Negative experience: Equipment is basic and Treadmills are borderline dangerous. Water bottle falls off the treadmill if moving above jogging pace.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and always fun in soft play with children.

Negative experience: I would suggest you take your children to other soft plays in the area. Parklands in Oadby or Meridian are fully recommended. Unfortunately my son broke his ankle during the soft play time, at Enderby leisure centre last weekend. Although this was an entire accident, it was the staffs lack of care and empathy which has us astounded. My partner was at the soft play with my six year old son and 1 year old daughter when the incident occurred. No staff member offered any help or assistance, no details were taken and it was left to other parents to check on how he was coping. When my partner was leaving the soft play area, to take my son to A&E, she had to carry our one year old daughter, our daughters bags, whilst also trying and help my son hop to our vehicle. The staff had to be asked to open the wider electronic gate at the front entrance, in which they pressed the button from behind their desk, but not one got up to offer any help or assist. The following day, we called the manager that was on shift during the incident, and we received a range of excuses, that the staff were not aware of this incident happening, despite this being reported at the same time we requested an ice pack, along with the staff witnessing my partner struggling to get out of the building. She made an attempt of an apology by stating “perhaps we could have done more” and “we should have took details, can I have them now” with being promised, that she or her manager would call us back the following day. It has been 5 days following this promise and we are still to receive a call.

Fantastic experience: Excellent centre for facilities and staff . Nothing to much bother . can't see why people would go anywhere else to be honest.ive done john Lloyds Hiltons for more money in Leicester and nothing compares to enderby for socializing and work outs everybody is just friendly and willing to help I haven't come across 1 gym bunny with an ego since I've been there.ONLY CENTRE FOR ME

Negative experience: The swim lessons sizes are too big and unsafe. In the stage one group there was always between 9-12 swimmers with one teacher and one assistant. There was often one or two upset children who would not get in so the assistant would be solely with these children leaving the main teacher to care for 10 children. The STA recommends a 1:6 ratio. During the lesson I witnessed a child go under the water and it took far too long for her to be pulled up. Following this incident I discontinued the lessons as it was far too unsafe

Fantastic experience: Had a our daughters birthday in the soft play area. Kids loved it, adults can chill and the staff member that was working by himself was brilliant and very attentive, couldn't do enough for us.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to use a gym for the first time and need a PT, I highly recommend Lucy. The time she takes with each client being sure to tailor to there bodies needs is amazing. Full of energy and crouching in to all sorts of positions to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. She loves what she does and it shows, always there with a smile that brightens and picks you up even when you want to be in the foetal position on the floor. She really is amazing. @lucypollardpt

Positive experience: Decent facilities but way too busy for me. Access is poor just past a school and could do with more parking. Pool is too shallow at the shallow end. May be my poor technique but didn't have that problem at other pools..

Negative experience: Soft play looks nice however they let more children and adults than would be safe for children to play in. This is telling by the lack of seats and tables and people not having anywhere to sit. The young child area is lethal as large kids run and jump through it as staff are almost non existent bar the one person selling junk food by the door. Why does it take paying customers to police the small child area for you?

Negative experience: Gone money grabbing. Cannot purchase gym membership alone, so much too expensive. Used to have exercise classes only membership, but cancelled it as the classes were always fully booked. It was much better 20 years ago, before they reduced the number of classes, didn't have to book, unlimited numbers allowed for classes in the big sports hall and it was cheap just to pay for exercise classes membership only. They like membership direct debits but do not have the capacity for the number of members

Positive experience: Love this gym ! Really reasonable excellent facilities and spa .and always clean . However , The receptionist with white short hair is the rudest person I have ever come across . Has no manners how to talk , sometimes would ignore you . And it’s not me but everyone at the gym is complaining about her . I don’t understand how she is still there .

Fantastic experience: They have a really good system in place for kids swimming lessons so it's not over crowded all at once, making the absolute hell on earth that is taking your kids swimming more bearable!

Negative experience: Don't trust the staff when booking a public swimming session, the morons definitely need some training on how to use the system and customer service.

