Fantastic experience: For me personally I enjoy this gym. It’s not at intimidating. The staff are kind helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Love the place. Friendly, clean, Pool warm. Not bad on price.

Negative experience: It's place not for training as gym missing lots of machines in,dumbbells missing too,they start by 12 pounds lol,and shower without doors, no respect for intimacy,time system of pick don't allowed u to come on weekend just for swimming only.

Negative experience: I rejoined after a seven year absence to find nothing has changed except the opening hours reduced and the pool spends most of its time being a children’s swimming club with no reserved time for adults only swim. Two stars because sometimes it’s a peaceful place to exercise, that’s all.

Fantastic experience: The pool is a lovely size for relaxed swimming. Never seems to be too packed which is great and the staff and other members are really friendly. Plenty of parking, all very stress free. I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: Very expensive for what is a very poor quality gym. Small pool with not catered at all to children, changing rooms kept freezing cold and very very bare (literally only one small bench!) with no doors and the gym area itself is very small and windowless. Staff if courteous but not very prompt or professional.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym , with friendly staff and clean facilities new sauna installed. Perfect place for a nice quiet work out

Negative experience: Not the best gym changing rooms smell of urine, and not pleasant environment, not great showers only last 30 seconds in the shower until you have to reset the shower again sanuas sometimes out of order, and the juzzuiz is sometimes out of the order too, peak times 3 times a week you can't relax as there are screaming kids! Glad I left for a better quality gym. And not going back to renew my contract

Fantastic experience: Great work out and swim, staff attentive and informative. I haven't joined yet but plan on as good price.

Fantastic experience: good value for money and not very busy during off peak times.

Positive experience: When it's open this is a great little gym and pool. The children love the pool as it is generally quiet. Only downside is that it seems to be suddenly closed without reason.

Positive experience: Good gym that is quiet, split into 2 rooms. One is cardio and the other is weights. The pool is more of a relaxing place than for exercise as it's not long enough to get laps in. Was warm though and had a nice atmosphere. Cons: :The steam room wasn't working though and the sauna was not very hot. The changing rooms are also very basic.
