Positive experience: No timetable available online (swimming pool). Paper timetable is not always kept to, I brought my nephew and I was told the lifeguards were on break for the next hour. No keys for lockers in the changing room. Would recommend calling ahead to check it's open. Otherwise very average. Pricing for gym and swim is reasonable.

Positive experience: Best gym in Swanage. Reasonably priced for a week (£15) or month’s membership (£30). Good range of equipment although some would benefit from being fixed or replaced (eg both rowers, and a x-trainer)

Positive experience: Not great equipment but wider variety than expected and nice and quiet. Well priced too. Only thing they’re missing is place to do dips

Fantastic experience: I started at the gym last week. Everyone is friendly there . The gym is a good size not too small . . Not far from where I live.

Negative experience: Over priced with not a great selection of equipment. Couldn’t find any staff members to assist, parking was a total nightmare. Great pool but that’s all it really has to offer. Head up to the Grand Hotel if your looking for a decent gym and a far more reasonable price

Positive experience: Reasonably priced and well equipped gym, especially for free weights (squat rack, Olympic bar). Nice clean shower too.

Fantastic experience: Really good little gym, clean and cool, and very good value (£15 for a week’s pass, at June 2018). You can get your cardio in by walking there - a 15 minute walk up a steep hill from Swanage town centre, or use the machines there. Plenty of parking if you drive. The weights aren’t super heavy (max 25kg dumbbells, 45kg barbell, and only 136kg leg press), so it’s not a hardcore place. Full Smith machine rack, and plenty of benches. Separate spinning/boxing/studio area, and separate swimming pool. Showers are spotless and private.