Negative experience: Horrific gym! Cardio room is OK but in the weights room it's ridiculously busy, out of the 30/40 machines/benches 90% of them are rotationallly taken. Constant staring and intimidation can be felt, staff nowhere to be seen. The weight/height machine in the corridor has been out of use for 2 months after quizing the manager and about 6 heated phonecalls it finally works. However it's too late, I've found a tenfold better gym and at half the price!

Negative experience: Changing rooms and showers are vile. Overall cleanliness is terrible. This is why everyone active will never be on the same level as David Lloyd.

Fantastic experience: The staff is so polite and helpful. The gym atmosphere is so friendly. Good mixture of machines. I always like coming back to this gym.

Negative experience: Worst gym I have used in 20 years. Equipment all modern but ridiculously busy everyday. Have clearly went for sales over space. Also no basic gym etiquette enforced. Weights are scattered everywhere so you will spend half your workout looking for the roght ones. Only two power racks for a gym this busy is just plain stupid.constantly waiting. Could be improved greatly with a bit more enforcement from staff but never once even seen them in the gu.

Negative experience: As this is my nearest leisure centre I wanted to take up swimming again. Rang early in the morning phone lines don't open until 7 even though stated that leisure centre is open at 6.30.Seems you can no longer book just a swim membership very disappointed

Positive experience: Over recent months all staff have achieved excellant standard of customer communication and interaction. If member regular emails very good with encouragement for exercise. Some personal trainers will come and chat which gives a supportive and inclusive feel. Coffee staff almost feel like friends and chatty and remember order!!

Negative experience: My Wife and her friend are regular visitors and after a session in the gym they like to use the steam room and then the jacuzzi . Unfortunately what should be a relaxing experience it is spoil't by young men acting like football hooligans,shouting ,throwing ice at each other and making nuisance of them selves.On some occasions my Wife and her friend feel so intimidated they leave. I think the management should ensure that this type of behavior will not be tolerated

Positive experience: I can't comment on all the facilities offered as I've only visited the gym. Staff were friendly and helpful, all the equipment is clean and well maintained and it feels like quite a modern gym. Plenty of options of machines or free weights, and space for stretching or other activities. Gets VERY busy from 4pm to about 6:30pm, to the extent it's impossible to get a parking space.

Negative experience: Terrible service in cafe today had to wait 12minutes for a couple of coffee's only 1 serving doing reception and cafe ☹☹

Negative experience: My daughter has been having swimming lessons there since October. Her first class (stage 2) Most of the time had 2 swim teachers, unfortunately they both spent the majority of the half hour with one child who needed extra help whilst the rest of the swimmers waited around doing nothing. I was so pleased when she moved classes 2 weeks ago, thinking this would be better. Now in stage 3. Unfortunately there is a small child who refuses to join in with the lesson and takes up a lot.....and I mean A LOT of the swim teachers attention. Hence I am now looking for an alternative.

Negative experience: Shuts the spa early, gym equipment damaged, since covid opening times are reduced and still reduced.. was charged £45 a month but new members charged £30. Kids allowed to enter the gym and and mess around on gym equipment, not a clue what they are doing yet the staff will gladly walk past and leave them to do what ever they want on the equipment. Some of them are using the equipment that wrong I’m surprised they haven’t caused serious damage! When I’ve bought this to someone’s attention the response was well that’s our junior times, they are allowed in between 3-5 but didn’t seem to be concerned that the equipment wasn’t being used correctly/damaged and causing serious harm to Themselves. Overall, it’s a 1 from me.. staff not overly concerned and it’s going back to the dive it used to be years ago before it’s revamp.

Negative experience: Got to say, the quality of child swimming lessons have gone downhill massively. This is primarily what we use it for. They seem happy to put profit before the welfare and progress of the kids by cramming as many as possible into a single lane lesson. Really poor. My son was going backwards.He was averaging about 4 widths of the pool in a 30 minute lesson due to there being too many children booked on. No one seemed bothered when I wanted to discuss it. A real lack of care and focus towards the progression to the next level caused by poor management of extremely young staff.

Negative experience: Booked for the family the previous weekend, I was told all was good by the young lad he also told me it would be OK to pay on the day. Rang today to cancel 3 family members who could not make it so they could use the slots for someone else. I was told my booking was not made, guy had told me all was good the previous weekend. Apparently he rang me 3 times which he didn't poor service, no communication wouldn't use them again No swim for the kids this weekend then.

