Fantastic experience: Lovely gym and studios and staff always friendly! :)

Negative experience: When I started to video just my son swimming, a Spanish woman began yelling at me. I apologised for not knowing the rules of the swimming area, but she was already furious and angry.Since this place is primarily run by very young people, no one stepped in to stop the crazy and aggressive person who was close to hit me; they were only watching what was occurring! Because there are no adequate security measures in place, anything can happen here.

Negative experience: My rate is 1 star due to hygiene standards. I did multiple comments to the reception saying that people keep going to the pool area with the shoes . Seems nobody care about that and there is no control

Negative experience: Disabled changing places in the leisure centre was absolutely disgusting. Hoist didn't work, half the bed was missing, poo on the bed, smelt disgusting, the room was dirty and smelly. The staff was rude and didn't seem to want to know

Fantastic experience: One of the best sports centres, very caring and kind staff especially ileap charity members.

Negative experience: Toilet roll only available in two cubicles and no soap at all. Told staff and nothing was done - came back a few hours later on our way home and still no toilet roll or soap!

Negative experience: Lovely facilities and pool however the membership cancellation fee is a absolute scam. I'd understand if there was a wait list but to be charged £4 when the class isn't even half booked and I cancelled 3.5h in advance is a joke.

Fantastic experience: Went to pursue my interest in Les Mills classes, in this case Body Pump. Staff are very friendly and the BP instructor was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed myself and will definitely be back.️‍♀️️‍♀️️‍♀️️‍♂️️‍♂️

Positive experience: A well maintained, well equipped leisure centre run by Everyone Active. Plenty of parking at the Riverside car park next to the site. Two pools, regular and kids. Exercise studios look good. Can't speak for the gym/weights room.

Fantastic experience: The leisure center is big with a big car parking. You can get a day pass for the gym and swimming pool. The center is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Came for a day gym pass. The gym is clean and tidy with good equipment. The free weights sector could be more spacious where the benches are. The town center 15 minutes walk away.

Negative experience: For starters Prices have gone up. Tried to extend parking 7 times via ringo amd kept failing but charging my account. Disgusting service people should park elsewhere now or just dont go to stratford anymore.

Negative experience: Went to the lorry and bus park for overnight parking had 2 vans and they want £22 each for overnight parking are you kidding me? Last time I was here was £8 per night and if you arrived after 8pm and if there was space only £2 no wonder the place was empty used to be full regularly the town must be losing out every night by others going elsewhere I used to stop regularly at the leisure centre carpark & go into town for a meal and a couple of beers no longer be stopping here such a shame greedy carpark owners!!

Fantastic experience: Great centre with lots of facilities for all fitness levels. It's clean and well looked after with staff that are helpful.

Negative experience: The service is subpar, the staff don't even put up badminton nets on time. the toilets are always closed in the evenings. Honestly I think the staff here are lazy

Positive experience: Uma academia mediana porém muito tenho muitos usuários chega a ponto de ter que marcar horário para usar simplesmente o que por si só torna o local para mim bem desagradável e restrito pois você não consegue relaxar ainda em relação a piscina se você quiser ficar na maior para fazer natação você vai ter que dividir a raia com 6 ou 7 pessoas o que é bastante desagradável prefiro o meu conforto minha paz e ter meu espaço

Positive experience: Positive: Excelent swimmingpool, warm and clean water, enough lookers and showers.nice dry and wet sauna. Negative: No any space, chair, or sunbed to drop the towel when we were in the swimming pool.

Negative experience: Absolutely no idea how to use the website or app. Its appalling and been like it for years

Negative experience: Unhelpful staff. Both male and female toilets were disgusting, paper all over the floor, wash basins full of water and this is at 10.30a.m Told by the staff on reception there was no cleaning staff in today, however there was a woman standing directly behind him doing nothing. Not a good advert for a local public leisure centre. Maybe the staff organiser needs to wake up and ensure there is adequate staffing. Needs to be sorted out

Negative experience: The website is very poor. Lots of information you need is omitted or not made clear. I was trying to get my children some swimming lessons and all I wanted to know was the cost, they make it nearly impossible to find out, only stating £29 per month?! For how many sessions? No idea, simply says 30 mins. Prices are unaffordable and they spend a fortune on marketing with no mention of the price on the leaflets.

