Positive experience: It's a bit hard to found if you don't know where it is. We went for a birthday party the bouncy castle was nice, room enough for the kids play, the only thing I didn't like was the temperature there is absolutely roasting.

Fantastic experience: Took Grand daughter to trampolining. Well set up, excellent instructors.

Negative experience: My child came out from the pool with his lips bluish and shaking, me aswell. It s freezing inside and the water is very cold! I won't be back there again!

Negative experience: I booked and prepaid to go swimming. The female changing room was absolutely full of teenage boys . I didn't want to get changed in front of the.. nor see them changing I left without a refund

I know Dani and Elliot are 2 names, everyone talks to me with respect, we drive a bit to come here as they are really supportive. The sports development lady Holly is brilliant too.

Positive experience: This is a lovely pool. Access is strange, through the school, but plenty of parking available. The building is fairly old and the changing rooms are dated. Pool is clean and cool for swimming. Great for children's pool parties too.

Positive experience: Only go for grandsons swimming lesson. Changing room very smelly despite refurbishment.

Positive experience: Pretty good leisure centre and lots of parking but the heat in the gym halls isnt nice

Positive experience: Lovely kids animal interaction session for half term fun. Reasonable prices etc but such a waste of leisure considering not even half the building is in use.. Period!!! No cafe exist anymore.

Negative experience: The pool water is too cold, especially as I'm immuno suppressed. The changing rooms even though they have just been newly decorated seem to lack heating. The pool roof needs to be completely torn down as it's really untidy and needs replacing. Still under covid restrictions, don't know why as Wales is now at alert 0 which means you need to be pre-dressed into swimming gear.

Positive experience: Play 5 aside footy there every Friday. Staff are great. Sports hall has gotten shorter due to storage use. Though most of us are struggling to keep up in full sized halls nowadays.

Negative experience: Totally disgusted with the telephone, non service, from this centre, after being connected to an answer machine, and being told to press number 5 for an operators waited 11minutes and 45 seconds, listening to some really annoying music, and still no connections it any wonder, why the leisure centre is not doing well, when its first point of call, cannot offer,a potential customer, any service, at all, very very annoying.

Fantastic experience: It's my school pe thing

Positive experience: Showers smell like wet dog, changing rooms are freezing, lockers don't work. The pool is actually decent and the staff are the best thing about fairwater. But who decided to put a leisure centre behind a school with terrible access?

Negative experience: I register my daughter in november for swimming lessons with an instructor but they made a mistake and put her in the wrong class(where an adult had to go inside with her but i didn t accept) so i wait until february for new sesion to start and they put her again in the wrong classso i wait 3 months and they made same mistake

Positive experience: We had room to ourselves for over an hour. Kids loved it and I had a workout (even though I wasn't aware of it at the time!) Lol Good value for money.

Positive experience: Rediculous there are no lockers too put away any valuables I think its wrong hate the idea of changing in front of everyone too with only having one or two cubicles its not on sort it out also when u have more than one child with u u need too keep them all safe its best too change before going there so u don't have any runners lol also not on kids different ages cant go swimming as a family if there's only one adult and kids are under eights and they dont tell u this u find out after you paid disgusting place needs total revamp

Negative experience: Not the best leisure centre. Gym is tiny, pools ok, a little small and crowded. Slimming lessons are done well for kids and parkings good.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has swimming lessons her. She has done amazing. May other daughter has had a birthday party here. Great price. Great staff. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Place is a bit tired and the directions to the toilets point you away from them and take you on a long walk to end up, one flight of stairs above the original sign - stupid.

Fantastic experience: Been here for life saving, swimming and karate hundreds of times, always quiet and clean. The rooms can get pretty cold in the winter however, swimming is cheap and fun.

Fantastic experience: Used the function room for a 2nd birthday party. They provided a large bouncy castle, loads of softplay stuff, scooters seesaw s, tables and chairs for the Buffett (we brought our own food). Felt like I really got my money's worth, staff were happy and friendly, and the kids had a whale of a time. Will absolutely use them for future partys