Fantastic experience: My first time back using this gym after moving nearer to another Everyone Active site - I must say it is worth the extra 10 minute drive. The gym facilities are spacious, clean and well organised. I like the clear sectioning within the space (which is large compared to the Wigston or Oadby sites). Though I didn't attend at peak times, there was enough equipment so one didn't have to wait to long; if at all, to use a particular exercise machine. With duplicates of even the normally rarer machines. I will certainly be using Enderby again, when time permits.

Negative experience: If you like hanging out with Gypsies shaving in the toilet this is place for you!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for four years, and its a great gym, it gets a little busy in peak periods but has plenty equipment to accommodate for the results you are after. The referb last year was a welcome upgrade, bringing new equipment to the gym and class areas along with upgrades to the changing facilities and a brand new spa where the squash courts used to be.

Negative experience: This place is rapidly going down hill. Suppose to have a 1/2 hour swimming lesson, 23 minutes or so and when you comment to the staff you get attitude. Too many children in the swimming class. Very haphazard covid safety measures.

Negative experience: Used to have childs swimming lessons here. Firstly the "new pool" was totally chaotic, forcing parents to walk shower area to drop kids off then back around turnstiles to view area..completely useless the changing rooms are truly filthy, we had 8am classes so there was no excuse for dirty floors and used plasters all.over the place. Then the lessons started to get slack, chnages of teachers regularly and teachers spent more time.cchatting amongst themselves than teaching. Then covid struck. Everyone active didn't get in touch or do anything to say they wouldn't be taking any further direct debits, I had to cancel it myself or they'd have helped themselves to the funds. I also emailed them but 5months later they've never bothered to respond. Shocking customer service and as such we won't be returning!

Positive experience: Really dissapointed in the taking of socks and shoes idea to walk over the dirty mat and some people walk in without taking them of ..Bring back the shoe pods we pay for the swimming lessons .

Positive experience: They've been closed for over a month to improve the swimming pool. No improvements have been made that I can see. You now have to walk through the shower area fully clothed to take your kids swimming. What a brilliant idea that was by someone. Complete waste of money. You now have to go back through the turnstiles to go to the viewing area. Utter shambles !

Positive experience: My sister bought me a membership for Christmas as we flew in from Australia to see family on the 19th December. She purchased it in October , they activated November 26 and ceased in Dec 26. I have had to explain every time I went to the gym ( 5 times on 14 days ) that they had made a mistake, showing my Aussie driving license, showing my plane tickets and my sisters receipt. They promised to call , but no one did. The most I got was “ Sorr-eh, the computer doesn’t stay this”. It really reminded me of Little Britain. One morning they hadn’t even opened at 7am and the poor lifeguard was outside in his shorts, freezing. Such a shame that poor customer service , let’s down a wonderful investment, in what is a first glass gym.

Positive experience: Clean and relatively large leisure centre with plenty of facilities and friendly staff. The gym is big and has a good amount of equipment.

Fantastic experience: This branch is very clean. The staff members are very welcoming and friendly. Variety of activity classes are available that run regularly by professional and friendly fitness instructors. The gym has an ample amount of fitness equipments to choose from without waiting for your turn. They have great indoor swimming pool and changing room facility. The app is amazing too to book all your classes from your smart phone. In short, Everyone Active, Enderby branch caters for people of all age group.

Fantastic experience: Prices are reasonable for Badmington compared the city run leisure centres and most weeks we can get the time we want .Parking is free and easy .The courts and general reception area are always clean and tidy and I would give 10/10 for the reception staff for good polite ,professional customer service. If I was to try and find a negative it would be it can be distracting playing Badmington next to classes that have blaring loud music .

Everything is old, the equipment the doors, the windows, the floors, the running machine, the rowing machine, everything, everything has seen better days. The fitness equipment just sucks, I think it's 20 years old technology, being old is not the worst part, but being very poor maintained is. Rust everywhere, wobbly equipment, just bad. The air in the gym smells bad... It desperately needs a refurb.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant leisure centre with lots of facilities. We used the swimming pool and the changing facilities were excellent, though the baby pool was colder than the main pool at the time we visited which limited the time our babies could tolerate the water. Friendly staff and a well maintained and clean centre.