Negative experience: I have had the phone put down on me over 5 times now! I’m here on my holidays with my children, was told to call and book a slot when we got here as they were unable to book it last week which I was fine with, I wouldn’t have bothered if I’d have known how bad your receptionist is at answering phones my daughter is really upset!

Negative experience: So rude never again lady in reception shouldn't work ! How you can be that rude ....!!! Never again swiming lessons first they have to finde teachers!!! I do not recommend to anyone terrible place and staff

Negative experience: Never come back to Heathrow airport?! I have membership I’m coming to gyms 2 gate I don’t no its gym o airport?! And I have 4 day membership first gate open second one never open im waiting for 10 minutes after staff coming….?!!!!!

Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the consistent poor service and potential discrimination at this fitness centre. This is the third time I've experienced such unpleasant incidents, compelling me to write this review. The first incident involved a discrepancy in service fees. My husband (a Caucasian) and I moved from Warwick to Stradford and registered at the gym at the same time. Despite this, I was charged a higher service fee. When we asked for an explanation, we were met with silence. The only discernible difference between us is our racial background, which leads to concerning implications. Secondly, there was a refurbishment at the sports centre a few months ago. While my husband was notified in advance, I was left uninformed. Imagine the inconvenience had I arrived unaware that the facility was under construction. The third incident happened today when a vending machine at the gym charged me for a milkshake it never dispensed. When I sought help, the receptionist at the coffee station reacted negatively, rolling her eyes and appearing agitated for no apparent reason. She reluctantly followed me upstairs but insisted on a receipt that wasn't immediately available due to a delay on my Barclays app. Despite my suggestion to check the CCTV, she dodged the request, implying that I had misused the machine – an unlikely scenario considering my daily usage of it. I strongly suspect her attitude would have been different if I were a different race. This incident, coupled with her unwarranted assumptions, hints at underlying racism and paints an unfriendly picture of the gym. I implore the management to look into these issues and take necessary actions to foster a welcoming and fair environment for all patrons.

Negative experience: Speaking as only a gym goer. Rude and unhelpful staff at the front desk, far too much money for the quality of gym you get, cables stretch, always waiting for equipment. Parking is also very expensive. overall not a good experience. Little if any reason to go here instead of other more affordable, higher quality options. Edit: forgot to add the creepy gym staff that will often come up and stare at people working out

Fantastic experience: I use the power assisted gym equipment for the less able bodied ( Wellness suite) I recommend it. Plenty of parking. About £1.20 an hour.

Negative experience: Absolutely abysmal customer service; mistakenly booked kids party there a month ago and have spent literally HOURS queuing to get through to reception to add food on and check some details etc. Today 31m of stupid ‘your call is important to us, why not check out our website etc’ rubbish before line went dead. During wait I made other calls to every other number option on the phone and not a single one answered; memberships, swimming lessons, bulk bookings etc. if I could cancel I would but less than 2w to party and, ironically, can’t get hold of anyone TO cancel. Absolutely disgusted. Typical big corporate no one gives a hoot Everyone Active.

Negative experience: Oh dear......the Staff seem to be struggling with manpower shortages (according to the Duty Manager) Basically this means that if you have a class or exercise session that requires equipment being set up then you shouldn't expect the class to start on time. I've been going to this Centre on and off for the last 10 years or so....and getting setup done consistently and on time has been an ongoing struggle.

