again. Changing rooms dirty and unkept.

Positive experience: My wife and I went to The Spa at The Ramada Health Club. The Spa is housed in a separate building just away from the Hotel. The Spa contains the usual items you would expect, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Swimming Pool, and an area with some relaxing beds in an air-conditioned room separated from the pool area by glass panels we used all of these and they were of a *good standard, it also has a Gym (but we didn't visit this) * one niggle, one of the pool-side showers didn't control correctly and only produce very hot water. The changing room areas have showers, toilets, sinks and of which were clean and of a good standard. While at the Spa I had a deep shoulders and back Massage and my wife had a Facial. The girls who carried out our treatments were very good and we were both pleased with the quality of the treatments, the staff including the Receptionist (Katie) were all very welcoming and friendly.

Negative experience: I had 2 treatments which i didnt enjoyed. The place was very quiet because it was a Sunday. I wouldn't return.
