Fantastic experience: Great Sports Centre. Badminton Courts in very good condition.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic kid’s birthday party package with bouncy castle and a really helpful party host who was great with the children.

Positive experience: A decent local place but for sake of warning people, no male showers (or alternate disabled showers). Interesting to know how long they have been under maintenance but if you are coming from far away be warned.

Negative experience: The actual hall is OK and the staff are friendly and welcoming. However, there hasn't been any showering facilities for many months. Staff don't seem overly worried about the situation. Don't get the feeling that anyone is chasing to get them back. Been told that rhey are being refurbed later in the year. I'll believe it when I see it.

Fantastic experience: It is our local sports centre. It is also a great place for children's parties!

Negative experience: Courts are good, but I am so sorry to say that the behaviour from the staff are not at all good. They swapped the court we booked with other team without informing us. Lights are not working properly, all these incidents puts pressure on the players coming here.

Negative experience: Courts are nice and very good parking facility, thanks for that. Some staff shows bad attitude towards few of us many time, felt like rules are not same for all.

Positive experience: Allow enough time for parking due to narrow parking spaces specifically during busy times.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and trainers. It's small and only opens evenings and weekends, but I've made a lot of good friends there.

Positive experience: Nice unpretentious sports centre. Good for squash and badminton. The only downside is the changing rooms are too hot and you can"t cool down after a game of squash. Just turn off the heating. It's not needed.

Positive experience: Cosy and tranquil aren't usually the words one would associate with a gym but that's what this felt like. Safe parking, functional gym equipment and friendly staff.

Positive experience: Enjoyed playing squash here. Nice and friendly staff at the reception. Easy online booking process. Cost of playing squash higher than in my regular place though! Squash courts have scope to be improved.

Negative experience: Only use it for squash every weekend. Since the prices went up 50% I've had nothing but trouble. The lights not switched on, doors still locked even had a karate class on the court i booked the week before. Then when you ask your made to feel its all too much trouble. yesterday 8th Sept i was told i was on court three then when i went back to ask for the doors to be unlocked i was told no i'm on court when there was someone already on there. And why when you book on line do you have to select which country i am booking from.

Fantastic experience: Can only review the Circuit Training class , but from what I've seen it's excellent, after 1 hour I feel like I've just come off SAS who dares wins, so it's pretty good. Staff are also really helpful and friendly.

Positive experience: Closes at random times every day - almost whenever they feel like. Struggle a lot to get bookings in as they chose to close instead

Positive experience: When we gave up on Riverside's appalling booking policies Dove dales always seams to have reasonable availability. Lighting could be improved and shouty karate kids told to keep it down, you are sharing a facility, have some respect for other users.