Negative experience: It's a alright place but they are really bad at picking up the phone when I try to call and this blonde women who works at the gym is horrible I used the weights once and she told me not to, so I complied and then she reported me and got me banned And she enjoyed it because when she saw me she was the happiest person because she knew I was banned , dont go there if ur a junior it's horrible

Negative experience: Visited yesterday with my grandaughter & husband , firstly no showers apparently they are being, refurbished , the strong smell of urine when you enter the changing room is overpowering , & my husband said his cubicle stunk as well , obviously needing a good clean , the small pool was fine , the kids were having a splashing time. I'm not sure the pool should be operating with no showers available . When I mentioned the smell in the changing rooms to the lady on the desk she seemed unconcerned , & not surprised which bothered me a lot, also there should be an easily seen notice saying no showers available ,she said it's mentioned on their website which is not acceptable !!!!whoever is the manager needs some retraining & his cleaning staff also, when I visited several years ago it was never particularly clean then . I personally would think twice about revisiting !!!

Negative experience: I have just come out of the Fam Features pool activity with my 8 month old baby. The pool was freezing…even for me let alone her. She was trembling and started to turn blue so we got out and went to the changing room which had the AIRCON on. My poor baby was freezing and crying her eyes out. Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Really great leisure centre, up to date equipment and the pool is a pleasure to swim in. The gym could do with a few extra weight machines, especially when it’s busy but it’s not essential.

Positive experience: As far as the equipment in the gym and the cleanines its amazing as for the sauna, steam room and changing rooms they are suffering a lack of proper care. It feels a little unhygienic and dirty which is a shame. Most of the staff I interact with are professional and polite. If the cleaning was where it should be I would have left 5 ⭐

Negative experience: Staff have absolutely no idea when you can swim, when you can’t swim, are lessons on? Is the pool closed ? There’s no communication between any of them. I have made wasted journey after wasted journey recently. I’d look online but you can’t naïveté that Mickey Mouse website.

Positive experience: Don't know about Leisure Centre. Only went for the Covid Test Centre. Not signposted very well from roads leading into area and following EXIT sign by the test centre lead you to a dead end. Pity it is not covered with arrows to working exit

Negative experience: Dirty and exceptionally humid in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Learning pool is looked after and changinf rooms are OK. Could do with more family rooms but ace for a local pool. Courts are easy to book.

Negative experience: So yesterday I genuinely couldn't make it to my fitness classes being a mum to two young kids your schedule can change any minute, my baby wasn't well nor my husband so I tried calling the gym from 3:30 to 6 o clock to cancel because I know if I cancel on the app they will still charge me £4, I couldn't get hold of anyone I just can't under why is it we have to pay a monthly fee and still have to pay a fee when you genuinely can't make it I'm seriously considering switching gym makes no sense ‍♀️

Positive experience: What is there to say about a car park? This one is just like the others but there is one very positive point: you can use the toilets of the Sport Center which has a back entrance leading to the coach car park. A part from that,there's nothing I can say more about it.

Positive experience: It Is What It Is - A Car Park It's a pay-and-display car park next to Stratford Leisure Centre (signposted & easy to find). Unfortunately, it only accepts card payment and if you've never used the ticket machines before, they'll take up a good five minutes of your time.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent centre. Very good facilities. I was there for a triathlon, so didn't spend much time in the building

Positive experience: I really enjoy going to this gym and the facilities are good, however recently one of the members of staff approached me and made me feel really uncomfortable and they were watching me work out. This is something nobody should have to deal with, especially a teenage girl. I now have had to change the day and times I go to the gym to avoid this member of staff, otherwise I just feel uncomfortable as hell. So as I said really good gym but I wish I didn't have to worry about being stared at or talked to. :/

Negative experience: Bad management at desk only one staff causing long queue on a busy Sunday morning.

Positive experience: Can only pay by card now as the machines no longer accept cash

Negative experience: If Bath poor management machines out of use causing queuing when not needed

Negative experience: The classes are very good, but the system is horrible, it makes me feel the gym just want to rip people off by trying to charge extra.

Fantastic experience: Rock climbing was fun here. They also have a large swimming pool and a gym. The rock climbing area has several walls one being see through for racing a friend on the opposite side, one incredibly hard one with wheels that turn, a more easy one that is like a pole meant to look like a palm tree, a strange abstract stack of steps that twist up, one with circular hand holds and one that times your climb to the top (record is 3.75 seconds on it but my best it 11 seconds).

Positive experience: Great swimming pool, ok customer service. Nice place.
